Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种自调压式沼气池,包括发酵池、进料口、排气管,出料间,发酵池为PVC材质,经过高频焊接组成,出料间内有两活塞筒,两活塞筒的上端设有出口,其进口分别对应于沼气池的沼液区和沼渣区,活塞杆装于对应的活塞筒内;所述排气管的末端设有两支管,在排气管下设有减压池,池内蓄水,一支管与沼气终端设备相连,另一支管插于减压池中,利用水压对沼气池进行调压,压力大时,气体自动从减压池排出,压力小时,水自动进行封闭。本实用新型具有占地面积小、易于施工安装、运输便捷、成本低的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气池。
背景技术
现有的沼气池,特别是用于农村的沼气池,如图1所示,包括发酵池21、进料管22、出料管23、、出料间25、活动盖26和导气管27,使用时将粪便、桔杆类等发酵物放入发酵池21中进行发酵,沼液和沼渣的排放均在出料间内完成;由于出料间25的设置,使得沼气池的占地面积较大,同时发酵池21普遍采用玻璃钢,为刚性材料,不便于运输,不利于施工安装,成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的上述不足,提供一种自调压式沼气池,它具有占地面积小、运输便捷、易于施工安装、成本较低的优点。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的自调压式沼气池,包括发酵池、进料口、排气管和出料间,其特征在于发酵池和出料间固联为一体,出料间中还设有两活塞筒,两活塞筒的上端设有出口,其进口分别对应于沼气池的沼液区和沼渣区,活塞杆装于对应的活塞筒内,形成一个抽液器和抽渣器;所述排气管的末端设有两支管,在排气管下设有减压池,池内蓄水,一支管与沼气终端设备相连,另一支管插于减压池中;
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述发酵池为PVC材质,经过高频焊接组成;
本实用新型利用水压对沼气池进行调压,压力大时,气体自动从减压池排出,压力小时,水自动进行封闭;通过上拉两活塞杆可排出沼液和沼渣,发酵池和出料间固联为一体,占地面积小、运输便捷;发酵池为PVC材质,较柔软,放入预先挖好的坑内即可,易于施工安装,且成本较低。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
由图2所示,该自调压式沼气池,包括发酵池1、进料口2、排气管3和出料间11,发酵池1为PVC材质,经过高频焊接组成,出料间11中还设有两活塞筒4、5,两活塞筒4、5的上端设有出口,其进口分别对应于沼气池的沼液区和沼渣区,活塞杆6、7装于对应的活塞筒内;所述排气管3的末端设有两支管8、9,在排气管下设有减压池10,,池内蓄水,一支管8与沼气终端设备相连,另一支管9插于减压池10中;
本实用新型利用水压对沼气池进行调压,压力大时,气体自动从减压池10排出,压力小时,水自动进行封闭;通过上拉两活塞杆6、7可排出沼液和沼渣,发酵池1和出料间11固联为一体,占地面积小、运输便捷;发酵池1为PVC材质,较柔软,放入预先挖好的坑内即可,易于施工安装,且成本较低。

1、一种自调压式沼气池,包括发酵池、进料口、排气管和出料间,其特征在于发酵池和出料间固连为一体,出料间中还设有两活塞筒,两活塞筒的上端设有出口,其进口分别对应于沼气池的沼液区和沼渣区,活塞杆装于对应的活塞筒内;所述排气管的末端设有两支管,在排气管下设有减压池,池内蓄水,一支管与沼气终端设备相连,另一支管插于减压池中。
2、如权利要求1所述的自调压式沼气池,其特征在于所述发酵池为PVC材质,经过高频焊接组成。
