Abstract

本发明涉及LED灯具，具体涉及一种内轴散热式LED球泡灯。本发明的内轴散热式LED球泡灯，从下至上依次包括LED灯头、LED电源、散热器、PCB电路板、LED芯片、LED透镜，其特特征在于：其还包括了一个散热罩，散热罩下端连接LED灯头，其上端连接LED透镜，散热器位于散热罩内。本发明设置了散热罩，在散热罩与散热器之间形成散热空间，并在PCB电路板下方设置轴向铝制散热器，可以快速的将热量从LED底部传递；散热罩为LED的散热提供了一个开放式的对流环境，能够将散发出的热量与LED灯外的空气进行热交换，从而实现快速散热。

技术领域
 本发明涉及LED灯具，具体涉及一种内轴散热式LED球泡灯。
背景技术
LED灯作为二十一世纪的新型的节能照明光源，具有较高的发光效率、寿命长、低辐射、低电压、体积小、启动速度快、安全、环保、抗震抗压、易控制等特点已普遍被人们所使用。LED灯具的种类很多，包括LED球泡灯、LED管型灯、LED太阳能灯等等。LED灯的核心发光部分是LED管芯，工作中LED管芯会产生大量的热量，不及时排走热量，将会对LED管芯的使用寿命造成影响，这也是影响LED灯使用寿命的主要因素。
为了解决这一问题，大多LED灯都装有散热器，在一定程度上解决了散热问题。目前，现有的LED球泡灯，LED芯片焊接在PCB电路板上，电路板下部连接散热器，散热器采用管状结构，散热器的底部直接连接灯头，在 PCB电路板、灯头和散热器内部形成一个密闭的空间，主要依靠该密闭的空间进行散热；这种散热模式，无法实现对流散热，热量只能在密闭的空间内部流动不能很快被带出LED球泡灯外，使LED球泡灯内在长时间内保持较高的温度，造成了散热效率低，不能从根本上解决LED球泡灯的散热问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足，从根本上解决LED球泡灯的散热问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种内轴散热式LED球泡灯。
为实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种内轴散热式LED球泡灯，从下至上依次包括LED灯头、LED电源、散热器、PCB电路板、LED芯片、LED透镜，其特特征在于：其还包括了一个散热罩，散热罩下端连接LED灯头，其上端连接LED透镜，散热器位于散热罩内。
本发明所述的散热器采用轴向铝制散热器，其中心设有一轴向贯穿散热器的过线孔，散热器的下端设有一与电源大小匹配的空腔，散热器上设有散热片，散热片沿轴成圆周分布，每片散热片之间设有散热通道。
本发明所述的散热罩包括：固定圈，用于固定LED透镜；连接环，用以连接LED灯头；以及位于固定圈和连接环之间的支撑杆；固定圈和连接环通过支撑杆连为一体。
所述的散热罩还包括在固定圈内设置的卡带，卡带上设有卡齿；所述LED透镜下端周边设置有与卡齿匹配的卡孔。
所述的固定圈内设有螺纹，所述LED透镜下端设有与固定圈内部的螺纹相匹配的螺纹；所述连接环内设有螺纹，所述LED灯头上端设有与连接环上的螺纹相匹配的螺纹。
本发明所述的PCB电路板和散热器上设置有螺孔，PCB电路板通过螺钉固定在散热器上。
本发明的内轴散热式LED球泡灯还包括位于散热器和PCB电路板之间的硅胶垫。
所述的硅胶垫的厚度为0.3mm。 
所述的散热罩的材料为压铸铝。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明设置了散热罩，在散热罩与散热器之间形成散热空间，散热罩为LED的散热提供了一个开放式的对流环境，并在PCB电路板下方设置轴向铝制散热器，可以快速的将热量从LED底部传递；能够将散发出的热量与LED灯外的空气进行热交换，从而实现快速散热。此外，本发明在散热器和PCB电路板之间设置一层硅胶垫，有效降低PCB电路板和轴向铝制散热器之间的热阻，可以避免因实际的工艺问题造成热阻增大，并进一步增强散热效果。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式随本发明作进一步详细说明。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本发明的轴散热式LED球泡灯，依次包括LED灯头1、LED电源2、散热器4、PCB电路板6、LED芯片7、LED透镜8，其特征在于：其还包括了一个散热罩3，散热罩3下端连接LED灯头1，其上端连接LED透镜8，散热器4位于散热罩3内。
优选的本发明所述的散热器.4采用轴向铝制散热器，其中心设有一轴向贯穿散热器的过线孔41，散热器的下端设有一与电源大小匹配的空腔，散热器上设有散热片42，散热片沿轴成圆周分布，每片散热片之间设有散热通道43。更优选的所述的散热罩包括：固定圈31，用于固定LED透镜8；连接环33，用以连接LED灯头1；以及位于固定圈31和连接环33之间的支撑杆32；固定圈31和连接环33通过支撑杆32连接为一体。
本发明优选方案中，所述的散热罩3还包括在固定圈31内设置的卡带34，卡带34上设有卡齿，所述LED透镜8下端周边设置有与卡齿匹配的卡孔，所述的LED透镜8通过卡合方式连接在散热罩3上端。或者在固定圈31内设有螺纹，所述LED透镜8下端设有与固定圈31内部的螺纹相匹配的螺纹，LED透镜8旋紧在固定圈31内部；所述连接环33内设有螺纹，所述LED灯头1上端设有与连接环33内的螺纹相匹配的螺纹，LED灯头旋紧在连接环33内。
本发明优选的方案，所述的PCB电路板6和散热器4上设置有螺孔，PCB电路板6通过螺钉固定在散热器4上。
优选的，本发明内轴散热式LED球泡灯还包括位于散热器4和PCB电路板之6间的硅胶垫5，所述的硅胶垫5优选的厚度为0.3mm。硅胶垫能有效降低PCB电路板和轴向铝制散热器之间的热阻，可以避免因实际的工艺问题造成热阻增大，并进一步增强散热效果。
所述的散热罩3的材料为压铸铝。
具体实施例中LED球泡灯的总高度为120mm，其中底座高度为35-45mm，散热罩高度为50-55mm，LED透镜高25-30mm。本发明轴向铝制散热器高度为45-50mm，其中每片散热片的厚度不超过2mm，而散热通道最宽处的距离在2.5-3mm，散热片沿散热器周围轴向分布，这种结构的散热器的散热面积很大，为了进一步增大散热器的散热面积，散热片横截面大致呈鹿角形；此外，散热器的中心只设置了一个过线孔，过线孔的直径不超过5mm，LED芯片的工作中产生的热量直接通过其底部的散热器传递，并和散热器周围的空气进行热交换，实现对流式散热。

Claims (7)

1.一种内轴散热式LED球泡灯，从下至上依次包括LED灯头、LED电源、散热器、PCB电路板、LED芯片、LED透镜，其特征在于：其还包括了一个散热罩，散热罩下端连接LED灯头，其上端连接LED透镜，散热器位于散热罩内；所述散热器采用轴向铝制散热器，其中心设有一轴向贯穿散热器的过线孔，散热器的下端设有一与电源大小匹配的空腔，散热器上设有散热片，散热片沿轴成圆周分布，每片散热片之间设有散热通道，铝制散热器高度为45-50mm，其中每片散热片的厚度不超过2mm，散热通道最宽处的距离在2.5-3mm；所述散热罩包括：固定圈，用于固定LED透镜；连接环，用以连接LED灯头；以及位于固定圈和连接环之间的支撑杆；固定圈和连接环通过支撑杆连为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内轴散热式LED球泡灯，其特征在于：所述散热罩还包括在固定圈内设置的卡带，卡带上设有卡齿；所述LED透镜下端周边设置有与卡齿匹配的卡孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内轴散热式LED球泡灯，其特征在于：所述固定圈内设有螺纹，所述LED透镜下端设有与固定圈内部的螺纹相匹配的螺纹；所述连接环内设有螺纹，所述LED灯头上端设有与连接环上的螺纹相匹配的螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内轴散热式LED球泡灯，其特征在于：所述PCB电路板和散热器上设置有螺孔，PCB电路板通过螺钉固定在散热器上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内轴散热式LED球泡灯，其特征在于：其还包括位于散热器和PCB电路板之间的硅胶垫。
6.根据权利要求5所述的内轴散热式LED球泡灯，其特征在于：所述硅胶垫的厚度为0.3mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的内轴散热式LED球泡灯，其特征在于：所述散热罩的材料为压铸铝。
