Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于混凝土中的改性二级粉煤灰的制备方法,属.于工业固体废弃物综合利用及建筑材料技术领域。本发明改性二级粉煤灰的原料组成及其质量百分比如下:二级粉煤灰60-85%;超细钢渣微粉10-30%;半水石膏3-12%。本发明改性后的二级粉煤灰,其3天活性指数在(65~70)%之间、7天活性指数在(80~85)%之间、28天活性指数在(90~95)%之间。它不仅克服了二级粉煤灰早期强度低、7天和28天活性指数偏低、在混凝土中替代水泥少的缺点,且用在预拌混凝土中能明显降低混凝土的干燥和早期收缩裂缝,还可有效提高混凝土的耐久性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于混凝土中的改性二级粉煤灰的制备方法,属.于工业固体废弃物综合利用及建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排放出来的固体废弃物。一级粉煤灰和二级粉煤灰 作为矿物外加剂被广泛应用于制备商品混凝土。电厂排放的粉煤灰一级粉煤灰很少,大量的是二级粉煤灰或级别更低的粉煤灰。二级粉煤灰用于混凝土中替代水泥的用量为≤15%,而且活性指数较低,28d活性指数≥70%。所以混凝土生产厂经常使用“双掺”的方法来制备混凝土,即除了加二级粉煤灰外再加约20%的矿渣微粉生产商品混凝土以满足市场的需求。
本发明的目的在于制备一种用于混凝土的改性二级粉煤灰。并利用另外两种工业固体废弃物:钢渣和脱硫石膏,经过一系列处理后作为改性剂对二级粉煤灰进行改性,使改性后的二级粉煤灰在各项性能指标上超过一级粉煤灰,在混凝土生产中替代≥30%的水泥用量,并能有效地提高混凝土的耐久性,明显地降低干燥和收缩裂缝。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于混凝土中改性二级粉煤灰的制备方法。         
1、一种用于混凝土中改性二级粉煤灰的制备方法,其特征在于具有以下的制备工艺步骤:
a.确定设计配方;用于混凝土中改性二级粉煤灰的原料组成及其重量百分比为:
 二级粉煤灰          60-85% ,
超细钢渣微粉         10-30% ,
半水石膏             3-12% ;
所述的二级粉煤灰为符合GB/T1596-2005国家标准用于水泥和混凝土中的粉煤灰,其主要技术指标是:细度(45μm方孔筛筛余)≤25%;烧失量≤8%;需水量比≤105%;安定性(雷氏法)≤5.0mm;28天强度活性指数≥70%;
所述的超细钢渣微粉为符合YB/T 022标准规定的转炉或电炉钢渣;经磁选除铁处理后粉磨,使其达到比表面积≥600 m2/kg;小于30μm粒径的超细钢渣微粉占总质量的90%以上;金属铁含量≤0.5%;
所述的半水石膏为β-CaSO4·1/2H2O,系燃煤电厂烟气脱硫石膏煅烧而成的β型半水石膏;
b.称量配料及混合工艺;按上述原料配方进行称量配料,然后将上述三种原料放入混合机中经机械搅拌混合均匀后即得用于混凝土中改性二级粉煤灰;半水石膏也可预先按规定比例在超细钢渣微粉或二级粉煤灰的粉磨工序中加入,然后进入称量配料及混合工艺完成二级粉煤灰的改性,最终得到用于混凝土中的改性二级粉煤灰。
2、上述的改性二级粉煤灰,具有以下的产品特性:3天活性指数≥70 %、28天活性指数≥85%、比表面积≥400m2/kg,需水量比≤105%,含水率≤1.0%,烧失量≤8.0%,Cl-≤0.06%,SO3含量≤4.0%,安定性(雷氏法)≤3.0mm,氧化镁含量≤5.0%。
本发明具有如下特点:
1、综合利用了钢渣与脱硫石膏,变废为宝,提升了钢渣和脱硫石膏的附加值,体现了本发明潜在的经济效益和社会效益。 
2.改性后的二级粉煤灰,它克服了二级粉煤灰早期强度低、7天和28天活性指数偏低、在混凝土中替代水泥少的缺点。
3.改性后的二级粉煤灰用在预拌混凝土中,由于加入了半水石膏,能明显降低混凝土的干燥和早期收缩裂缝,提高混凝土的耐久性能。 
具体实施方式
现将本发明的具体实施例叙述于后。
实施例一:以制备100kg改性二级粉煤灰为例:按规定的配比称取65kg 二级粉煤灰、超细钢渣微粉25kg、半水石膏 10kg,将上述物料放入混合机内,经充分搅拌混合均匀后,即可得到改性二级粉煤灰。
实施例二:以制备100kg改性二级粉煤灰为例:按规定的配比称取75kg 二级粉煤灰、超细钢渣微粉17kg、半水石膏8kg,将上述物料放入混合机内,经充分搅拌混合均匀后,即可得到改性二级粉煤灰。
实施例三:以制备100kg改性二级粉煤灰为例: 按规定的配比称取85kg 二级粉煤灰、超细钢渣微粉10kg、半水石膏 5kg,将上述物料放入混合机内,经充分搅拌混合均匀后,即可得到改性二级粉煤灰。
上述的改性二级粉煤灰,具有以下的产品特性:3天活性指数≥70 %、28天活性指数≥85%、比表面积≥400m2/kg,需水量比≤105%,含水率≤1.0%,烧失量≤8.0%,Cl-≤0.06%,SO3含量≤4.0%,安定性(雷氏法)≤3.0mm,氧化镁含量≤5.0%。

1.一种用于混凝土中改性二级粉煤灰的制备方法,其特征在于具有以下的制备工艺步骤:
a.确定设计配方;用于混凝土中改性二级粉煤灰的原料组成及其重量百分比为:
 二级粉煤灰         60-85% ,
超细钢渣微粉         10-30% ,
半水石膏               3-12% ;
