技术领域
本发明涉及压力监测技术,尤其涉及轮胎压力监测技术。
背景技术
为监测机动车辆的轮胎压力,使用的设备包括测量压力的传感器和无线传输压力信息的发射器。这些设备一般指的是车轮电子系统,放置在充气轮胎中。比如,车轮电子系统可附着在阀基或轮缘上。
车辆内或车辆上安装的接收器可接收车轮电子系统传输的压力信息。该轮胎压力监测系统可显示车辆轮胎气压不足信息或对驾驶员危险的压降信息。通过接收访问信号来触发传输活动的车轮电子系统是非常有利的。在这样的车轮电子系统中,如需要,在车辆上安装的中央单元可通过访问车轮电子系统来获取个别车胎信息。
无论车轮电子系统的能源需求是来自电池驱动、机-电或热-电转换器,实现最经济的能源消耗量始终是车轮电子系统开发改进中要追求的目标。

调节部分最好包含3至10个脉冲,优选3至7个脉冲。该措施的优点是不仅有足够数量的可用脉冲来可靠地确定必要的放大因子,而且能够避免不必要的长时间接收活动。
接收条件以及必要的放大情况尤其可以在脉冲边沿确定好。因此,短脉冲对调节部分是非常有利的。在系统准确度范围内,调节部分的脉冲最好具有相同的脉冲长度。比如,调节部分的脉冲长度均相同,这些脉冲对命令部分位串中的数值0进行编码。

图1中所述的用于监测车辆轮胎压力的系统包括多个车轮电子系统1,在所有情况下,每个车轮电子系统都装在车辆的一个充气轮胎中,其包括压力传感器1a,温度传感器1b,控制单元1c,电源1d,如电池或发电机,HF发射器1e和LF接收器1f。该系统还包括中央单元2,中央单元2以静态方式安装在车辆上,访问发射器3和至少一个HF接收器4与中央单元2相连。

在所述的实施例中,唤醒脉冲11占脉冲序列10持续时间的一半以上。唤醒脉冲比调节部分12长,也比命令部分14长。唤醒脉冲11最好比命令部分14和调节部分12的持续时间之和长。唤醒脉冲11越长,车轮电子系统的抽样就越粗。因此,唤醒脉冲11越长,车轮电子系统对能量的要求和干扰的敏感性就越低。其中,唤醒脉冲的最大长度上限是由要求的系统响应时间定义的。
车轮电子系统1定期激活接收器1f,以检查访问信号10是否被激活。通过选择车轮电子系统1的接收器1f的激活时间比唤醒脉冲11的激活时间短的时间间隔,在访问信号10的调节部分12,对于准备接收的车轮电子系统来说,几乎没有能量消耗。
为了确定唤醒脉冲11是否已被激活,在很短的时间内,如0.5ms或更少时间激活车轮电子系统1的接收器1f就足够了。因为大部分时间车轮电子系统接收器1f被切断,所以这里所需的能量是很低的。车轮电子系统1接收器1f的激活时间间隔最好至少为唤醒脉冲11持续时间的2/3,优选3/4以上,但是要比唤醒脉冲11的持续时间要短。
在所述的实施例中,接收器每32ms以小于0.5ms时间激活一次。在所述的实施例中,唤醒脉冲11的持续时间为42ms。唤醒脉冲11的持续时间可以被轻易地选择为长些或短些。但是,我们必须考虑到:唤醒脉冲11的持续时间越短,车轮电子系统的激活就越频繁。持续时间较长的唤醒脉冲的优点在于车轮电子系统1的操作更加简洁,但是相应地也意味着需要花费更多的时间来访问与压力信息有关的车轮电子系统。最有利的唤醒脉冲11持续时间范围为30ms至200ms,优选是35ms至100ms。

10.根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述启动脉冲(13)的长度比所述命令部分(14)的脉冲(14a,14b)长。
11.根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述启动脉冲(13)的长度至少是所述调节部分(12)的脉冲(12a)和所述命令部分(14)的脉冲(14a,14b)的持续时间的总和。
12.根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述启动脉冲(13)是所述调节部分(12)的脉冲(12a)的3至10倍。
13.根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述启动脉冲(13)是所述调节部分(12)的脉冲(12a)的4至6倍。
14.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或8或9所述的方法,其特征在于:所述脉冲序列(10)包括位于所述调节部分(12)之前的唤醒脉冲(11)。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:所述唤醒脉冲(11)比调节部分(12)的脉冲长。
16.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:所述唤醒脉冲(11)比命令部分(14)的脉冲长。
17.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:所述唤醒脉冲(11)比所述命令部分(14)和所述调节部分(12)的脉冲持续时间总和长。
18.根据权利要求15至17任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述唤醒脉冲(11)占所述脉冲序列(10)持续时间的一半以上。
19.一种轮胎压力监测系统,包括车轮电子系统(1),所述车轮电子系统(1)装有测量轮胎内空气压力的压力传感器(1a),传输压力信息的发射器(1e),接收访问信号(10)的接收器(1f),发射访问信号(10)的访问发射器(3),接收压力信息的接收器(4),通过接收访问信号(10)触发车轮电子系统(1)的传输活动,所述访问信号(10)是以脉冲序列的形式传输,所述脉冲序列包括对车轮电子系统(1)的传输指令编码的命令部分(14),其特征在于:所述脉冲序列包括位于命令部分(14)之前包含有若干脉冲(12a)的调节部分(12),位于所述调节部分(12)和所述命令部分(14)之间的所述脉冲序列(10)包括启动脉冲(13),其长度至少是所述调节部分(12)脉冲(12a)的两倍。
20.根据权利要求19所述的系统,其特征在于:所述车轮电子系统(1)的接收器(1f)包括放大器,所述调节部分(12)的脉冲(12a)用于调节评估所述命令部分(14)需要的放大因子。
