E) said strand is combined into the strand bundle; With
F) with speed said strand bundle is wound on the tube core greater than about 300m/min;
Wherein said strand bundle is separable at least two independent strands and said bicomponent filament comprises polytrimethylene terephthalate and at least a combination of polymers that is selected from PET, polytrimethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate or these members.
2. the method for claim 1, it also comprises to stretch said strand and to twine said strand bundle greater than the speed of about 420m/min greater than about 1.2 draw ratio.

Wherein each strand bundle is separable at least two strands and said bicomponent filament comprises polytrimethylene terephthalate and at least a combination of polymers that is selected from PET, polytrimethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate or these members.
5. the method for claim 4, it also comprises to stretch said strand and to twine said strand bundle greater than the speed of about 420m/min greater than about 1.2 draw ratio.
