Abstract

喷雾器的可调喷嘴装置,包括鼻形套筒及喷嘴帽。喷嘴帽前端面有排液孔,喷嘴帽前壁往后延伸出侧缘。侧缘后部内有螺纹,在螺纹前为内轮廓或台阶表面,以在帽的内壁表面后和在帽侧缘内螺纹前提供小直径环形表面。喷嘴帽拧到鼻形套筒外螺纹部分上,可选择地拧到三个位置,使得喷嘴帽的内壁表面和侧缘的环形表面有选择地与在环形周边上有两条斜槽的鼻形套筒的端面盘的前端面与环形周边相配合,以有选择地提供关闭、喷雾或液流工况。

Description

本发明涉及到可装到板机式喷雾器上的用来分配液体的可调喷嘴装置,更具体地涉及能以喷雾工况或射流工况来分配液体或以关闭工况密封住液体的装置。
已经发展了很多种的简单及价廉的手动泵用于分配液体,它包括连接到可在压力下分配液体的容器的装置。这种液体分配器典型地包括一板机,它是手动地来操纵分配器主体的液压缸内的泵活塞,通常只要加上克服复位弹簧的力即可,使得液体可从容器中泵出并通过流出孔或排液孔分配。
为了满足便于消费者使用的要求,要求喷嘴是可调的,以提供变化的排液方式,如喷雾或液流等形式。进一步还希望喷嘴装置不仅能可靠地调整以适应液流或喷雾形式,还要求它能方便地贴合成关闭工况以便把液体保存在分配器中。防止液体漏损或不注意地被排出,并使最终的消费者能很容易地把液体保存在容器内。
为了降低成本,现有技术的分配器的各零件大量用可注射成型的塑料来制成。另外,还要求分配器设计得更简单,以减少分别成型的零件数,并使得可以以最低成本和最经济地对装置中的零件进行加工装配。
至今,已经提出了很多种喷嘴装置的设计或结构以满足上述的特点,特别是喷嘴装置要可调,以提供多种排液形式,如喷雾形式或液流形式等的特点。
下面的美国专利:Shay等的US4767060、Dobbs的US4706888、Hayes的US4247048、Quinn等的US4234128和Mieallef的US3843030等都公开了包括可选择地以喷雾或液流形式分配液体的可调喷嘴装置的现有技术的实例。
美国专利US4767060公开了一种喷嘴装置,它通过一可选择移动的元件在通道和喷嘴排液孔之间建立一个与它们流体连通的旋流室,这样来有选择地以泡沫或喷雾形式分配液体产品,该元件可向前移动进入喷嘴帽,使它与旋液板不干扰而造成喷雾分配工况。该元件还可向后移动到旋流室与旋液板相干扰,而产生液流排液形式。在该结构中还设置了通气道,可对紊流的液体吹气,使分配的液体呈泡沫状。
US4706888公开了一种喷嘴装置,它可相对于在排液管和排液孔之间形成的两条独立的通道有选择地转动装置的喷嘴帽的位置,来开闭装置以便给液体分配器提供交替的关闭、液流或喷雾工况位置。这些在液压缸中的多条通道和喷嘴帽相配合,可转到对齐连通或不对齐连通的状态,这样依据于各条所述通道和槽对齐与否而提供喷雾或液流工况。US4706888提出US3843030和US4234128所公开的装置有如下的缺点:
“例如,US3843030的喷嘴帽有一偏心的排液孔,在喷嘴帽转动时它可对准喷嘴主体的端部的旋流室以产生喷雾,或对准在喷嘴主体上的槽道以产生液流。排液孔的偏心位置不仅会产生使消费者会不适当地对准排液孔的问题,而且在转动喷嘴帽时增大了剪切作用使排液孔的内边缘必须横过包含旋流室和相连带的切向槽的插塞形元件表面,这样,会在转动零件之间造成磨损或绊住,导致不适当的磨损和漏泄……US4234128的喷嘴装置也类似地要求在喷嘴帽端壁的下面形成旋流室及连带的切向槽,和在内插塞形元件上开设通道及缝槽,它们设置来产生液流或喷雾排放或者关闭位置。这样,产 生分配作用的一些元件设在喷嘴帽的端壁上,而还有一些元件设在与该端壁相对的内塞上,使得在转动喷嘴帽时,它们相对运动时,在这些元件之间产生剪切作用。由于在转动零件之间的磨损和间断的啮合,就会发生划伤、绊住和/或不当的磨损并导致发生液体漏泄”。
从美国专利US3843030可看出其中所述的管形延伸件包括带有错列凹槽的自由端,与喷嘴帽相配来产生喷雾或液流工况。
美国专利US4247048公开了一种两件式的喷嘴装置,它的特征在于在一端带有一圆形平面的管形元件,在该平面上有凹槽。当喷嘴帽可转动地装在管形元件上,该喷嘴帽有一端壁,该壁有平的内表面,构成与管形元件的圆形平面的交界面。当调整喷嘴帽与所述圆平面上的凹槽适当对齐时,喷嘴帽的分配孔与喷嘴帽的中心轴径向偏开。
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的喷嘴装置的缺陷,提供一种简单,经济、便于使用的喷嘴装置。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种可调喷嘴装置,包括可用注射成型制成的两个零件,一喷嘴帽和一鼻形套筒,它们分别是可简单、经济和有效地相互配合的整体件。可转动的喷嘴帽包括带内螺纹的侧缘,使得喷嘴帽可拧到鼻形套筒的外螺纹部分上。在喷嘴帽内,螺纹的前面,侧缘成台阶形连到内壁表面。喷嘴中有一孔,从喷嘴帽的内壁表面穿到其前端面。内壁表面至少部分是截锥形的。
鼻形套筒的前端有端面盘,它有一外环形周边,和至少部分截锥形的前端面。外环形周边内有两条可产生旋流的斜槽,可使液体从鼻形套筒中的轴向通道及径向通道流到鼻形套筒端面盘的背后。当喷嘴帽完全拧紧在鼻形套筒的外螺纹上,鼻形套筒端面盘的前端面与喷嘴帽的内壁表面密封贴合,提供了可调喷嘴的关闭工况,把液体保存在分配器内。这时候,端面盘的外环形表面与喷嘴帽的台阶形部分的一环形壁表面密封贴合。
当可转动的喷嘴帽从鼻形套筒的外螺纹部分拧松时,鼻形套筒的端面盘的截截形前端面与喷嘴帽截头锥形内壁表面脱开,而外环形周边仍然与喷嘴帽环形壁表面密封相贴。喷嘴帽的该脱开位置在鼻形套筒端面盘的前端面和喷嘴帽的内壁表面之间限定了一个旋流室。液体然后从鼻形套筒的轴向和径向通道通到并通过鼻形套筒端面盘的外环形周边内的斜槽,以圆形或旋流运动方式进到旋流室,并以锥形喷雾形式从喷嘴帽中心的排液孔排出。
当进一步把喷嘴帽从鼻形套筒的外螺纹部分拧松时,鼻形套筒的端面盘的外环形周边与喷嘴帽内的径向向外配置的表面相隔对置,使得液体可绕过端面盘的外周边,而不只是导引通过斜槽。与以旋流方式斜向向里进入旋流室不同,在这个位置,液体径向向里进入旋流室结果,液体以液流或射流方式从排流孔排出。

如从美国专利US4247048中可知,喷嘴帽及鼻形套筒最好由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚乙烯对苯二甲酸脂、尼龙或ABS塑料之类的不同的热塑性材料制成。这样,喷嘴帽及鼻形套筒由不同的材料制成,其中一种材料比另一种材料硬,以便随着较硬材料座入较软材料中,可提供高精度的液体密封。
喷嘴装置10的喷嘴帽12和鼻形套筒14是分别由不同的材料利用专业人员熟知的注射成型技术制成的整体块。
更详细地参见附图,图1中示出喷嘴帽12已从鼻形套筒14的外螺纹部分卸下来,该鼻形套筒14安装在扳机式喷雾器20上。

可调喷嘴装置10的喷雾工况示于图11。图11中,可转动的喷嘴帽12已往外拧转,离开鼻形套筒14的螺纹部分22一段是够距离到达第二位置,在该位置,喷嘴帽12的内壁表面30已从与鼻形套筒的端面盘50的前端面52往前移到不贴靠的位置。该不贴靠位置在鼻形套筒的端面盘50的前端面52与喷嘴帽12的内壁表面30之间限定了一个旋流室100,并允许由轴向通道70和径向通道71、72(图5)流过来的液体流到并穿过能使液体旋转的斜槽61和62(图7),以圆形成旋转形运动方式进入旋流室100,以便以锥形喷雾形式从喷嘴帽12的前壁28中的排液孔49排出液体。该旋流室100限定在第二环形表面44,端面盘50的前端面52和喷嘴帽的内壁表面30之间。
这里,要注意端面盘50的外周表面60仍然与环形表面44密封贴后,因而限制了液流只能流或导流通过斜槽61和62(图7)以使在旋流室100中产生旋流。可调喷嘴装置10的锥形喷雾工况的特征在于让前端面52离开内壁表面30,但是鼻形套筒的端面盘50的环形周边60与喷嘴帽侧32的环形表面44仍保持无缝接触,使得液体不能越过或绕过端面盘50进入旋流室100,而只允许液体流过斜槽61、62,以圆形或旋转形运动方式进入旋流室100,以便以锥形喷射方式通过排液孔49排出液体。
图12示出了可调喷嘴装置10的液流或射流工况的位置,在该位置,喷嘴帽12进一步拧离鼻形套筒14而形成更大的室102,而端面盘50环形周边60对着喷嘴帽侧缘32的更大直径的环形表面40,并与其隔开一段距离。由于现在从径向通道71,72来的液体可以越过或绕过端的盘50的环形周边60(而不只是流过斜槽61、62),进入更大的室102并从出口孔49排出,所以此工况下液体的排放变成了液流或射流形式。这样,液流不受斜槽的导引这种非特定的液流基本以径向向里的方向而不是以旋流进到排液孔49。结果,液体是以液流形式从排液孔49排出。
可以认为通过上述说明,完全可以了解本发明的可调喷嘴装置和它的许多优点。当然,对一些零件的形式、结构或布置可作一些变动,仍然不背离本发明范围的精神,也不丧失本发明的优点。这里公开的结构只是为了描述本发明而举的最佳实施例。相应的,本发明的范围仅仅为所附的权利要求书所限定。

Claims (9)

1、一种手动操作板机式喷雾器的可调喷嘴装置,包括:
一个鼻形套筒,它包括装在板机式喷雾器的主体的前端的一主体部分,和有带有螺纹部分的前部结构和延伸穿过所述的鼻形套筒主体到所述的前部结构后面的区域的通道装置;和
一个喷嘴帽,用螺纹安装到所述的鼻形套筒的所述的主体的前部结构部分,该喷嘴帽有开在所述喷嘴帽前壁上的外形孔,和外形及安置可与所述的前部结构部分匹配的内壁表面装置。
其特征在于所述的前部结构(14,50)有通道装置(70、71、72、61、62),该通道装置允许液体在所述的喷嘴处在转到第二选定位置时穿过所述的前部结构(14,50),并在所述的前部结构前部的旋涡通道流入并穿过在所述的喷嘴帽(12)上的排液孔,因而提供了从所述喷嘴帽(12)喷出的液雾。
所述的喷嘴帽(12)可从所述鼻形套筒主体(14)上第一选定位置,也就是全拧紧的位置向外转到第二选定位置,在该第一位置所述的内表面装置与所述的前部结构(50)齐平以建立一个关闭位置,而所述的第二位置是上面限定的喷雾位置;
所述的喷嘴帽(12)可然后外转到第三选定位置,在该位置液体能完全流过前部结构(50)的外周边(60)流到并通过所述的排液孔(49),液体能以液流形式从所述排液孔(49)排出。
2、按照权利要求1的可调喷嘴装置,其特征在于所述的喷嘴帽(12)有向后延伸的圆柱形的侧缘(32),所述的侧缘(32)有内螺纹(34),用来把所述的喷嘴帽(12)拧在所述的鼻形套筒的所述的螺纹部分(22),所述的鼻形套筒有一个前端面盘(50),该盘(50)有一前端面(52、54、56),所述的外环形周边(60)和在该环形周边(60)上有两个径向相对的斜槽(61、62);
所述的喷嘴帽(12)有在所述的侧缘(32)中专门轮廓的表面(38、40、42、44)和在所述的喷嘴帽(12)的所述的前壁(28)的外壁表面(30、46),该专门轮廓的表面结构形状与所述的端面盘(50)的一些部分(54、56、60)相配合;
所述的喷嘴帽(12)的所述第一位置由所述的喷嘴帽拧在所述的鼻形套筒(14)拧到一位置限定,在该位置所述的前端面(50)和所述前端面(50)的所述的环形周边(60)和所述的专门轮廓的表面部分(30,44,46)相匹配而封闭及密封所述的排液孔(49);
所述的喷嘴帽(12)的所述的第二位置由所述的喷嘴帽(12)从所述的鼻形套筒(14)部分拧松而把所述的端面盘(50)的所述的前端面(52,54,56)与所述的内壁表面(30,46)脱开所限定,但是所述的环形周边(60)仍与所述的侧缘(32)的所述的专门轮廓的表面的一部分(44)密封接合,因而在所述的内壁表面(30,46)和所述的端面盘(50)之间建立一旋涡室(100),并且液体流动穿过所述的两个斜槽(61、62)以旋涡形式在所述的旋涡室(100)中流动并以锥形喷雾形式从所述的排液孔(49)排出,而所述的喷嘴帽(12)的第三位置是所述的喷嘴帽(12)的进一步拧松的位置,在该位置,所述的端面盘(50)从在所述的喷嘴帽(12)内的专门轮廓的表面部分(44)完全脱开的位置,因此液体能流过所述端面盘(50)的外环形周边,以液流形式径向流到并流出排液孔(49)。
3、按照权利要求2的可调喷嘴装置,其特征在于所述的喷嘴帽(12)的内壁表面(30、46)包括部分截锥形表面(46),和部分平面(30),而所述的端面盘(50)的前端面(52)也包括部分截头锥形表面(54)和部分平面(56)可与所述的内壁表面(30,46)匹配及密封接合。
4、按照权利要求2或3的可调喷嘴装置,其特征在于在所述的喷嘴帽(12)中的所述专门轮廓表面(40、44)包括与所述的端面盘(50)的外环形周边(60)密封接合的环形表面(42)和与该环形周边(60)不密封接合的一个尺寸更大的环形表面(40)。
5、按照权利要求3或4的可调喷嘴装置,其特征在于在所述的鼻形套筒(14)内的所述的通道装置(70,71,72,61,62)包括从所述鼻形套筒(14)往前延伸到所述的端面盘(50)的后侧(73)的轴向通道(70)和从所述的轴向通道(70)径向向外延伸到各斜槽(61,62)的两个相对的径向通道(71,72)。
6、按照权利要求5的可调喷嘴装置,其特征在于所述的鼻形套筒(14)包括在所述的径向通道(71,72)区域,在所述的端面盘(50)和所述的鼻形套筒(14)的所述螺纹部分(22)之间的一环形槽(58)。
7、按照权利要求6的可调喷嘴装置,其特征在于它还包括一个弹性的O形圈,安放在所述的环形槽(58)内,并且来与所述的喷嘴帽(12)的所述的专门轮廓表面(40,42)的一部分(40)相密封接合。
8、按照权利要求6的可调喷嘴装置,其特征在于所述的径向通道(71,72)分别延伸到所述的环形槽(61,62)并穿过所述的端面盘(50)的后侧(73)的一部分。
9、按照权利要求2至8中任一项的喷嘴装置,其特征在于所述的鼻形套筒(14)包括一中套筒座(64)和一安装结构(81,82,91,92),该中套筒(64)用来和板机式喷雾器主体的前端密封接合,而安装结构(81,82,91,92)从所述的中套筒座(64)向后延伸以便装在板机式喷雾器的主体内,以把鼻形套筒装在板机式喷雾器上。
