Claims (28)

1. method of producing the package of multiterminal head, described method comprises:
A) by coalescent before single or the coalescent spinnerets in back two or more are formed different polyester melt spinnings to form many parallel types or eccentric sheath core pattern polyester bicomponent filaments;
B) described long filament is grouped at least two strands, each strand comprises more than a threads;
C) with the described strand of reeling greater than the speed of about 300m/min;
D) make each strand interlacing;
E) described strand is combined into the strand bundle; With
F) with speed described strand bundle is wound on the tube core greater than about 300m/min;
Wherein said strand bundle is separable at least two independent strands and described bicomponent filament comprises poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester) and at least a combination of polymers that is selected from poly-(Polyethyleneglycol Terephthalate), poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester) and poly-(butylene terephthalate) or these members.
2. the method for claim 1, it also comprises to stretch described strand and to twine described strand bundle greater than the speed of about 420m/min greater than about 1.2 draw ratio.
3. the method for claim 2, it also is included in the described strand of heat treatment under the about 100 ℃-Yue 200 ℃ temperature.
4. method of producing the package of multiterminal head, described method comprises:
A) by coalescent before a plurality of or the coalescent spinnerets in back two or more are formed different polyester melt spinnings to form many parallel types or eccentric sheath core pattern polyester bicomponent filaments in single spinning position;
B) described long filament is grouped at least two strands, each strand is made up of plurality of threads;
C) with the described strand of reeling greater than the speed of about 300m/min;
D) with each strand interlacing;
E) a plurality of groups with at least two strands are combined into a plurality of strand bundles; With
F) use conventional multireel dress up-coiler that each strand bundle is wound on the tube core;
Wherein each strand bundle is separable at least two strands and described bicomponent filament and comprises poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester) and at least a combination of polymers that is selected from poly-(Polyethyleneglycol Terephthalate), poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester) and gathers (butylene terephthalate) or these members.
5. the method for claim 4, it also comprises to stretch described strand and to twine described strand bundle greater than the speed of about 420m/min greater than about 1.2 draw ratio.
6. the method for claim 5, it also is included in the described strand of heat treatment under the about 100 ℃-Yue 200 ℃ temperature.
7. method of producing the package of multiterminal head, described method comprises:

8. the method for claim 7, wherein said package have and are adapted at making the size of directly using in the cladded yarn.
9. the method for claim 8, wherein said package have and meet the device size that is used to wrap core spinning Spandex fiber yarn.
10. each method among the claim 1-9, wherein said bicomponent filament comprise poly-(Polyethyleneglycol Terephthalate) and poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester).
11. each method among the claim 1-9, wherein said bicomponent filament comprise poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester) and poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester).
12. each method among the claim 1-9, wherein said bicomponent filament comprise poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester) and poly-(butylene terephthalate).
13. strand bundle, it comprises at least two strands, each strand comprises many parallel types or eccentric sheath core pattern polyester bicomponent filaments, wherein said strand bundle is separable at least two strands, and described bicomponent filament comprises poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester) and at least a combination of polymers that is selected from poly-(Polyethyleneglycol Terephthalate), poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester) and poly-(butylene terephthalate) or these members.
14. the strand bundle of claim 13, wherein said long filament has the shape of cross section of the circle of being selected from, ellipse or snowman or this class members's combination.
15. the strand bundle of claim 13, wherein said long filament has non-circular transverse cross-section.
16. the strand bundle of claim 13, wherein the DENIER number of each strand is about 10-about 300.
17. the strand bundle of claim 13, wherein filament denier is about 0.50-about 20.
18. the strand bundle of claim 13, wherein said strand have at least 30% curling potential energy.
19. the strand bundle of claim 13, wherein said bicomponent filament comprise poly-(Polyethyleneglycol Terephthalate) and poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester).
20. the strand bundle of claim 13, wherein said bicomponent filament comprise poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester) and poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester).
21. the strand bundle of claim 13, wherein said bicomponent filament comprise poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester) and poly-(butylene terephthalate).
22. multiterminal head package, it comprises the strand bundle that is wound on the tube core, wherein said strand bundle is separable at least two strands, each strand comprises many parallel types or eccentric sheath core pattern polyester bicomponent filaments, and described bicomponent filament comprises poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester) and at least a combination of polymers that is selected from poly-(Polyethyleneglycol Terephthalate), poly-(terephthalic acid (TPA) propylene diester) and poly-(butylene terephthalate) or these members.
