背景技术

发明内容
一方面,根据本发明,头盔包括外壳件,以及邻近其内表面设置的包括可充胀构件的一层,可充胀构件操作地与充胀装置连接。
在根据本发明的头盔中,在将头盔放置在佩戴者头上之后充胀装置使可充胀构件能够被充胀,且因此体积膨胀,充胀装置还包括压力释放阀以通过使可充胀构件内部压力能够被释放而便于从头部取下头盔。包括可充胀构件的该层可直接毗邻外壳的内表面,并可从其取出,由此该层可独立于头盔的外壳进行制造和销售。

在一实施例中,撞击吸收或缓冲材料作为独立材料的组合包括例如由膨胀聚苯乙烯、聚氨酯或其它撞击吸收材料制成的高密度塑料泡沫层和彼此邻近设置的一层或多层相对低密度泡沫层。低密度泡沫层可由聚苯乙烯或诸如聚丙烯之类的膨胀聚烯烃制成。高密度材料用于吸收头盔与球或其它物体的初始撞击并将消散该撞击力。低密度泡沫层较佳地设置在高密度材料下方,该高密度材料设置在头盔外壳下方。这样布置的高密度层和低密度层的组合提供以模拟板球与头盔外壳撞击的减速度为度量的意外保护。与当前市售头盔相比,其还为佩戴者提供改进的舒适度,在例如与球撞击或跌倒事件之后头盔本身造成的伤害的风险较小。
较佳的是,高密度塑料材料的密度范围为200-300kg/m3,而低密度材料的密度范围为20-50kg/m3。通常,高密度材料的厚度为2-5mm,且低密度材料的厚度为7-12mm。
较佳的是,流体密封材料在使用时面向佩戴者头部的其外表面上设有一层毛巾布或其它吸收材料来吸汗。
该充胀装置较佳地在对应于头盔正常佩带使用时颈后部的位置连接到或设置在头盔衬里上。适宜的是,该充胀装置包括通过单向阀作用并包括用于放泄目的的卸压阀的可手动操作泵。

具体实施方式
首先参照图1,总地以附图标记10示出的板球头盔具有外壳11,该外壳11在前部具有帽舌12。面部和下巴防护组件13通过支承板14和可手动操作固定螺栓15附连到头盔侧面。
外壳11的内表面承载有可充胀衬里或气囊,可充胀衬里或气囊包括彼此气动连通且与由设置在外壳后部的弹性按钮17操作的可手动操作气泵气动连通的单独小室或小袋16。在外壳后部还设有用于压力释放阀(未示出)的按钮。各小袋16由厚度1mm具有滚花面饰的预切割聚氨酯片材制成,且是真空成形并高频焊接到预切割聚氨酯片承载件。在形成小袋之前,将密度为272kg/m3且厚度为3mm的一层高密度聚氨酯泡沫层叠到密度为30kg/m3且厚度为10mm的一层低密度聚丙烯泡沫上。冲切或以其它方式切割该叠层以形成对应于所要形成的相应小袋的单独形状并将其在背衬片上放置就位,然后将覆盖片模制并焊接到背衬片,因此松散地包封叠层形状,使得当充胀气囊时,泡沫叠层在各个小袋内可移动或可移位,从而确保可舒适地配装在佩戴者的头上。使用时,高密度聚氨酯泡沫邻近头盔壳的内壁设置,且低密度聚丙烯泡沫邻近佩戴者的头部设置。在可充胀衬里上设置一层毛巾布材料(未示出)以增加舒适度并吸汗。

参照附图描述的板球头盔,具有分别有常规纤维玻璃和碳纤维制成的头盔壳,根据英国标准BS7928:1998中测定的测试协议进行撞击衰减测试。为了比较,对市售Albion和Mazurai头盔进行类似的测试。为了通过测试,英国标准要求撞击件的最大减速度不应超过250gn,其中符号gn表示9.81m/s2的减速度。已经发现,尽管所有的头盔在上述标准下通过了测试,但市售头盔对第一次撞击记录了46至64的减速度值且对第二次撞击记录了53至137的减速度值,根据所测试的外壳的区域(右侧、左侧、前部等),根据本发明的头盔始终记录对第一次和第二次撞击都小于20的减速度曲线图,这是测试设备的下限感知临界值。
使用时,根据本发明的头盔首先通过按压压力释放阀而放泄,然后放置在头上并用颚带(未示出)以已知方式抵靠下颚或在下颚下方固定。然后通过按压头盔后部的充胀按钮手动充胀衬里,直到感觉头盔牢固地配装在头上而不会晃动为止。可通过操作压力释放按钮或通过操作充胀泵随意调节该充胀压力以达到较高压力。

Claims (6)

1.一种头盔,包括外壳件和邻近所述外壳件内表面设置的包括可充胀构件的一层,所述可充胀构件操作地与充胀装置连接,其中包括所述可充胀构件的所述层包括由流体不可穿透塑料隔膜材料形成的多个单独小室或小袋,所述各单独小室或小袋为了增压和减压目的而相互连通并连接到所述充胀装置,其特征在于,所述各小室或小袋包含撞击吸收材料和缓冲材料,所述撞击吸收材料和缓冲材料作为独立元件的组合包括高密度塑料撞击吸收泡沫层和相对低密度泡沫层,其中所述高密度塑料材料的密度范围为200-300kg/m3,而所述低密度塑料材料的密度范围为20-50kg/m3
2.如权利要求1所述的头盔,其特征在于,所述充胀装置包括卸压阀。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的头盔,其特征在于,所述充胀装置包括以超大气压力供给充胀流体的泵。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的头盔,其特征在于,所述低密度泡沫层设置在所述高密度材料下方,所述高密度材料设置在所述头盔外壳下方。
5.如任何前述权利要求所述的头盔,其特征在于,所述充胀装置在对应于颈部后部的位置设置在所述头盔衬里上,并包括通过单向阀作用并包括用于放泄目的的卸压阀的可手动操作泵。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的头盔,其特征在于,包括可充胀构件的一层与所述头盔可操作地连接。
