本发明提供了一种由模仁带动滑块动作的模具结构,其使得滑块尺寸小、行程较小的模具在横向脱模时,无需斜导柱结构,模具的成本低。其包括前模仁、后模仁、滑块镶件、B板,所述前模仁、后模仁间形成型腔,所述滑块镶件的内端顶装于所述型腔的侧部倒扣,其特征在于:所述滑块镶件的外侧上部设置有斜向导向凸块,所述滑块镶件支承于所述B板,所述斜向导向凸块内侧面紧贴所述前模仁的斜向安装槽面,合模状态下的挤紧块的内侧面紧贴所述斜向导向凸块的外侧面,所述B板的上端面和所述滑块镶件外侧的距离为A处设置有外凸的限位螺丝。

一种由模仁带动滑块动作的模具结构
技术领域
本发明涉及产品模具的结构技术领域,具体为一种由模仁带动滑块动作的模具结构。
背景技术                                                         
现有的模具的横向脱模结构,都是由斜导柱带动滑块横向移动完成脱模,斜导柱的安装结构复杂,对于滑块尺寸小、行程较小的模具,斜导柱的安装复杂,且加重了模具成本。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种由模仁带动滑块动作的模具结构,其使得滑块尺寸小、行程较小的模具在横向脱模时,无需斜导柱结构,模具的成本低。
一种由模仁带动滑块动作的模具结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括前模仁、后模仁、滑块镶件、B板,所述前模仁、后模仁间形成型腔,所述滑块镶件的内端顶装于所述型腔的侧部倒扣,其特征在于:所述滑块镶件的外侧上部设置有斜向导向凸块,所述滑块镶件支承于所述B板,所述斜向导向凸块内侧面紧贴所述前模仁的斜向安装槽面,合模状态下的挤紧块的内侧面紧贴所述斜向导向凸块的的外侧面,所述B板的上端面和所述滑块镶件外侧的距离为A处设置有外凸的限位螺丝。 
其进一步特征在于:弹簧波珠位于所述B板的安装腔内,合模状态下弹簧波珠的上端面顶装于所述滑块镶件的底端面,所述滑块镶件的底端面和所述弹簧波珠的距离为A处设置有定位凹槽;
所述挤紧块的上端部紧固连接水口板,所述水口板紧固连接下部的所述前模仁;
所述B板的上端面和所述滑块镶件外侧的距离A大于所述滑块镶件深入型腔的侧部倒扣的深度B。                                                     
采用本发明的结构后,注塑完成后,前模仁、后模仁完成分离,前模仁的斜向安装槽面可拨动滑块镶件做侧向运动使滑块镶件脱离产品上的倒扣,当滑块镶件的外侧端面贴合限位螺丝时,滑块镶件完成横向脱模,其使得滑块尺寸小、行程较小的模具在横向脱模时,无需斜导柱结构,模具的成本低。

具体实施方式
见图1,其包括前模仁1、后模仁2、滑块镶件3、B板4,前模仁1、后模仁2间形成型腔5,滑块镶件3的内端顶装于型腔5的侧部倒扣,滑块镶件3的外侧上部设置有斜向导向凸块6,滑块镶件3支承于B板4,斜向导向凸块6内侧面紧贴前模仁1的斜向安装槽面7,合模状态下的挤紧块8的内侧面紧贴斜向导向凸块6的的外侧面,B板4的上端面和滑块镶件3外侧的距离为A处设置有外凸的限位螺丝9。 
弹簧波珠10位于B板4的安装腔11内,合模状态下弹簧波珠10的上端面顶装于滑块镶件3的底端面,滑块镶件3的底端面和弹簧波珠10的距离为A处设置有定位凹槽12;挤紧块8的上端部紧固连接水口板13,水口板13紧固连接下部的前模仁1;B板4的上端面和滑块镶件3外侧的距离A大于滑块镶件4深入型腔5的侧部倒扣的深度B。
其工作原理如下:前模仁1、后模仁2完成分离,前模仁1的斜向安装槽面7可拨动滑块镶件3做侧向运动使滑块镶件3脱离产品上的倒扣,当滑块镶件3的外侧端面贴合限位螺丝9、且弹簧波珠10顶装于滑块镶件3的定位凹槽12时,滑块镶件3完成横向脱模。

Claims (4)

1.一种由模仁带动滑块动作的模具结构,其包括前模仁、后模仁、滑块镶件、B板,所述前模仁、后模仁间形成型腔,所述滑块镶件的内端顶装于所述型腔的侧部倒扣,其特征在于:所述滑块镶件的外侧上部设置有斜向导向凸块,所述滑块镶件支承于所述B板,所述斜向导向凸块内侧面紧贴所述前模仁的斜向安装槽面,合模状态下的挤紧块的内侧面紧贴所述斜向导向凸块的的外侧面,所述B板的上端面和所述滑块镶件外侧的距离为A处设置有外凸的限位螺丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种由模仁带动滑块动作的模具结构, 其特征在于:弹簧波珠位于所述B板的安装腔内,合模状态下弹簧波珠的上端面顶装于所述滑块镶件的底端面,所述滑块镶件的底端面和所述弹簧波珠的距离为A处设置有定位凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种由模仁带动滑块动作的模具结构, 其特征在于:所述挤紧块的上端部紧固连接水口板,所述水口板紧固连接下部的所述前模仁。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种由模仁带动滑块动作的模具结构, 其特征在于:所述B板的上端面和所述滑块镶件外侧的距离A大于所述滑块镶件深入型腔的侧部倒扣的深度B。
