铝车轮模具轮辋深度加工方法
技术领域
  本发明涉及一种车轮模具,具体地说涉及一种车轮模具的加工工艺。
背景技术
   铝车轮为压铸成型的部件,模具的精度对车轮发挥重要作用。目前模具制作都是常温模具,正常生产时模具温度400度左右,这就会产生热变形。根据实际统计,热变形在轮唇端面的平均变化量为0.4mm左右。经过分析,偏矩大小对热变形的影响较大。轮毂的偏距是指轮毂的安装孔内侧面(固定面)到轮毂中心线的距离。
发明内容
   本发明的目的就提供一种车轮模具轮辋深度的加工方法。本发明的技术方案为:根据铝车轮偏距的不同,在制作模具时,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,用于加工编程的车轮3D造型向下偏移.但是顶底配合面不变。
偏距为0或负值的铝车轮,轮辋深度不变;
      偏距30mm~34.9mm之间的铝车轮,轮辋深度下移0.4mm;
      偏距35~39.9mm之间的铝车轮,轮辋深度下移0.7mm;
      偏距40~44.9mm之间的铝车轮,轮辋深度下移0.5mm;
      偏距45~49.9mm之间的铝车轮,轮辋深度下移0.4mm;
      偏距50~54.9mm之间的铝车轮,轮辋深度下移0.2mm;
      偏距大于55mm以上的铝车轮,轮辋深度不变。

  结合具体实施方式,对本发明铝车轮模具轮辋深度加工方法做进一步说明。
做为本发明的实施例:
         一种偏距为0的铝车轮,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,轮辋深度不变。
 一种偏距为32mm的铝车轮,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,轮辋深度下移0.7mm。
一种偏距为43mm的铝车轮,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,轮辋深度下移0.5mm。
一种偏距为46mm的铝车轮,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,轮辋深度下移0.4mm。
一种偏距为51mm的铝车轮,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,轮辋深度下移0.2mm。
  一种偏距为58mm的铝车轮,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,轮辋深度不变。

1.铝车轮模具轮辋深度加工方法,其特征在于:以轮唇端面中线为基准点,用于加工编程的车轮3D造型向下偏移.但是顶底配合面不变;
偏距为0或负值的铝车轮,轮辋深度不变;
偏距30mm~34.9mm之间的铝车轮,轮辋深度下移0.4mm;
偏距35~39.9mm之间的铝车轮,轮辋深度下移0.7mm;
偏距40~44.9mm之间的铝车轮,轮辋深度下移0.5mm;
偏距45~49.9mm之间的铝车轮,轮辋深度下移0.4mm;
偏距50~54.9mm之间的铝车轮,轮辋深度下移0.2mm;
偏距大于55mm以上的铝车轮,轮辋深度不变。
2.按照权利要求1所述的铝车轮模具轮辋深度加工方法,其特征在于:  一种偏距为0的铝车轮,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,轮辋深度不变。
3.按照权利要求1所述的铝车轮模具轮辋深度加工方法,其特征在于:一种偏距为32mm的铝车轮,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,轮辋深度下移0.7mm。
4.按照权利要求1所述的铝车轮模具轮辋深度加工方法,其特征在于:一种偏距为43mm的铝车轮,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,轮辋深度下移0.5mm。
5.按照权利要求1所述的铝车轮模具轮辋深度加工方法,其特征在于:一种偏距为46mm的铝车轮,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,轮辋深度下移0.4mm。
6.按照权利要求1所述的铝车轮模具轮辋深度加工方法,其特征在于:一种偏距为51mm的铝车轮,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,轮辋深度下移0.2mm。
7.按照权利要求1所述的铝车轮模具轮辋深度加工方法,其特征在于:一种偏距为58mm的铝车轮,以轮唇端面中线为基准点,轮辋深度不变。
