Abstract
本发明公开了节能减排生物质锅炉系统,包括干燥给料装置、炉体、空气预热器和给水预热装置,干燥给料装置含螺旋给料器和回转干燥器,螺旋给料器置于回转干燥器内的干燥腔中,炉体包括相互连接的炉膛和燃烧室,螺旋给料器的物料输出端位于炉膛的物料进口处,回转干燥器上方设有废气出口,燃烧室顶部与烟气管道的一端连接,烟气管道上设有空气预热器,烟气管道的另一端与粉尘沉降器的入口连接,粉尘沉降器的出口与干燥腔的废气进口连接;给水预热装置的一端下侧设混合废气进口,另一端上侧设有尾气出口,废气出口与所述混合废气进口连接。本发明可回收锅炉排烟余热6~8%,具有节能、环保、安全和对原料水份含量要求不高的优点。
Description
节能减排生物质锅炉系统
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种生物质锅炉系统,尤其是涉及节能减排生物质锅炉系统。 背景技术
[0002] 随着社会的发展,人类对能源的需求越来越多,而常规能源煤碳、石油等储量有限,且这些能源在使用的过程中会造成各种环境问题。为此,人们开始发展可再生、无污染的生物质能源,与之配套就是生物质锅炉。目前,生物质锅炉热效率仅有80%左右,能源利用率低,同时现有的生物质锅炉的排烟温度一般在180°C〜150°C,这部分烟气能量可占锅炉燃料总能量的7〜9%,这部分烟气热能被排放在大气中,造成能源的极大浪费,也对周围环境造成了热污染。
[0003] 目前,生物质锅炉多燃用生物质成型颗粒或生物质粉末,要求水份含量不高于 30%。食品加工厂的菇渣、刨渣,主要由玉米蕊、米糠、棉籽壳、锯末等高热值的生物质组成, 但水份含量高达60〜70%,无法在生物质锅炉中直接燃烧。如将高水份含量的生物质烘干脱水后,再燃用,不仅可以正常燃烧,还能大大提高燃烧效率。经测定,每降低燃料水份 10 %,可提高其热值600kcal/kg。
[0004] 布袋除尘是生物质锅炉系统常用的除尘方式,除尘效率可高达99. 9%,烟尘排放浓度可降低至50mg/Nm3。生物质燃料中氮、硫含量很低,因此,一般生物质锅炉无需脱硫脱硝装置,只需要去除粉尘颗粒。据监测,生物质锅炉粉尘颗粒浓度一般为360mg/Nm3,层燃产生的粉尘粒径为10〜200 μ m,悬浮燃烧产生的粉尘粒径为3〜100 μ m,质量较重。若设计巧妙,通过重力沉降的作用收集粉尘颗粒,那将大大简化其除尘装置,减低投资。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种流程简单、设备少的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,提高能源利用率,同时具有理想的除尘效果,投资少。本发明所述的生物质物料主要指无法直接正常燃烧的生物质物料,一般水含量高于30%,尤其是食品加工厂的菇渣、刨渣等废弃物。本发明通过如下技术方案实现。
[0006] 节能减排生物质锅炉系统,包括干燥给料装置、炉体、空气预热器和给水预热装置,所述干燥给料装置含螺旋给料器和回转干燥器,螺旋给料器置于回转干燥器内的干燥腔中,所述炉体包括相互连接的炉膛和燃烧室,炉膛设有物料进口,螺旋给料器的物料输出端位于所述物料进口处,回转干燥器靠近所述物料进口的一端上方设有废气出口,燃烧室顶部与烟气管道的一端连接,烟气管道上设有利用管道中的烟气对空气进行预热的空气预热器,烟气管道的另一端与粉尘沉降器的入口连接,粉尘沉降器的出口与干燥腔的废气进口连接;所述给水预热装置的一端下侧设混合废气进口,另一端上侧设有尾气出口,所述废气出口与所述混合废气进口连接。
[0007] 上述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,所述废气出口与所述混合废气进口之间通过膨胀节连接。所述膨胀节就是在混合气管道设置一膨胀段,令混合气流速在此降低,粉尘颗粒
3可在重力沉降的作用下落回干燥腔,然后随螺旋给料器送入炉膛。
[0008] 上述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,给水预热装置的下侧设有冷凝收集器,冷凝收集器靠近尾气出口所在的给水预热装置上的一端。
[0009] 上述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,还包括生物质料斗,所述螺旋给料器的生物质物料输入端与生物质料斗相连。
[0010] 上述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,所述粉尘沉降器内有一块以上的导流挡板,将沉降器隔成多个沉降室,废气流经的沉降室逐渐增大,因流速下降,粉尘重力沉降收集;导流挡板另一方面也延长了废气在沉降室的滞留时间,加强粉尘去除效果。
[0011] 上述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,回转干燥器的干燥腔布置有蒸汽管。
[0012] 上述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,给水预热装置管程和壳程,给水走管程,尾气出口、混合废气进口、冷凝收集器与壳程连接。
[0013] 上述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,空气预热器通过管道与炉体连接,预热后的热空气进入炉体内,空气预热器中的空气由风机供给。烟气经粉尘沉降器后,经废气进口进入干燥腔。
[0014] 上述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,所述烟气余热被梯级利用,先由空气预热器与空气进行热交换,预热空气,再烘干物料,最后预热给水管中的水。
[0015] 本发明的主要工作流程如下:待干燥的生物质物料由传送带进入生物质料斗,经过计量系统计量后,在螺旋给料器的输送下进入回转干燥器内的干燥腔,废气与待干燥生物质物料经螺旋入口处并流进入,从回转干燥器顶部的废气出口排出,同时带走干燥过程中产生的水蒸气。混合废气经膨胀节从混合气进口进入给水预热装置,经热交换后,尾气由尾气出口排出,冷凝水由冷凝收集器收集。干燥器内的蒸汽管走过热蒸汽,该蒸汽是经生产利用后的背压汽或是其它低压蒸汽。所述生物质锅炉废气是从烟道经粉尘沉降器后引致回转干燥器。
[0016] 除了以上已述及的优点外,本发明与现有技术相比,还具有如下优点和效果:
[0017] (1)采用蒸汽进行间接干燥同时采用生物质锅炉生产过程中产生的废气烟气作为载气直接干燥。所述蒸汽是锅炉蒸汽生产利用之后的背压汽或其他低压蒸汽,提供能源利用率。
[0018] (2)烟气余热被梯级利用,先由空气预热器与空气进行热交换,预热空气,再烘干物料,最后预热给水,具有高效节能环保的优点。
[0019] 生物质物料干燥、燃烧一体化,实现了高水含量生物质物料直接燃用,减少了建设用地,降低投资成本。
[0020] (3)采用锅炉废气作为系统载气,带走水汽的同时对生物质物料直接加热,提高了干燥器的干燥效率,同时防止干燥后的水份结露,确保系统正常运行。
[0021] (4)本系统采用导流板粉尘沉降器和膨胀节收集粉尘颗粒,达到除尘效果,省却了布袋除尘等常规除尘系统,设备更简单,维护运行成本较低。
[0022] (5)可回收锅炉排烟余热7〜9%,利用锅炉排烟余热预热空气和烘干生物质燃料,再利用烘干废气预热锅炉给水,在一套系统上实现余热利用、原料烘干、烟气除尘三项任务。附图说明

[0025] 如图1所示,节能减排生物质锅炉系统包括干燥给料装置1、炉体9、空气预热器21 和给水预热装置14,所述干燥给料装置1含螺旋给料器3和回转干燥器4,螺旋给料器3置于回转干燥器4内的干燥腔8中,所述炉体9包括相互连接的炉膛10和燃烧室11,炉膛10 设有物料进口,螺旋给料器3的物料输出端位于所述物料进口处,回转干燥器4靠近所述物料进口的一端上方设有废气出口 7,燃烧室11顶部与烟气管道12的一端连接,烟气管道12 上设有利用管道中的烟气对空气进行预热的空气预热器21,烟气管道12的另一端与粉尘沉降器13的入口连接,粉尘沉降器13的出口与干燥腔8的废气进口 6连接;所述给水预热装置14的一端下侧设混合废气进口 16,另一端上侧设有尾气出口 17,所述废气出口 7与所述混合废气进口 16连接。燃烧室上接烟气管道12,烟气经粉尘沉降器13后,经废气进口 6 进入干燥腔8。给水预热装置14的下侧设有冷凝收集器15,冷凝收集器15靠近尾气出口 17所在的给水预热装置14上的一端。所述废气出口 7与所述混合废气进口 16之间通过膨胀节18连接。空气预热器21通过管道与炉体9连接,将预热后的热空气进入炉体9内,空气预热器21中的空气由风机20供给。
[0026] 本实施方式中,生物质湿物料由传送带输送至生物质料斗2,经过计量系统计量后,在螺旋给料器3的输送下进入蒸汽管回转干燥器4内的物料干燥腔8,在此湿物料与回转干燥器内布置的通有过热蒸汽的蒸汽管5充分接触干燥,物料中的水分不断蒸发,物料从干燥器入口向出口方向运行,成为水含量低于30%的物料,由螺旋给料器送至炉膛10。
[0027] 本实施方式中,锅炉废弃烟气首先通过空气预热器21与空气进行热交换,预热后的热空气进入炉体9,废气则由粉尘沉降器13的入口,进入粉尘沉降室,在导流挡板19和重力的作用下,粉尘与废气分离并沉降,然后废气由废气进口 6进入物料干燥腔8,与物料一并从进口向出口方向运行,对物料进行干燥,并将干燥过程中产生的水蒸气经废气出口 7 带出,防止干燥后的水分结露,影响系统正常运行。所述膨胀节18,就是在混合气管道设置一膨胀段,令混合气流速在此降低,粉尘颗粒可在重力沉降的作用下落回干燥除尘器。携带水蒸气的废气中的粉尘在膨胀节18,上升流速降低,因重力沉降作用重新进入回转干燥器 4,随螺旋给料器3进入炉膛,与粉尘分离后的混合气经混合废气气进口 16进入给水预热器,给水走管内,混合气走管外,经过热交换后,尾气由排放口 17排出,预热后的给水进入锅炉,冷凝水进入冷凝水收集器15。

1.节能减排生物质锅炉系统,其特征在于:包括干燥给料装置(1)、炉体(9)、空气预热器和给水预热装置(14),所述干燥给料装置(1)含螺旋给料器(¾和回转干燥器(4), 螺旋给料器(3)置于回转干燥器内的干燥腔(8)中,所述炉体(9)包括相互连接的炉膛(10)和燃烧室(11),炉膛(10)设有物料进口,螺旋给料器(3)的物料输出端位于所述物料进口处,回转干燥器(4)靠近所述物料进口的一端上方设有废气出口(7),燃烧室(11) 顶部与烟气管道(1¾的一端连接,烟气管道(1¾上设有利用管道中的烟气对空气进行预热的空气预热器(21),烟气管道(1¾的另一端与粉尘沉降器(1¾的入口连接,粉尘沉降器(1¾的出口与干燥腔(8)的废气进口(6)连接;所述给水预热装置(14)的一端下侧设混合废气进口(16),另一端上侧设有尾气出口(17),所述废气出口(7)与所述混合废气进口 (16)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,其特征在于所述废气出口(7)与所述混合废气进口(16)之间通过膨胀节(1¾连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,其特征在于给水预热装置(14)的下侧设有冷凝收集器(15),冷凝收集器(1¾靠近尾气出口(17)所在的给水预热装置(14)上的一端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,其特征在于还包括生物质料斗 O),所述螺旋给料器(3)的生物质物料输入端与生物质料斗(¾相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,其特征在于所述粉尘沉降器(13) 内有一块以上的导流挡板(19)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,其特征在于回转干燥器(4)的干燥腔(8)布置有蒸汽管(5)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,其特征在于给水预热装置(14)具有管程和壳程,给水走管程,尾气出口(17)、混合废气进口(16)、冷凝收集器(1¾与壳程连接。
8.根据权利要求1〜7任一项所述的节能减排生物质锅炉系统,其特征在于空气预热器通过管道与炉体(9)连接,预热后的热空气进入炉体(9)内,空气预热器中的空气由风机OO)供给。
