本发明提供了双色模后模出滑块机构,其滑块不会把型腔内的产品压伤,提高产品的成品率。其包括前模、后模、滑块、锁紧块、顶针板,所述前模通过锁紧块、滑块与所述后模配合,其特征在于:所述锁紧块的下部为斜面,所述锁紧块的下部斜面压着于所述滑块的一侧斜面,所述滑块的另一侧斜面平行于顶块的上部斜面,所述顶块下部支承于所述顶针板,第二次开模时的所述滑块的一侧斜面压着于所述顶块的上部斜面。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具技术领域,具体为双色模后模出滑块机构。
背景技术
双色模,就是在同一台机上做出两种不同的色来,通常是通过置换前模来完成,需两次合模,现有的后模的出滑块机构,在第一次合模成型后,进行开模,滑块会开一次,紧接着第二次成型合模时,滑块会跟着合模,这样会把型腔内的产品压伤,使得产品的成品率低。
 发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了双色模后模出滑块机构,其滑块不会把型腔内的产品压伤,提高产品的成品率。
其技术方案是这样的:其包括前模、后模、滑块、锁紧块、顶针板,所述前模通过锁紧块、滑块与所述后模配合,其特征在于:所述锁紧块的下部为斜面,所述锁紧块的下部斜面压着于所述滑块的一侧斜面,所述滑块的另一侧斜面平行于顶块的上部斜面,所述顶块下部支承于所述顶针板,第二次开模时的所述滑块的一侧斜面压着于所述顶块的上部斜面。
采用本发明的上述结构后,在第一次开模和第二次合模时,顶针板不会动作,也就保证了顶块不会推动滑块动作,此外由于所述锁紧块的下部斜面压着于所述滑块的一侧斜面,锁紧块移开时顺着滑块的斜面移开,不会对滑块施力,从而滑块位置固定,故在第一次开模和第二次合模过程中,滑块不会把型腔内的产品压伤,提高了产品的成品率。

见图1,本发明包括前模1、后模2、滑块3、锁紧块4,前模1通过锁紧块4、滑块3配合压紧在后模2上,锁紧块4的下部为斜面,锁紧块4的下部斜面压着于滑块3的一侧斜面,滑块3的另一侧斜面平行于顶块5的上部斜面,顶块5下部支承于顶针板6,第二次开模时的滑块3的一侧斜面压着于顶块5的上部斜面。
