Abstract

一种电动自行车重力发电装置,在车架上固定一杠杆,杠杆阻力臂的前端与车辆前部的棘轮配合,杠杆撬一动一次通过棘轮能上紧一次发条,再由齿轮调速机构变速后驱动发电机发电。杠杆的动力臂延伸车座位置,上面安装车座,下面连接弹簧柱塞体,柱塞体连接后轮轴上,车辆行驶时产生振动,会使车座上的人体上下运动,当人体向下运动时会有一个相当大的重力加速度冲击力,这个力通过杠杆作用在棘轮上,迫使棘轮转动上紧发条,来实现利用重力发电供自身用电的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动自行车,具体地说是一种利用自身重力来发电的自行车。
背景技术
电动自行车出行方便、省力,已被广大市民所喜爱,但是,需要经常充电和更换电池,包括充电所取电源可能是火力发电所供,因此也称不上是绿色交通工具。如果能拥有一辆既不要充电,又能自行行驶的自行车是我们所期待的。
发明内容
为了克服电动自行车需要充电的缺陷,本发明提供一种电动自行车重力发电装置,该装置利用骑车人的自身重量和车辆的振动通过杠杆来上紧发条,再由齿轮调速机构变速后驱动发动机,发动机输出电流供驱动电动机使车辆行驶以及给电池充电。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是,把手通过把手套连接前轮,车架由两根平行的直杆组成,前端合并弯曲向上与车把套焊接,两根直杆的后端分别与后轮电动机轴两端用螺帽固定。车架的前端固定一立柱作为杠杆的支点,杠杆安装在支点上,杠杆阻力臂的前端与棘轮配合,动力臂延伸至车实座位位置,组成省力杠杆,杠杆动力点上面安装车座,在车座下方的杠杆上固定二个向下的弹簧柱塞体,柱塞体的下端分别与后轮驱动电机的两端轴固定。与杠杆阻力臂前端配合的棘轮轴连接发条和齿轮调速机构(现有技术),调速机构的输出轴联接发电机,棘轮、发条、齿轮调速机构和发电机构安装在前篮位置,蓄电池、电压等调节装置(现有技术)安装在踏板上,控制系统(现有技术)安装在把手附近。当车辆行驶时产生的振动使弹簧有一个向上的作用,推动杠杆和车座向上,当向上作用力消失时,这时人体的重量会有一个向下的重力加速度冲击力,这个力通过杠杆的阻力臂作用在棘轮上,这个不小的力迫使棘轮转动上紧发条,车辆行使时不断产生振波,通过杠杆上紧发条,经齿轮调速机构带动发电机发电;通过稳压、镇流后供蓄电池充电和后轮驱动电动机用电。由于发条有蓄能作用,因此车辆暂停时也能不间断发电供电和充电,实现自身发电供自身用电的要求,从而达到电动自行车无需市电充电而能自身发电来行驶的目的。
本发明的有益效果是,节约能源,绿色环保,结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中,把手6通过把手套7连接前轮1,车架16由二根平行的直杆组成,前端合并弯曲向上与把手套焊接,后端分别与后轮12电动机的13两端的轴连接固定,车架的前端固定一立柱,作为杠杆9的支点8,杠杆安装在支点上,棘轮3发条及齿轮调速机构4、发电机5安装在前篮2的位置,杠杆阻力臂的前端与棘轮3配合,杠杆撬动一次通过棘轮能上紧一次发条;杠杆9的动力臂延伸至车座位置,上面安装车座1 0,下面连接弹簧柱塞体11,柱塞体的下端连接后轮电动机轴的两端;电压、电流调节装置15和蓄电池14安装在车架上;车辆控制系统17安装在把手附近。

1.一种电动自行车重力发电装置,把手通过把手套连接前轮,车架由二根平行的直杆组成,前端弯曲向上与把手套焊接,后端分别与后轮电动机轴的两端连接,其特征是:在车架的前端固定一立柱作为杠杆的支点,杠杆安装在支点上,杠杆的阻力臂前端与安装在前篮上的棘轮配合,杠杆的动力臂延伸至车座位置,组成省力杠杆,杠杆动力点的上面安装车座,下面连接弹簧柱塞体,柱塞体的下端连接后轮电动机轴;发条安装在棘轮轴上,撬动一次杠杆通过棘轮能上紧一次发条;发电机连接齿轮调速机构与发条配合安装在前篮位置;控制系统安装在车把附近;电压、电流调节装置和蓄电池以及充电装置安装在车架上。
