技术领域
本发明涉及环构件在轴上的安装,特别地,涉及用于安装轴承滚道环在轴上的安装套筒以为了提高支撑轴向载荷的能力而不在轴上产生滑移。本发明还涉及结合这样的安装套筒的轴承组件。
背景技术
近年来,滚动轴承的载荷承载能力由于内部轴承几何结构、热处理和材料的改善而稳定提高。其结果是,对于同样的载荷,现今可以使用较小尺寸的轴承,而先前需要更大的轴承。或者说,某一尺寸的轴承现今被用于更高的载荷。对于这种发展的常用的表述为“尺寸减小”。
作为用于将滚动轴承配合在轴上的结构元件,通常使用适配套筒、退卸套筒或者花键套筒。所有的这些套筒是相对薄壁的外部锥形的钢套筒,具有圆柱孔并且通常具有轴向延伸的缝槽。对于较大的轴承,以及因此对于较大的套筒,使用的材料是铸铁。通过将轴承的内滚道环向上按压在套筒上,由此内滚道环被膨胀,产生接触压力,该接触压力经由摩擦将会保持轴承环固定至套筒并且套筒固定至轴。
当安装在套筒上的轴承用作轴向定位轴承时,套筒将经由套筒和轴之间的摩擦传递轴向载荷。对于特定的轴承内滚道环,对于给定的向上驱动距离,通过计算接触压力,可以通过估计摩擦吸收计算特定套筒将能够承载的轴向载荷大小。
为了以更简单的方式估计套筒支撑轴向力的能力,在轴承手册中通常参照控制计算,其中最大轴向载荷Famax示出为Famax=3×B×d[N],其中B是以毫米为单位的轴承环的宽度,d是以毫米为单位的轴承环的名义孔径,数字3是常数(N/毫米2)。该常数根据摩擦系数、轴承内滚道环的典型的向上驱动(膨胀)、典型的轴承钢的弹性模量和典型环截面的假定而进行选取。
因为较小的轴承(从缩小尺寸方面出发)具有较小的公称直径或较小的宽度,或者二者,这方面的结果是轴承适应轴向载荷的能力不断减小,也就是,将存在这样的危险,即轴承内滚道环将从其位置位移,这对于定位轴承是不能接受的。
作为一个例子并且基于老的轴承及其基本能力,发现例如球滚子轴承23256K,其具有d=280毫米、B=176毫米和D=500毫米的尺度,适于某些径向和轴向载荷的组合。对于特定的例子,假定轴向载荷是130kN。对于新的轴承,其具有更高的基本能力,显然,较小轴承23152K,其具有d=260毫米、B=144毫米和D=440毫米的尺度,从载荷承载方面应当是满意的。
Famax=3×B×d,对于较老的轴承,其将为147.8kN,而对于较小的轴承,它将仅为112.3kN,也就是,仅为较大轴承的套筒能够承载的轴向负荷的76%。因此,安装套筒的参数将是决定性因素,并且应当有必要根据套筒增大轴承尺寸,这将使得轴承更加昂贵,减小轴承组件的尺寸的可能性将丢失。
一种对此补偿的可能方式可以是增大轴承内滚道环的向上驱动(膨胀),但是这相应地将无关地给予增大环张力负面后果,从而导致轴承的抗疲劳降低。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提出一种安装套筒,该安装套筒增大适应和传递轴向载荷的能力,并且这已经通过如权利要求1所限定的安装套筒实现。
如权利要求5所述,本发明的另一目的是提出一种用于定位轴承的结合这样的安装套筒的轴承组件。

具体实施方式
图1示出安装套筒1的截面,在该实施例中安装套筒1设计为退卸套筒,主要用于安装和拆卸轴承滚道环,尽管其用途并不限于安装轴承环。
安装套筒1是薄壁的并具有大致圆柱形内包络面2和稍微锥形的外包络面3.。与套筒1的一个轴向末端相邻处安置有圆周沟槽4和螺纹末端部分5。套筒1还设置有轴向延伸缝槽6。
为了增大传递轴向力的能力而不发生轴向滑移,套筒1的内包络面2已经进行摩擦增大处理以为了增大Famax值,不管用于抵靠着轴(未示出)安装套筒1的内包络面2的接触表面减小。为了实现这样的增大的摩擦,在该实施例中安装套筒1的内包络面2装备有适当材料的内部涂层7。该涂层可以安置来覆盖整个内包络面,或者它可以安置为部分地施加到该表面。涂层可以优选地但非必须地为基于碳化物的。
在图2中以截面形式示出呈适配套筒8形式的安装套筒,该安装套筒具有大致圆柱形的内包络面9、锥形外表面10,具有与其一个轴向末端相邻的圆周槽11和螺纹部分12,在该螺纹部分12上安置有锁紧螺母13和锁紧垫圈14。
内包络面9已经被提供有摩擦增大形貌(friction increasing topography)15,例如,但非排它地,诸如所示的滚花状的表面状况。同样地,在该情形中,整个内包络面或者其一个或多个部分可以装备有这样的摩擦增大形貌。
在图3中示出轴承组件,其安装在大致圆柱形的轴16上,并结合球滚子轴承17,其内滚道环18具有锥形孔并安置来与适配套筒19形式的安装套筒的锥形外包络面以及锁紧螺母20配合,借助于此,轴向定位轴承17在轴16上被固置就位。安装套筒19已经进行任何适当方式的处理,用于获得具有增大摩擦系数的内包络面。
在所示和所描述的实施例中,具有增大摩擦的部件示出为仅作为安装套筒的内包络面,但是,当然可以例如施加涂层或者其它摩擦增大措施到整个安装套筒。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于安装具有锥形内孔的环在圆柱形轴上的安装套筒,其中该安装套筒具有圆柱形包络面,其特征在于,
该安装套筒的内表面具有增大的摩擦系数,用于增大所述安装套筒传递轴向载荷的能力,而没有沿着所述轴的表面的滑动。
2.如权利要求1所述的安装套筒,其中,所述安装套筒的内孔具有摩擦增大材料的涂层。
3.如权利要求1所述的安装套筒,其中,所述内孔具有摩擦增大表面形貌。
4.如前述任一权利要求所述的安装套筒,其中,所述安装套筒是选自包括适配套筒、退卸套筒和花键套管的组之一。
5.一种轴承组件,结合具有锥形孔的轴承内滚道环、外滚道环和安置在所述内滚道环和所述外滚道环之间的滚动体,以及用于将所述轴承内滚道环安装在圆周形的轴上作为轴向定位轴承的安装套筒,其特征在于,
所述安装套筒的内表面具有增大摩擦系数,用于增大所述安装套筒传递轴向载荷的能力,而不会产生沿着所述轴的表面的滑动。
