技术领域
本发明涉及基于诸如塑料或弹性体材料的粘弹性材料的产品的制造领域。
更具体地说,本发明涉及以一定的间距和交叠度互相层叠的条带形式来铺设成轮廓的领域,所述交叠度根据所要获得的最终的轮廓来确定。
背景技术
典型地,这种公知类型的铺设用于轮胎坯胎的制造,在此制造期间,橡胶属性的条带产品按照非常精确地确定的间距绕着圆柱形或环形(toroidal)形式的接收表面缠绕,从而通过同样质量的条带层的叠合,形成给定质量的并且根据该轮廓在轮胎中所占据的位置而精确布置的橡胶轮廓。
已知的设备和组装装置一般包含相互协作而操作的三种类型的装置:
-接收表面,
-产生具有确定的几何形状的条带的送料装置,
-在接收表面上涂敷上述条带的装置,和
-用于控制所述敷料装置相对于所述接收表面的移动的装置。
作为例子,在专利公布EP 268544中,或者作为选择,在专利公布EP 264600中,描述的设备公开了上述讨论的所有装置。
这种类型的设备可以免除制造所述轮廓的步骤,这些生产步骤通常从集中的生产设备中得以执行。具体而言,在装配时,条带根据订单来生产。对于给定的条带轮廓,铺设在接收表面上的最终轮廓仅仅取决于用来控制敷料装置的算法以及条带的横截面。因此,这些方法能够应用的灵活性也就是这些方法得以广泛应用的原因。
这种类型方法的使用主要依赖于产生条带的装置的质量,这是因为对于条带的横截面来说,尽可能接近期望的基准的横截面是很重要的,以便使所铺设的材料数量与期望的数量精确地相符。
为此,已经开发了橡胶成型产生装置,其能够提供严格的恒定输出。这种类型的装置例如在申请人提交的专利公布EP 0400496A1中进行了描述。
此外,为了达到尽可能避免空气包含在条带的各层之间的目的,需要仔细地选择轮廓的形状以使得条带的各层彼此被尽可能完美地密封,这是因为空气的存在会对正在使用中的轮胎的强度造成损害。
并且,已经提出生产大致扁豆状(lenticular)横截面的条带,以便避免边缘效应。
最后,为了条带铺设质量的最优化,并且使得条带更容易地涂敷并密封到接收表面,对于敷料装置来说尽可能地接近所述接收表面而定位是很重要的。
已知的设备具有能够使由固定到敷料装置上的送料装置组成的组件更加靠近接收表面的装置。这种装置的组件的重量相当大。这意味着很难精细和准确地控制敷料装置相对于接收表面的位置来使得敷料装置能够跟随接收表面的所有不平整处。同样,众所周知,已经提出了在敷料装置的下游布置敷料辊子,以改善条带对接收表面的密封。这种类型的设备例如公开于上面已经提及的专利公布EP 264600中。这种敷料辊子在条带与接收表面的接触点上施加受控的压力。
然而,人们发现,这种通常设置在敷料装置上的辊子成为了问题的源头;条带有时粘附到该辊子的表面,或者经由喷嘴的出口孔和敷料辊子之间的间隙而逃脱,这些异常现象导致铺设循环的中断,并导致条带的变形甚至破裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述缺点。
根据本发明,一种设备,用于将粘弹性材料的条带涂敷至相对于所述设备的作相对运动的接收表面,所述设备包括送料装置和敷料喷嘴,该敷料喷嘴的端部具有出口孔,所述出口孔包括前唇部和后唇部。
根据本发明的设备的特征在于,所述后唇部通过弹性铰接关节而连接至敷料器板,从而当所述设备运行的时候,所述板将压力施加于所述条带的背部,以便使得所述条带粘接至所述接收表面。
这样,在喷嘴的后唇部和辅料设备之间没有间隙。弹性铰接关节的张力使得涂覆力施加至所述条带,从而促进所述条带粘接至所述接收表面。
此外,由于敷料器板的重量很轻,因此能够在施加恒定压力的同时能够吸收接收表面所有的不平整处。通过这种方式,与送料装置和喷嘴的结合质量(combined mass)相关的缺点得到了消除。

具体实施方式
在图1中示意性描绘的已知的现有技术的设备包括送料装置6,粘弹性材料M被引入到该送料装置6中,并在给定的送料速率和压力下将弹性材料M供应至喷嘴1。接收表面S沿着方向R相对于敷料设备进行运动。沉积在接收表面上的混合物形成条带B。敷料器辊子5可以设在材料出口孔10的下游。在该设备中,由喷嘴和送料装置6形成的组件构成了单元组件,其能够在机动装置5的作用下绕轴线C移动。
注意所述辊子和所述喷嘴的出口之间的间隙e,当条带还没有完成粘接至接收表面的时候,所述条带易于通过该间隙e逃脱。
图2中所示的敷料设备仅仅描绘了敷料喷嘴,该敷料设备连接至送料装置6,该送料装置6的出口管以与图1所示的设置以及以上段落中描述的完全类似方式通向喷嘴1。
粘弹性材料在喷嘴1中行进的方向由空心箭头表示。
喷嘴孔10包括前唇部11和后唇部12。敷料器板2通过铰接关节3连接至所述喷嘴的后唇部。铰接关节的轴线AA’大致平行于接收表面S并垂直于接收表面S相对于喷嘴1的行进方向R。
所述铰接关节包括弹性元件,该弹性元件能够向敷料器板施加回复力矩,从而当所述设备运行的时候,板2向条带B的背部施加涂覆压力。
弹性元件可以由弹簧或者其他任何能够施加所述回复力矩的装置形成。在实践中,当所使用的材料为橡胶时,涂覆力相对适中,其为100N到500N数量级的范围之间。
所述敷料器板能够被制造成形成刚性元件,或者优选地,可以使用挠性材料制造,从而在敷料器板向所述条带的背部施加压力的时候给予所述敷料器板一定的挠度。
图3描绘了敷料器喷嘴DD上的横截面图。可以看到后唇部12,其中,支撑敷料器板2的弹性铰接关节3固定至该后唇部12。
有利地,当将所述板投影到垂直于方向R的平面上进行观察的时候,敷料器板的后边缘21可以为大致内凹的形状,从而敷料器板给予了条带呈扁豆形状。
还可以在敷料器板上设置加热装置。事实证明,其有利于加热所述板以促进所述条带的平滑效应。通过读数来设置敷料器板2的温度,从而它的温度值高于材料出口温度。
本文以实例的方式论述了以上所述描述的本发明的优选实施例的设置,并以其紧凑、轻质和易于组装而作为典型,这使得能够非常好地跟随接收表面的不平整处。
以上描述的设备特别适用于通过堆叠条带来制造轮胎坯胎。因此,弹性体材料优选地具有橡胶特性。在构造过程中,接收表面将会由轮胎坯胎构成,并且接收表面的形状大致为圆柱形或环形。

Claims (5)

1.一种设备(1),用于将粘弹性材料的条带(B)涂敷至相对于所述设备作相对运动(R)的接收表面(S),所述设备包括送料装置(6)和敷料喷嘴(1),该敷料喷嘴(1)的端部具有出口孔(10),所述出口孔包括前唇部(11)和后唇部(12),
其特征在于,所述后唇部(12)通过轴线AA’的弹性铰接关节(3)而连接至敷料器板(2),从而当所述设备(1)运行的时候,所述板(2)将压力施加于所述条带(B)的背部,以便使得所述条带(B)粘接至所述接收表面(S)。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述弹性铰接关节(3)的轴线AA’大致平行于所述接收表面(S)并垂直于所述相对运动的方向(R)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的设备,其中所述敷料器板(2)的后边缘(21)为内凹状。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的设备,其中所述敷料器板(2)由挠性材料形成。
5.如权利要求2所述的设备,其中所述敷料器板(2)包括加热装置,该加热装置连接至温度调节装置。
