风挡刮雨器装置
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种风挡刮雨器装置,其包括一弹性细长(elongated)的承载架(carrier element),还包括一细长的刮片(wiper blade),该刮片置于将被刮刷的挡风玻璃上,该刮片包括至少一个长槽,该长槽中纵向安装有承载架长条,其中承载架长条的各端部由各自的端帽连接,该风挡刮雨器包括一供与摆动臂连接的连接装置。
背景技术
这种类型的风挡刮雨器装置在本专利的申请人提出的国际专利(PCT)申请(公开号WO02/090155)中公开过。现有技术的风挡刮雨器装置特意设计成无关节支杆式(yokeless)或平刮片式(flat blade),其中不再需要将多个支杆相互铰接连接在一起(关节支杆),而是通过承载架将刮片偏置,因此刮片呈现出特定的弧线。在已知的风挡刮雨器装置中,刮片纵向方向上两侧设置有相对着的长槽,在该各个长槽中,安装有彼此相互隔开的纵向布置的承载架长条。各承载架长条的端部由两端各自的端帽连接在一起。
有时,上述国际申请(PCT)所揭露的风挡刮雨器装置存在以下不足之处:其中的连接装置包括与自身一体的夹紧零件,该夹紧零件环抱在纵向布置的承载架长条的侧部,使连接装置连接至在由刮片和承载架长条组成的结构组件上,为了锁紧连接装置,使其不沿着承载架长条纵向移动,实际使用中,承载架长条的外部侧面上设有凹槽,连接装置的夹紧零件安装在该凹槽中。显然,生产制造该风挡刮雨器装置的时候,在每一个承载架长条上剪切如此精确形状的凹槽需要额外的工具及额外的生产工序。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对现有技术中的风挡刮雨器装置进行改进,以克服上述国际申请中风挡刮雨器装置存在的不足,其中连接装置与由刮片和承载架长条组成的组件之间相互以持久、可靠的方式连接,在加工制造的过程中不需要额外的工具和额外的切割步骤。
为了达到上述目的,本发明公开一种风挡刮雨器装置,特征在于其刮片包括一细长的位于上部位置的夹持构件以及一柔性材料做成的位于下部位置的刮刷构件,其中夹持构件夹持住刮刷构件。夹持构件包括向下伸出的侧板,用于从外侧部区域夹持刮刷构件(参照其横截面图),其中夹持构件的上部处至少一长槽在远离刮刷构件的那一侧长槽侧壁为敞开结构,且连接装置与承载架长条之间设有相互协同工作的凸部-开孔结构(即凸部卡入开孔来固定的一种连接形式),通过卡入方式(snapping connection)使连接装置和承载架长条相互连接。特别地,连接装置包括有向下伸出的凸部,承载架长条包括与之相应的开孔,连接装置通过该凸部卡入承载架长条的开孔中。更特别的是,该开孔通过包含于冲模和铸模上的冲压、剪切或锯割工序等形成于承载架长条上。其上的开孔不会减少承载架长条工作时的机械阻力。更特别的是,凸部自连接装置的底部往下延伸。作为优选方式,夹持构件上的侧板从刮刷构件的外侧部与刮刷构件枢转连接,实现夹持构件与刮刷构件之间的机械连接,使用时,夹持构件夹持住刮刷构件使得刮刷构件相对于夹持构件能枢接转动或者铰接转动。实际使用中,刮刷构件的枢接转动与摆动臂的摆动相应。由于具有上述那样的机械连接,刮刷构件不必因配合摆动臂的摆动而弯曲,因此避免了因受力作用而使橡胶刮片产生永久变形。
在本发明的风挡刮雨器装置的一优选实施例中,连接装置滑动地安装在夹持构件上。作为另外的选择方案,连接装置在夹持构件的横向方向上卡入安装至夹持构件上。
在本发明的风挡刮雨器装置的另一优选实施例中,端帽与承载架长条之间设有相互协同工作的凸部-开孔结构,使端帽与承载架长条之间卡入方式相互连接。
在本发明的风挡刮雨器装置的另一优选实施例中,各端帽包括一向下伸出的凸部,承载架长条相应包括相应形状的开孔,各端帽和承载架长条通过将凸部卡入开孔中实现相互连接。并且开孔优选设置在承载架长条上,通过冲压、剪切或锯割等方式加工。而且,凸部优选从端帽的底面向下伸出。
在本发明的风挡刮雨器装置的另一优选实施例中,夹持构件上的侧板从外侧部区域与刮刷构件枢接转动连接。特别地,夹持构件还包括附加的向下伸出的啮合结构,供与刮刷构件的上部区域枢接转动连接。该附加的啮合结构使得刮刷构件的刮刷尖部在每次摆动回转处以最大的反转力矩翻转。
在本发明的风挡刮雨器装置的另一优选实施例中,刮刷构件包括一刮刷尖部、一从该刮刷尖部伸出的颈部以及一从该颈部延伸出的宽大头部。其中,该宽大头部安装在由夹持构件上伸出的两侧板形成的空腔中,该宽大头部优选采用圆形、椭圆形、方形、矩形、菱形或心形的横截面。刮刷尖部将置于风挡玻璃上。上述的刮刷尖部、颈部以及宽大头部为一体成型,并沿着刮片的整个长度方向延伸。
特别地,上述附加的啮合结构与宽大头部的上表面位置相互配合。更加特别的是,啮合结构包括向下伸出的凸条,其与宽大头部上相应形状的凹槽配合。作为优选方案,该凸条沿着刮片的整个长度延伸并且与夹持构件是一体成型。
在本发明的风挡刮雨器装置的另一优选实施例中,夹持构件上伸出的侧板包括向内伸出的弯折部,颈部至少有一部分长度位于该弯折部之间,且宽大头部位于这些弯折部之上。换而言之,宽大头部限制在上述的空腔中,钩状的弯折部可以进一步将刮刷构件保持在夹持构件上。特别地,为了使得刮刷构件平滑无磨损地枢接转动,上述空腔中包含有润滑剂。
在本发明的风挡刮雨器装置的另一优选实施例中,夹持构件上在远离刮刷构件的一侧安装有导风板(spoiler)。导风板上设有环抱夹持构件侧部的啮合结构。作为优选方案,导风板可拆离地连接在夹持部件上。作为另外的选择方案,导风板与夹持构件为一整体的零件。
夹持构件与刮刷构件优选沿纵向方向在刮片的整个长度上延伸。换而言之,刮片包括两个相互协同工作的结构,即所说夹持构件与刮刷构件。这些零部件优选使用滑动连接相互连接在一起,刮刷构件的宽大头部滑动地安装在夹持构件的空腔中。该空腔延伸至整个刮片的长度,使得在刮片上形成具有两端开口的管槽。该管槽的一端形成入口,分体制作的刮刷构件可以手动地从此入口装入,直到刮刷构件最后保持在夹持构件中(第一位置);该端部开口同时也是出口,刮刷构件能手动地从第一位置滑出,可以进行更换或修理(第二位置)。
刮刷构件由弹性材料制成,例如橡胶,夹持构件由塑胶材料制成。

具体实施方式
图1显示了本发明的风挡刮雨器装置的一优选实施例。该风挡刮雨器装置包括一刮片2,刮片包括一细长的位于上部位置的塑胶夹持构件3和一细长的、弹性的刮刷构件4,两者均沿着刮片2的纵向方向的整个长度延伸。夹持构件3上设有一纵向布置的长槽5,长槽中安装有由弹性钢带制成的纵向布置的承载架长条6(参照图2和图3)。纵向布置的承载架长条6构成橡胶刮片2中的柔性的承载架,就如同将看到的那样,承载架将偏置在一具有弧形的位置(curved position),其工作位置的弯曲程度与被刮刷的挡风玻璃的表面弯曲程度一致。各承载架长条6的端部在风挡刮雨器1两端分别与相应的端帽7连接。
风挡刮雨器装置1还包括由塑胶材料或金属材料制成的连接装置8,用于连接摆动臂(图中未显示出来)。参照图1,连接装置8包括两个分别其侧面延伸出来的圆柱形凸销9。这些凸销9与塑料连接件11上具有相应形状的配合孔10枢接转动配合。在另一可采纳的方案中,配合孔10的圆周为未封闭的(配合孔不是一圆整的圆周)。这些凸销9在转轴处起到轴承面的作用,使得连接件11(以及与之连接的摆动臂)围绕摆动臂端部的转轴旋转。凸销9优选与连接装置8作成一个整体。在另一可采纳的方案中,凸销9为一个安装于连接装置8侧面的独立的轴销。连接件11包括一个向外突出的可回弹的簧片12(tongue),摆动臂上与连接件11连接处具有U型横截面,这样一来,簧片12与设置于U型横截面底部的相应形状的开孔相互配合。
为了将连接有刮片2的连接装置8安装到摆动臂上,夹持至连接装置8上的连接件11相对于连接装置8转动,这样就使得连接件11能容易地从摆动臂自由端滑入。在该滑入过程中,可回弹的簧片12起先被按至产生回弹力的状态,然后回弹至上述的开孔中,通过快速卡接,该开孔抵住簧片12。这就是所谓的卡接连接(bayonet-connection),即凸部-开孔结构的一种形式。工作之前,摆动臂与连接件11也可以转回到一平行于刮片2的位置。之后,通过按下可回弹的簧片12(如同按纽一样),连接有刮片2的连接装置8及连接件11便可以从摆动臂上松卸下来。将连接装置8和连接件11与刮片2一起沿远离摆动臂的方向滑动,即可从摆动臂上卸下连接有刮片2的连接装置8。
参照图2中,夹持构件3设有一体制作的向下伸出的侧板13(参照横截面图),这些侧板形成中空的空腔14。空腔14延伸至刮片2的整个长度,由此形成一具有两开放端部的管槽。刮刷构件4包括刮刷尖部15、一从刮刷尖部15伸出来的颈部16以及一从颈部16伸出来的宽大头部17,宽大头部横截面为心形。夹持构件3及刮刷构件4相互活动连接,其中刮刷构件4的宽大头部17活动地安装在夹持构件3上的管槽中。管槽的两开放端部中的一个构成入口,分体制作的刮刷构件4能手动地滑入管槽中直到刮刷构件4完全固定至夹持构件3上(第一位置或夹持位置);该开放端部也作为出口,刮刷构件4能手动的从第一位置滑出,直到刮刷构件4松卸下来,以进行替换或修理(第二位置)。夹持构件3上的侧板13与刮刷构件4的宽大头部枢转配合,使得当连接于夹持构件3上的摆动臂相应摆动时,刮刷构件4作枢接转动或铰接转动。
如图中显示,夹持构件3在其远离刮刷构件4的一侧连接有一可拆离的导风板18(spoiler),导风板18上安装有配合结构,该配合结构环抱住夹持构件3的纵向侧壁19。侧壁19向内弯折并牢固地固定长槽5中的承载架长条6。
参照图2,夹持构件3的底面设有附加的啮合结构,该啮合结构件为向下伸出的凸条20,凸条沿着刮片2的纵向方向延伸一部分长度或整个刮片的长度。该凸条20配合至相应形状的凹槽21中,因此,得到一具有多种变化状态的设计方案,当刮刷尖部15在每次往回摆动时能获得最大的扭矩。
参照图3和图4,连接装置8包括一向下伸出的凸部22,承载架长条6包括一相应形状的开孔23,通过将凸部22卡入或夹牢开孔23来实现连接装置8与承载架长条6相互连接。卡入或夹住动作是通过将连接装置8滑入至夹持构件3来实现的。如图4所示,凸部22为设置于连接装置底部的可回弹的簧片26上的一结构部分。
参照图5,各端帽7包括向下伸出的凸部24,其中承载架长条6包括一靠近自身端部的相应形状的开孔25。各端帽7与承载架长条6通过将凸部24滑入开孔25中来实现相互连接。如图5所示,凸部24为端帽7底部上的可回弹的簧片27上的一结构部分。
尽管附图中没有描述,但对本领域的技术人员而言,摆动臂连接至一安装夹头上用来固定至由小型马达驱动的转轴上实现转动这一点是显而易见的。在使用中,转轴按顺时针方向和逆时针方向交替转动,从而带动安装夹头转动,再依次带动摆动臂摆动,并通过连接装置8使刮片2运动。

6.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),特征在于刮刷构件(4)包括一刮刷尖部(15)、一从刮刷尖部(15)伸出的颈部(16)以及一从颈部(16)伸出的宽大头部(17),所述的宽大头部(17)安装于由夹持构件(3)上的侧板(13)形成的空腔(14)中。 
7.根据权利要求6所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),特征在于所述的宽大头部(17)具有圆形、椭圆形、正方形、矩形、菱形或心形横截面。 
8.根据权利要求5所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),特征在于所述的附加的啮合结构与宽大头部(17)配合连接。 
9.根据权利要求8所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),特征在于所述的附加的啮合结构包括一向下伸出的、与宽大头部(17)上凹槽(21)配合连接的凸条(20)。 
10.根据权利要求6所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),特征在于夹持构件(3)上的侧板(13)包括向内弯折的弯折部,所述的颈部(16)至少有一部分安装在弯折部之间,且宽大头部(17)位于所述的弯折部之上。 
11.根据权利要求6所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),特征在于所述的空腔(14)里包含有润滑剂。 
12.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),特征在于所述的导风板(18)上设有与其一体的、啮合于夹持构件(3)侧部(19)的啮合部件。
