背景技术
现有的发动机清洗设备包括用来收集洗涤污水的收集装置。收集装置在拖车上被送到机场，运向飞机，并放在发动机的后面。这种收集装置并不是在所有的飞机变体上都能有效收集。
发明内容
如此处所述，提供一种用于发动机清洗的污水收集单元。污水收集单元广泛地包括便携式拖车和污水收集系统，便携式拖车具有形成内部车厢的多个侧面，污水收集系统定位于内部车厢内，用于在拖车被放置在操作结构时收集发动机水洗污水。

具体实施方式
提供一种污水收集单元，包括坚固的、紧凑的、独立的、可运输的拖车，拖车可以很容易地转变为高效的、通用的污水收集装置。
污水收集单元用于收集发动机水洗污水，其中含有来自发动机清洗过程中的污染物。污水收集单元防止含污废水排放到环境中，并且允许在机场门口、修理库、或机场营运范围的其它地方清洗发动机。
污水收集单元改善了发动机清洗操作、后勤管理、安全性和性能。污水收集单元可以与准备并分配发动机清洗水并再循环使用污水的整体式清洗单元一起使用。
图1-3显示了处于储备托运结构下的污水收集单元10。由这些图可见，单元10包括拖车12，拖车12具有安装了多个车轮14的基座13。如果需要，每个车轮14上可以设有机动闸或手动闸。闸应独立于牵引杆32的位置。此外，为了稳定性的目的，基座13可以具有多个可伸长并且可收回的支腿16。

如图5所示，拖车12可以具有连接到基座13的前端的牵引杆32，使得污水收集单元10可以被另一车辆牵引，例如卡车、铲车、机场拖车或其他车辆，或者被手动移动。牵引杆32在高度上可调节。此外，牵引杆32可移动地安装在基座13上或者可枢转地安装在基座13上，以便牵引杆32可以在储备位置和展开位置之间移动。牵引杆32可以包括接收器34以用于安装扣钩或球形栓结。如果需要，支撑轮36可以连接于牵引杆32，以增加额外的支撑。支撑轮36还可以装有动力，以驱动并操纵污水收集单元进入使用位置。
如图6和7所示，污水收集单元10进一步包括平台38，其可以相对于基座13移动。任何适当的装置，例如叉式升降机、垂直提升器、液压缸、电驱动器或动力装置，都可以用于相对于基座13移动平台38或者与平台38一起提升基座13。平台38和/或基座13可以设有将平台38和/或基座13固定到叉式升降机的叉部、垂直提升器的部件、提升汽缸的部件或提升驱动器的部件上的装置，以防止在提升过程中倾翻。固定装置可以是夹具、槽、通道等类似物，附接在平台38和/或基座13上，或者形成在平台38和/或基座13上。
如图6或7所示，基座13可通过两对支腿40和42被连接到平台38上。每个支腿40可以在一端枢转地连接于基座13，并且可以通过在点44处附接到支腿40上凸轮而沿着形成在平台38上的轨道(未显示)滑动地移动。每个支腿42也可以在点45处枢转地连接于平台38。每个支腿42的底端可以沿基座13滑动地移动，或者可以枢转地连接到基座13上。例如，每个支腿42的底端可以具有在形成在基座13的一部分上的轨道(未显示)中滑动的凸轮(未显示)。每个支腿40与相应的支腿42形成X状。此外，每个支腿40枢转地连接到相应的支腿42上。
拖车12可以具有尾灯46、运行指示灯48、刹车灯50、刮泥板52和反光镜54。依据各灯的需要，单元10可以具有连接点和转换套具或适配器。
壁15和18、端板20、平台38和基座13可以由任何适当的防水且防腐蚀的材料制成。如果需要，可以在壁15、18和端板20上开设进人员进入的门或板21，以在拖车12处于其行进模式时能进入内部车厢和内部车厢的储存区。储存区可以用来储存管件、备件、梯子和储存物品。
现在参见附图8和9，收集单元12还具有污水收集系统15。污水收集系统50可以包括一个或多个收集装置52，例如金属槽，其设置于清洗的发动机的下面。收集装置52可以以任何期望的方式安装在平台38上。例如，收集装置52可以枢转地连接于平台38，以从储备位置移动到升起的展开位置。如果需要，收集装置52可以具有附接在其侧面上的建筑材料或金属板54。建筑材料或金属板54可以作为额外的污水收集板。
污水收集系统50还可包括至少一个位于基座13或平台38上的箱56，用于接收收集装置52所收集的污水。收集装置52通过任何适当的排水系统连接到位于基座13或平台38上的箱56。可以设有泵58，以将污水从箱56泵送到循环设备或不构成污水收集系统一部分的其它处理系统。泵58可以是自吸泵，以帮助污水从箱56中转移。根据需要可以设置适当的配件和软管。箱56可以储存至少两个发动机水洗周期的污水。箱56由防腐蚀和防漏的材料制成，如果需要还可以防止刺穿性损坏。箱56可以以任何适当的方式被安装在基座13或平台38上。
污水收集系统50还可以包括碳水化合物初步吸附或油-水分离机构，油水分离机构是将油从收集的污水中初步去除器。添加到收集装置或与收集装置一体形成的亲脂材料和排水装置是有用的。也可以使用漂在污水上的吸油枕、吸油管或吸油片。此外，可以使用撇油器。
污水收集单元可以具有装置19，用来从液滴分离板17的下游去除雾和污染物，例如在液滴分离板17的下游放置的雾收集、雾分离、雾吸收和/或雾过滤材料。
如果需要，污水收集单元10可以提供用来从发动机排出区域去除污水的方法。可以提供具有快速连接管的抽水软管，用来利用泵或真空装置从发动机抽取污水，快速连接管具有锥形尖端或柔性软管。
如果需要，污水收集单元10可以有内置的可调梯子或平台，具有防滑涂层，以便于能接近发动机的排气装置。
污水收集单元10可以用于各种商业和军事的机翼上和尾部上安装的发动机。污水收集单元可以收集来自发动机主路通道、旁路通道等处的污水。如果需要，这可以通过可移动和/或延伸板18、柔性整流罩、支撑管道、和/或分流板来实现。
此处描述的污水收集单元具有在恶劣的机场环境下使用的更坚固的设计，提高了操作者的安全性，简化操作，减少维护，和更加高效的后勤管理、运输和储存特征。
当清空时由一个人和当装满时由两个或更多人，污水收集单元10很容易被操纵。此外，可以很快完成将污水收集单元转换到其展开位置，也就是少于20分钟。
污水收集单元10可以放置在发动机中心线的下方。污水收集单元可以用安装在基座13上的辅助轮60横向移动，该辅助轮可以被降下或升起。可以提供帮助操作者调整和对准的视觉指示器。
此处所述的污水收集单元具有提高的污水收集性能和减少的环境泄露可能性、在更多种飞机发动机应用上的提供的有效性和紧凑的设计，紧凑的设计提高了后勤管理，降低了运输存储费用和要求，消除了用于在机场之间运输的额外拖车的需要，允许在公路和机场操作区内进行牵引，避免在储备时雨水充满收集器，减少维护，简化装配和操作，具有综合提升能力，从污水中去除油并从发动机排出区域去除污水，并为其他备件/供给物提供储存能力。

Claims (19)

1.一种用于发动机清洗的污水收集单元(10)，包括：
便携式拖车(12)，具有形成内部车厢(30)的多个侧面(15，18，20)；
污水收集系统(50)，定位在所述内部车厢内，用于当所述拖车被放置于操作结构时收集发动机水洗污水；和
至少一些所述侧面(18，20)可在缩回位置和露出所述污水收集系统的打开位置之间移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的污水收集单元，其中所述多个可移动侧面包括在缩回位置和展开位置之间可移动的端板(20)，可移动到展开位置的第一侧板(18)，和可移动到展开位置的第二侧板(18)，所述第二侧板和所述第一侧板相对设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的污水收集单元，其中所述端板(20)具有形成所述拖车的后端的第一部分(22)和形成所述拖车的顶板的第二部分(24)。
4.如权利要求3所述的污水收集单元，其中所述第一部分(22)枢转地连接到所述第二部分(24)，以使在所述展开位置，所述第一部分与所述第二部分对齐并形成污水收集系统或槽(50)。
5.如权利要求1所述的污水收集单元，进一步包括用于支撑所述污水收集系统的平台(38)和基座(13)，所述平台连接到所述基座，并且所述平台相对于所述基座可移动。
6.如权利要求5所述的污水收集单元，进一步包括允许利用叉式升降机、垂直提升机构使所述平台相对于所述框架被移动的装置。
7.如权利要求5所述的污水收集单元，进一步包括枢转地连接到所述平台和所述基座的第一支脚(40)，枢转地连接到所述平台和所述基座的第二支脚(42)；以及
所述第一支脚和所述第二支脚形成X形结构，且相互枢转地连接。
8.如权利要求7所述的污水收集单元，其中所述第一支脚(40)枢转地连接到所述基座的第一侧和所述平台的第一侧，所述第二支脚(42)枢转地连接到所述基座的所述第一侧和所述平台的所述第一侧，并且进一步包括第三支脚(40)和第四支脚(42)，所述第三支脚枢转地连接到所述基座的第二侧和所述平台的第二侧，所述第四支脚枢转地连接到所述平台的所述第二侧和所述基座的所述第二侧。
9.如权利要求1所述的污水收集单元，其中所述污水收集系统包括至少一个收集槽(52)和至少一个可调液滴分离板(17)。
10.如权利要求9所述的污水收集单元，其中每个所述收集槽(52)包括金属或建筑材料的斜槽(54)，并且每个所述液滴分离板由液滴分离器或吸收材料或从空气流中移除液滴的结构构成。
11.如权利要求1所述的污水收集单元，进一步包括使所述拖车被连接到车辆上的装置(32)。
12.如权利要求11所述的污水收集单元，其中所述连接装置(32)包括高度可调节的牵引杆，所述牵引杆枢转地连接到所述拖车上，并且其中所述牵引杆包括接收器(34)以用于安装扣钩和球形栓结中的至少一种。
13.如权利要求1所述的污水收集单元，其中所述拖车包括尾灯(46)，运行指示灯(48)，刹车灯(50)，刮泥板(50)和反光镜(54)；并且所述内部车厢(30)包括储存区域。
14.如权利要求1所述的污水收集单元，其中所述污水收集系统(50)包括至少一个箱(56)和至少一个泵(58)。
15.如权利要求1所述的污水收集单元，其中所述污水收集系统(50)包括碳氢化合物初步吸附和油-水分离装置和集油装置。
16.如权利要求1所述的污水收集单元，其中所述污水收集系统包括液滴分离板(17)和用于利用放置在液滴分离板下游的雾收集、雾分离、雾吸收和/或雾过滤材料中的至少一个在下游从液滴分离板去除雾和污染物的装置。
17.如权利要求1所述的污水收集单元，进一步包括液滴分离板(17)，并且所述多个可移动侧面(18)在被定位成用于形成通道时，用于促使污水/空气混合物通过所述液滴分离板。
