本发明涉及除草活性组合物,其包含3-[5-(二氟甲氧基)-1-甲基-3-(三氟甲基)吡唑-4-基甲基磺酰基]-4,5-二氢-5,5-二甲基-1,2- 唑[通用名派罗克杀草砜(pyroxasulfone)]和至少一种除草剂B。
发明背景
在作物保护中,原则上希望提高活性化合物作用的特异性和可靠性。尤其希望作物保护产品有效防治有害植物并且同时被所述有用植物耐受。
派罗克杀草砜已经描述于EP-A 1364946和US 2005/0256004中。
尽管派罗克杀草砜是高度有效的出苗前除草剂,但其在低施用率下的活性并不总是令人满意。此外,已知派罗克杀草砜仅具有差的出苗后活性(Y.Yamaji等,“Application timing and field performance of KIH-485”,11.IUPAC International Congress of Pesticide Chemistry的论文摘要I-1-ii-12B,2006Kobe,Japan)。除此以外,其与某些双子叶农作物如棉花、向日葵、大豆,芸苔属(brassica)作物,如卡诺拉(canola)和油菜以及某些禾本科作物如稻、小麦、黑麦和大麦的相容性并不总是令人满意,即除了有害植物外,农作物也以不可接受的程度受损。尽管原则上可以通过降低施用率而不损害农作物,但有害植物的防治程度也自然降低。

WO 2005/104848描述了含有除草的3-磺酰基异 唑啉化合物如派罗克杀草砜和除草剂拮抗活性量的安全剂的组合物。类似组合物由WO2007/006509已知。
US 2005/256004例如公开了在出苗前处理中,联合施用某些除草的3- 磺酰基异 唑啉化合物如派罗克杀草砜与莠去津(atrazine)或草净津(cyanazine)导致除草剂对某些单子叶和双子叶一年生阔叶杂草(藜、狗尾草、苘麻)的总体作用与简单的预期加和作用相比得以提高。
WO 2006/097322公开了包含派罗克杀草砜和选自tembotrione、topramezone和4-羟基-3-[[2-[(2-甲氧基乙氧基)甲基]-6-(三氟甲基-3-吡啶基]羰基]双环[3.2.1]辛-3-烯-2-酮的第二除草剂的除草组合物。
WO 2006/097509公开了包含除草的3-磺酰基异 唑啉化合物如派罗克杀草砜和苯基尿嘧啶化合物的除草组合物。
遗憾的是,对于已知除草剂的组合通常不能预计协同增效活性,即使这些化合物与已知的协同增效组合具有相近的结构类似性。
发明概述
本发明的目的是提供除草组合物,其与派罗克杀草砜的除草剂作用相比对不希望的有害植物显示出提高的除草剂作用,尤其是对大穗看麦娘(Alopecurus myosuroides)、野燕麦(Avena fatua)、雀麦属(Bromus)、稗属(Echinocloa)、黑麦草属(Lolium)、虉草属(Phalaris)、狗尾草属(Setaria)、马唐属(Digitaria)、臂形草属(Brachiaria)、苋属(Amaranthus)、藜属(Chenopodium)、苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti)、猪殃殃(Galium aparine)、婆婆纳属(Veronica)或茄属(Solanum)显示出提高的除草剂作用和/或改善它们与农作物的相容性,尤其是改善与小麦、大麦、黑麦、稻、大豆、向日葵、芸苔属作物和/或棉花的相容性。该组合物还应在出苗后施用中具有良好的除草活性。该组合物还应对有害植物显示出加速的作用,即它们应与单一除草剂的施用相比更快地损害有害植物。
我们发现该目的惊人地由包含如下组分的除草活性组合物实现:
a)派罗克杀草砜,即3-[5-(二氟甲氧基)-1-甲基-3-(三氟甲基)吡唑-4-基甲基磺酰基]-4,5-二氢-5,5-二甲基-1,2- 唑(下文也称为除草剂A);和
b)至少一种选自非常长链脂肪酸(VLCFA)合成抑制剂的除草剂化合物B。
本发明尤其涉及如上所定义的除草活性组合物形式的组合物。
此外,本发明还涉及本文所定义的组合物在防治不希望的植物生长中的用途,尤其是在作物中防治不希望的植物生长。当将本发明组合物用于 该目的时,除草剂A和至少一种除草剂B可以在不希望的植物生长可能出现时同时或依次施用。
此外,本发明还涉及本文所定义的组合物在作物中防治不希望的植物生长的用途,所述作物通过基因工程或通过育种而耐受一种或多种除草剂和/或病原体如植物病原性真菌和/或昆虫的侵袭,优选耐受一种或多种用作VLCFA合成抑制剂的除草剂。
此外,本发明还涉及一种防治不希望的植物生长的方法,包括将本发明的除草组合物施用于不希望的植物上。施用可以在不希望的植物出苗之前、之中和/或之后,优选在出苗之中和/或之后进行。除草剂A和至少一种除草剂B可以同时或依次施用。
本发明尤其涉及一种在作物中防治不希望的植物生长的方法,包括在出现或可能出现不希望的植物生长的作物中施用本发明的除草组合物。
此外,本发明还涉及一种防治不希望的植物生长的方法,包括使本发明组合物作用于植物、其生长场所或种子。
在本发明的用途和方法中,除草剂A和至少一种除草剂B是否联合或分开配制和施用并且在分开施用的情况下以何种顺序施用并不重要。唯一必要的是除草剂A和至少一种除草剂B在允许活性成分同时作用于植物的时间范围内施用。
本发明还涉及一种除草剂配制剂,其包含本文所定义的除草活性组合物和至少一种载体材料(包括液体和/或固体载体材料)。
发明详述
惊人的是,本发明组合物对有害植物的除草活性比由单一化合物的除草活性所预期的要好。换言之,派罗克杀草砜和至少一种除草剂B的联合作用导致以协同效应提高对有害植物的活性(协同增效作用)。由于这一原因,本发明组合物可以基于单一组分以更低施用率使用而实现与单一组分相当的除草效果。此外,本发明组合物提供了良好的出苗后除草活性,即本发明组合物尤其可以用于在有害植物出苗之后防除/防治有害植物。除此以外,本发明组合物显示出良好的作物相容性,即它们在作物中的使用导致农作物的损害降低和/或不导致农作物的损害提高。

本发明组合物包含派罗克杀草砜作为第一组分a)。

粘合剂的实例是聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇和纤基乙酸钠。
为了制备乳液、糊或油分散体,可以借助湿润剂、增粘剂、分散剂或乳化剂将作为活性成分的各组分直接或溶于油或溶剂之后在水中均化。或者还可以制备由活性物质、湿润剂、增粘剂、分散剂或乳化剂以及需要的 话,溶剂或油组成的浓缩物,这些浓缩物适于用水稀释。
粉末、撒播材料和粉剂可以通过将活性成分—组分a)和b)和任选安全剂c)和/或除草剂D与固体载体混合或一起研磨来制备。
颗粒如包衣颗粒、浸渍颗粒和均质颗粒可以通过使活性成分与固体载体粘附而制备。
本发明配制剂包含除草有效量的本发明组合物。活性成分在配制剂中的浓度可以在宽范围内变化。配制剂通常包含1-98重量%,优选10-60重量%活性成分(派罗克杀草砜、除草剂B和任选其他活性成分的总和)。活性成分以90-100%,优选95-100%的纯度(根据NMR光谱)使用。
活性化合物A和B及任选其他活性成分以及本发明组合物例如可以按如下配制:
1.用水稀释的产品
A水溶性浓缩物
将10重量份活性化合物(或组合物)溶于90重量份水或水溶性溶剂中。作为替换,加入湿润剂或其他助剂。活性化合物在用水稀释时溶解。这得到活性化合物含量为10重量%的配制剂。
B分散性浓缩物
将20重量份活性化合物(或组合物)溶于70重量份环己酮中并加入10重量份分散剂如聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。用水稀释得到分散体。活性化合物含量为20重量%。
C可乳化浓缩物
将15重量份活性化合物(或组合物)溶于75重量份有机溶剂(如烷基芳烃)中并加入十二烷基苯磺酸钙和蓖麻油乙氧基化物(在每种情况下5重量份)。用水稀释得到乳液。该配制剂的活性化合物含量为15重量%。
D乳液
将25重量份活性化合物(或组合物)溶于35重量份有机溶剂(如烷基芳烃)中并加入十二烷基苯磺酸钙和蓖麻油乙氧基化物(在每种情况下5重量份)。借助乳化机(Ultraturrax)将该混合物引入30重量份水中并制成均相乳液。用水稀释得到乳液。该配制剂的活性化合物含量为25重量%。
E悬浮液
在搅拌的球磨机中将20重量份活性化合物(或组合物)粉碎并加入10重量份分散剂和湿润剂以及70重量份水或有机溶剂,得到细碎活性化合物悬浮液。用水稀释得到稳定的活性化合物悬浮液。该配制剂的活性化合物含量为20重量%。
F水分散性颗粒和水溶性颗粒
将50重量份活性化合物(或组合物)细碎研磨并加入50重量份分散剂和湿润剂,借助工业装置(例如挤出机、喷雾塔、流化床)将其制成水分散性或水溶性颗粒。用水稀释得到稳定的活性化合物分散体或溶液。该配制剂的活性化合物含量为50重量%。
G水分散性粉末和水溶性粉末
将75重量份活性化合物(或组合物)在转子-定子磨机中研磨并加入25重量份分散剂、湿润剂和硅胶。用水稀释得到稳定的活性化合物分散体或溶液。该配制剂的活性化合物含量为75重量%。
H凝胶配制剂
在球磨机中混合20重量份活性化合物(或组合物)、10重量份分散剂、1重量份胶凝剂和70重量份水或有机溶剂而得到精细悬浮液。用水稀释得到活性化合物含量为20重量%的稳定悬浮液。
2.不经稀释而施用的产品
I粉剂
将5重量份活性化合物(或组合物)细碎研磨并与95重量份细碎高岭土充分混合。这得到活性化合物含量为5重量%的撒粉粉末。
J颗粒(GR,FG,GG,MG)
将0.5重量份活性化合物(或组合物)细碎研磨并结合99.5重量份载体。此时常见方法是挤出、喷雾干燥或流化床方法。这得到活性化合物含量为0.5重量%的不经稀释而施用的颗粒。
K ULV溶液(UL)
将10重量份活性化合物(或组合物)溶于90重量份有机溶剂如二甲苯中。这得到活性化合物含量为10重量%的不经稀释而施用的产品。
含水使用形式可以通过添加水由乳液浓缩物、悬浮液、糊、可湿性粉末或水分散性颗粒制备。
此外可能有益的是单独或与其他除草剂结合施用本发明组合物,或者以与其他作物保护试剂的混合物形式,例如与防治害虫或植物病原性真菌或细菌的试剂一起施用本发明组合物。还令人感兴趣的是与用于治疗营养和痕量元素缺乏的无机盐溶液的溶混性。还可以添加其他添加剂如非植物毒性油和油浓缩物。
应用实施例
与单独的除草活性化合物相比,除草剂A和B以及合适的话安全剂的本发明除草组合物对不希望植物的生长的效果通过下列温室试验证实:
对于出苗前处理,直接在播种之后借助细分布喷嘴施用悬浮或乳化于水中的活性化合物。温和灌溉容器以促进发芽和生长,然后用透明塑料罩覆盖,直到植物生根。该覆盖导致测试植物均匀发芽,除非被活性化合物不利地影响。
对于出苗后处理,首先使测试植物生长到3-20cm的高度,这取决于植物习性,并且仅在此时进行处理。此时将除草组合物悬浮或乳化于作为分布介质的水中并使用细分布喷嘴喷雾。
各除草剂A和/或安全剂配制成浓度为10重量%的乳液浓缩物并用施用活性化合物所用量的溶剂体系引入喷雾液中。在实施例中,所用溶剂为水。除草剂B和/或安全剂作为市售配制剂使用且用施用活性化合物所用量的溶剂体系引入喷雾液中。在实施例中,所用溶剂为水。
吡草胺以活性成分浓度为500g/l的市售含水悬浮浓缩物使用。
测试期为21天。在此期间照料植物并评价它们对用活性化合物处理的响应。
与未处理对照植物相比,对由化学组合物引起的损害的评价使用0-100%的评分进行。这里0表示没有损害,而100表示植物完全受损。

当处理8天(8DAT)后由该组合实现的损害显示出协同增效作用时,观察到加速的活性。

Claims (16)
1.一种包含如下组分的除草组合物:
a)为3-[5-(二氟甲氧基)-1-甲基-3-(三氟甲基)吡唑-4-基甲基磺酰基]-4,5-二氢-5,5-二甲基-1,2-唑的除草剂A;和
b)吡草胺,
且不含其他除草剂。
2.如权利要求1所要求的组合物,不含安全剂。
3.如权利要求1所要求的组合物,其中除草剂A与吡草胺的相对量为250:1-1:250。
4.如权利要求1所要求的组合物,其中除草剂A与吡草胺的相对量为150:1-1:150。
5.如权利要求1所要求的组合物,其中除草剂A与吡草胺的相对量为100:1-1:100。
6.如权利要求1所要求的组合物,其中除草剂A与吡草胺的相对量为100:94-25:750。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所要求的组合物在防治不希望的植物生长中的用途。
8.如权利要求7所要求的用途,用于在农作物中防治不希望的植物生长。
9.如权利要求8所要求的用途,其中所述作物为小麦、大麦、黑麦、小黑麦、稻、玉米、高粱、豆类作物、花生、甘蔗、向日葵、棉花、土豆、糖用甜菜、芸苔属作物、草皮、葡萄、柑橘、开心果、核果、仁果、花园观赏植物、针叶树、落叶树、洋葱和大蒜作物。
10.根据权利要求9的用途,其中所述作物为硬粒小麦。
11.根据权利要求9的用途,其中所述作物为大豆。
12.根据权利要求9的用途,其中所述作物为球茎观赏植物。
13.如权利要求1-6中任一项所要求的组合物在农作物中防治不希望的植物生长的用途,其中所述农作物耐受在植物中用作VLCFA合成的抑 制剂的除草剂。
14.一种防治不希望的植物生长的方法,包括使如权利要求1-6中任一项所要求的组合物作用于待防治的植物或其生长场所。
15.一种防治不希望的植物生长的方法,包括在不希望的植物出苗之前、之中和/或之后施用如权利要求1-6中任一项所要求的组合物;其中除草剂A和吡草胺同时或依次施用。
16.一种除草剂配制剂,包含如权利要求1-6中任一项所要求的组合物和至少一种固体或液体载体。
