本发明涉及一种锅炉水膜除尘器，属于锅炉除尘器领域。其主要结构包括壳体(1)、进烟管(2)、出烟管(4)、导流管(3)、除尘室(5)和水灰池(8)；壳体(1)内由隔板(9)分为几级除尘室(5)，相邻级除尘室(5)之间用导流管(3)连接，每级除尘室(5)底部是水灰池(8)；所述的进烟管(2)一端接锅炉烟管，另端伸到第一级除尘室(5)下部，且与导流管(3)平行；出烟管(4)从最末级除尘室(5)的上部引出，外接引风机。本发明结构简单合理、除尘效果好、效率高、节约水，是理想的水膜除尘器。

锅炉水膜除尘器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锅炉水膜除尘器，属于锅炉除尘器领域。
背景技术
现在公开的锅炉水膜除尘器都是利用水喷方式形成水膜除尘，此类水膜除尘器造成水资源浪费，并且形成二次污染；2003年5月14日中国发明专利申请公开号CN1416937A，公开了一种“锅炉水膜除尘器”，是在壳体内布置旋风子，壳体的底部为泥水斗，在旋风子筒体的中部设置隔板，将旋风子筒体间密封，由隔板向上到旋风子筒体上沿构成一个水箱；该水膜除尘器的烟尘通过旋风子筒体离心分离、隔板的水膜处理，脱硫除尘效率高。但隔板底部不能形成水膜，除尘效果大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种锅炉水膜除尘器，能克服以上两种形式除尘器的缺点，不会造成水源的浪费和二次污染，又具有及好的除尘效果。
本发明解决问题的技术方案是：一种锅炉水膜除尘器，包括壳体、进烟管、出烟管、导流管、除尘室和水灰池；壳体内由隔板分为几级除尘室，相邻级除尘室之间用导流管连接，导流管的上端口连通前级除尘室的上部，下端口伸到下级除尘室的下部；每级除尘室底部是水灰池；所述的进烟管一端接锅炉烟管，另端伸到第一级除尘室下部，且与导流管平行；出烟管从最末级除尘室的上部引出，外接引风机。
上述每级水灰池底部都成里高外低的斜坡，斜坡最低处设有清渣口；水灰池的水面要超过横梁的高度，使对应该级的除尘室和清渣口之间密封。
本发明利用引风机作为动力源，在引风机的作用下，使密封的除尘室内形成真空吸引力，把水灰池内的的水向上吸，吸上的水上下波动，除尘室内形成水膜，锅炉烟气与水充分接触而达到除尘效果。与现有技术比较，本发明所设计的导流管既起导流作用，又使锅炉烟气有一个垂直向下的速度对冲水，锅炉部分烟尘直接被水吸收。本发明锅炉水膜除尘器结构简单合理、除尘效果好、效率高、节约水，是理想的水膜除尘器。

具体实施方式
参考附图1，2，本实施例是一种锅炉水膜除尘器，包括壳体1、进烟管2、出烟管4、导流管3、除尘室5、水灰池8组成。壳体1内由隔板9分为几级除尘室5，相邻级除尘室5之间用导流管3连接，导流管3一端伸到除尘室5下部，控制炉烟的走向，使炉烟在每一级除尘室5内都从下部往上运动；除尘室5底部是水灰池8，水灰池8的水用来密封除尘室5和形成水膜；水灰池8既是水池又是灰池，被除尘室5清除的灰尘落在水灰池内便于灰尘的收集。除尘室5的炉烟出口都从除尘室5上部引出，在引风机的作用下，使每一级除尘室5内都形成水膜；本实施例的进烟管2接锅炉烟管，进烟管2伸到第一级除尘室5下部与导流管3平行，起导流作用；出烟管4由最末级除尘室5上部引出，外接引风机进气管；水灰池8底部做成斜坡，里面高，外面低，斜坡最低处设有清渣口6；便于灰尘收集和清理；使用本发明锅炉水膜除尘器时，水灰池8要装满水，水面要超过横梁7一定高度，使对应该级的除尘室5和清渣口6之间密封。

Claims (2)

1.一种锅炉水膜除尘器，包括壳体(1)、进烟管(2)、出烟管(4)、导流管(3)、除尘室(5)和水灰池(8)；其特征在于：壳体(1)内由隔板(9)分为几级除尘室(5)，相邻级除尘室(5)之间用导流管(3)连接，导流管(3)的上端口连通前级除尘室(5)的上部，下端口伸到下级除尘室(5)的下部；每级除尘室(5)底部是水灰池(8)；所述的进烟管(2)一端接锅炉烟管，另端伸到第一级除尘室(5)下部，且与导流管(3)平行；出烟管(4)从最末级除尘室(5)的上部引出，外接引风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锅炉水膜除尘器；其特征在于：所述的每级水灰池(8)底部都成里高外低的斜坡；斜坡最低处设有清渣口(6)；水灰池(8)的水面要超过横梁(7)的高度，使对应该级的除尘室(5)和清渣口(6)之间密封。
