Abstract

本发明公开了一种秸秆干发酵自动回流搅拌沼气池,包括秸秆沼气池和设置在两个秸秆沼气池旁边的隧道沼气池,所述秸秆沼气池的开口上设置密封膜,周围设置水槽,所述秸秆沼气池内设置与隧道沼气池连通的进液管和回流管组成的自动回流搅拌装置,所述隧道沼气池和秸秆沼气池通过带阀门的管道与增压机连通。由于本发明在所述秸秆沼气池内设置与隧道沼气池连通的自动回流搅拌装置,当隧道沼气池产气时,池内气压增大,沼液在大气压作用下从秸秆池进液管流进秸秆沼气池内秸秆料的上方,浸泡秸秆;当隧道沼气池内沼气使用后,气压变小,沼液在大气压作用下从回流管流进隧道沼气池内;在用户用气和气池产气的过程中,完成该沼气池的自动搅拌。

技术领域
本发明属于大型秸秆沼气池技术领域,具体涉及一种秸秆干发酵自动回流搅拌沼气池。
背景技术
在农村沼气使用过程中,秸秆沼气池有许多优点,与常用的粪便发酵相比,秸秆分布广泛,原料充足,另外含水量低,产生的沼渣呈固态,可直接作作为有机肥料使用,秸秆可长期贮存,运输方便,价格便宜。但是由于秸秆沼气池在推广的过程中有一些问题未能得到合理地解决,使得农村秸秆没有能够充分利用,在秸秆沼气池发展的过程中主要存在如下问题:一、在原料更新及沼气池检修的过程中,会发生断气现象;二、由于沼气池的开口一般都小,秸秆沼气池的进料与出料困难,速度慢;三、产生的沼气收集设备昂贵,不易普及;四、秸秆利用率低、产气率低、启动慢;五、秸秆池易结壳;六、沼气的稳压供气不稳定。公开号CN 101372658公开了一种新的大型敞口复合式沼气池,包括发酵池、集气储气装置与发酵池相连接的供气装置,所述发酵池包括多个独立的分发酵池,分发酵池间可以相互连通或断开。但是这中间有太多的机构,过程比较麻烦,特别是防结壳的机构构造复杂,需要经常用到电动设备对其进行搅拌混合,不利于节省成本。
发明内容
本发明提供一种结构合理、自动搅拌、工艺简单、产气量大的秸秆干发酵自动回流搅拌沼气池。
一种秸秆干发酵自动回流搅拌沼气池,包括秸秆沼气池和设置在两个秸秆沼气池旁边的隧道沼气池,所述秸秆沼气池的开口上设置密封膜,周围设置水槽,所述密封膜的四周设置在水槽内,所述秸秆沼气池内设置与隧道沼气池连通的自动回流搅拌装置,所述自动回流搅拌装置包括设置在秸秆沼气池内与隧道沼气池连通的秸秆池进液管和回流管,所述秸秆池进液管下方与隧道沼气池底部连通,上方伸出秸秆物料上方,所述回流管下方设置在秸秆池底部,上部与隧道沼气池液面上空间连通,所述隧道沼气池和秸秆沼气池通过带阀门的管道与增压机连通。
所述秸秆沼气池内设置秸秆压定机构。
所述隧道沼气池内设置回转折流墙。
由于本发明在所述秸秆沼气池内设置与隧道沼气池连通的自动回流搅拌装置,所述自动回流搅拌装置包括设置在秸秆沼气池内与隧道沼气池连通的秸秆池进液管和回流管,所述秸秆池进液管下方与隧道沼气池底部连通,上方伸出秸秆物料上方,所述回流管下方设置在秸秆池底部,上部与隧道沼气池液面上空间连通;当隧道沼气池产气时,池内气压增大,沼液在大气压作用下从秸秆池进液管流进秸秆沼气池内秸秆料的上方,浸泡秸秆;当隧道沼气池内沼气使用后,气压变小,沼液在大气压作用下从回流管流进隧道沼气池内;在用户用气和气池产气的过程中,完成该沼气池的自动搅拌。同时秸秆沼气池产的气使用时,可以通过增压机对秸秆池内的气进行加压并输送到隧道式沼气池,从隧道式沼气池输送出,这就在使用沼气的过程中完成了沼气池自动回流搅拌的作用,隧道式沼气池又起到了调压的作用;同时沼液的自动回流搅拌,加速沼气池的反应速度,提高出气量;所述隧道沼气池内设置回转折流墙,可以将粪便池里的料以折线的方式推进,保证发酵料充分反应,提高发酵料的反应率。

具体实施方式:
如图1、图2所示:一种秸秆干发酵自动回流搅拌沼气池,包括秸秆沼气池1和设置在秸秆沼气池1旁边的隧道沼气池2,所述秸秆沼气池为两个,设置在隧道沼气池2的两边,所述秸秆沼气池1的开口上设置密封膜4,周围设置水槽3,所述密封膜4的四周设置在水槽3内,所述秸秆沼气池1内设置与隧道沼气池2连通的自动回流搅拌装置,所述隧道沼气池2和秸秆沼气池1通过带阀门的管道9与增压机5连通。所述自动回流搅拌装置包括设置在秸秆沼气池1内与隧道沼气池2连通的秸秆池进液管7和回流管6,所述秸秆沼气池进液管7下方与隧道沼气池2底部连通,上方伸出秸秆物料上方空间8,所述回流6管下方设置在秸秆沼气池1底部,上部与隧道沼气池2液面上空间连通。当隧道沼气池2产气时,池内气压增大,沼液在大气压作用下从秸秆池进液管7流进秸秆沼气池1内秸秆料的上方,浸泡秸秆;当隧道沼气池2内的沼气使用后,池内气压变小,沼液在大气压作用下从回流管6流进隧道沼气池2内;同时秸秆沼气池产的气使用时,可以通过增压机对秸秆池内的气进行加压并输送到隧道式沼气池,从隧道式沼气池输送出,这就在使用沼气的过程中完成了沼气池自动回流搅拌的作用,隧道式沼气池又起到了调压的作用。同时沼液的自动回流搅拌,加速沼气池的反应速度,提高出气量。
所述秸秆沼气池1内设置秸秆压定机构11,秸秆压定机构用于压住松散的秸秆,便于管理和处理,秸秆压定机构可以是与秸秆沼气池1墙体活动连接角钢,易固定,易拆卸。
所述隧道沼气池2内设置回转折流墙10,可以将粪便池里的料以折线的方式推进,保证发酵料充分反应,提高发酵料的反应率。
上述实施例中,本发明所述两个秸秆沼气池与隧道沼气池组合,实际上本发明不局限于上述实施例,也可以是一个秸秆沼气池与一个隧道沼气池组合搭配,也可以是三个秸秆沼气池与一个隧道沼气池组合,只要是上述在秸秆沼气池与隧道沼气池之间自动回流搅拌的方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。

1.一种秸秆干发酵自动回流搅拌沼气池,包括秸秆沼气池和设置在秸秆沼气池旁边的隧道沼气池,其特征在于:所述秸秆沼气池的开口上设置密封膜,周围设置水槽,所述密封膜的四周设置在水槽内,所述秸秆沼气池内设置与隧道沼气池连通的自动回流搅拌装置,所述自动回流搅拌装置包括设置在秸秆沼气池内与隧道沼气池连通的秸秆池进液管和回流管,所述秸秆池进液管下方与隧道沼气池底部连通,上方伸出秸秆物料上方,所述回流管下方设置在秸秆池底部,上部与隧道沼气池液面上空间连通,所述隧道沼气池和秸秆沼气池通过带阀门的管道与增压机连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的秸杆干发酵自动回流搅拌沼气池,其特征在于:所述秸秆沼气池内设置秸秆压定机构。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的秸杆干发酵自动回流搅拌沼气池,其特征在于:所述隧道沼气池内设置回转折流墙。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的秸杆干发酵自动回流搅拌沼气池,其特征在于:秸秆沼气池产的气使用时,可以通过所述增压机对秸秆池内的气进行加压并输送到隧道式沼气池,从隧道式沼气池输送出,这就在使用沼气的过程中完成了沼气池自动回流搅拌的作用,又起到了调压的作用。
