Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的订书器。
背景技术
这种订书器用于将多页文件借助订书钉装订在一起。为此目的,在钉匣中接纳有由很多订书钉组成的钉串,该钉串受弹簧支持地被压靠到止挡板上。该止挡板朝向钉匣的前端部限定一条钉输出缝隙,相应最前面的订书钉通过驱动者在向下按压驱动臂和钉匣到底砧臂上时借助施加力被引导穿过该钉输出缝隙。订书钉以其钉臂穿透文件并且在底砧板中的变形轮廓中变形。钉输出缝隙横向地延伸通过钉匣的底壁并且在该方向上具有这样的宽度,该宽度大致等于订书钉的从一个钉臂到另一个钉臂测得的宽度。钉输出缝隙不仅横向地在底壁上延伸,而且侧向地通过各侧壁向上延伸出一段距离。在该区域内,各侧壁不形成用于钉臂的导向部,从而这些钉臂在不对称的载荷时或者在订书钉已经存在轻微的变形时会在一个方向上折弯,这是不希望的。特别是位于底砧板上的文件在装订过程期间无意的运动,例如当使用者匆忙地拉动文件时,会有助于订书钉的不希望的变形,特别是当订书器在装订时被握持在手中时。由这样的钉变形产生不希望的错误装订。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,进一步构成开头所述类型的订书器,从而减少错误装订的危险。
按照本发明,该目的通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的订书器实现。有利的进一步构成是从属权利要求的内容。
通过按照本发明的特征组合,同时实现多个互补的优点。一方面,人们通过以下方式得到对订书钉的较好的导向,即钉输出缝隙朝向钉匣的各侧壁是封闭的。通过该措施已由钉匣的各侧壁引导钉臂直至其下端部。顶头设置在钉输出缝隙的两侧,由此对钉臂的侧向导向向下朝向底砧板仍延长一段。此外,钉匣一被推压到位于底砧板上的文件上,顶头就将文件固定,从而该文件不能如此容易地相对于钉输出缝隙打滑。
当各顶头的面向彼此的内面分别与一个限定钉输出缝隙的边界面对齐时,实现通过顶头的特别好的附加的导向。在此优选:顶头内面彼此间的距离基本上等于订书钉的在各钉臂的背离彼此的外侧之间测得的宽度。在这种情况下,钉臂在装订时在边界面上并且沿着顶头内面滑动并被它们引导且侧向稳定。
适宜地,各顶头朝向底砧臂的方向渐缩成尖的。它们便可简单地压入文件中一段距离并且固定该文件。在此优选:各顶头在横向于钉匣的纵向侧的方向上具有三角形的横截面。
按照一种有利的实施形式,钉匣构成为由板材制成的带有一体地成型的止挡板的弯曲件。在此优选:各顶头一体地设置在钉匣的各侧壁上。但也可能的是,钉匣具有一包括止挡板和顶头的、与各侧壁连接的匣头部,该匣头部在侧向封闭钉输出缝隙。匣头部便作为钉匣的附加的构件与该钉匣的侧壁连接,例如焊接到这些侧壁上。

具体实施方式
在图中示出的订书器10具有一底砧臂12,在该底砧臂的前部区域内在其上侧上设置有一底砧板14。在其后面的区域内,底砧臂12具有一支承座16,在该支承座中支承一横轴18,钉匣20能绕该横轴相对于底砧臂12有限地枢转。一驱动臂22相对底砧臂12和钉匣20能绕横轴18枢转地支承在支承座16中,该驱动臂具有一用作手杠杆的塑料盖以及一用于对接纳在钉匣20中的订书钉施加力的驱动器。
为了通过驱动器借助施加力对接纳在钉匣20中的相应最前面的订书钉进行引导,钉匣20在其底壁24中具有一条钉输出缝隙26。该钉输出缝隙朝向钉匣20的前端部通过一止挡板28限定,最前面的订书钉受弹簧支持地被压靠到该止挡板上。钉输出缝隙26在其各窄侧上通过钉匣20的从前端部一直延伸到支承座16的侧壁30限定。钉输出缝隙16的在各侧壁30之间测量的宽度大致等于订书钉的在其各钉臂的外侧之间测量的宽度,从而订书钉刚好穿过钉输出缝隙26。在各侧壁30上一体地成型有顶头32,这些顶头在垂直于侧壁30的视线方向上具有三角形的横截面并且向下渐缩成尖的。顶头设置在钉输出缝隙26的两侧并且向下朝向底砧臂12延伸一段距离。它们的面向彼此的内面34与钉输出缝隙的各边界面36对齐,从而它们为从钉输出缝隙26出来的订书钉形成附加的导向。此外,它们改善对在向下按压驱动臂22时夹紧在底砧板14和钉匣20之间的文件的夹紧作用。

Claims (8)
1.订书器,包括:一底砧臂(12),该底砧臂在其前部区域内支承用于放置文件的底砧板(14);一钉匣(20),该钉匣在底砧臂(12)后部区域内的支承座(16)处能绕横轴(18)有限地枢转;以及一能绕横轴(18)相对于钉匣(20)和底砧臂(12)有限地枢转的驱动臂(22),该驱动臂支承用于引导订书钉穿过在钉匣(20)前端部上的钉输出缝隙(26)的驱动器,其中,钉输出缝隙(26)横向地穿过钉匣(20)的底壁(24)在该钉匣的从前端部朝向支承座(16)的方向延伸的各侧壁(30)之间延伸,并且朝向其前端部通过用于订书钉的止挡板(28)限定,其特征在于,所述钉输出缝隙(26)朝向钉匣(20)的各侧壁(30)是封闭的,所述钉匣(20)在其各侧壁(30)上分别具有一个从底壁(24)突出的顶头(32),并且各所述顶头(32)设置在钉输出缝隙(26)的两侧。

3.根据权利要求2所述的订书器,其特征在于,各所述顶头的内面(34)彼此间的距离基本上等于订书钉的宽度。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的订书器,其特征在于,各所述顶头(32)朝向底砧臂(12)的方向渐缩成尖的。
5.根据权利要求4所述的订书器,其特征在于,各所述顶头(32)在横向于钉匣(20)的侧壁(30)的方向上具有三角形的横截面。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的订书器,其特征在于,所述钉匣(20)构成为带有一体地成型的止挡板(28)的弯曲件。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的订书器,其特征在于,各所述顶头(32)一体地成型在钉匣(20)的各侧壁(30)上。
8.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的订书器,其特征在于,所述钉匣(20)具有一包括止挡板(28)和顶头(32)的、与各侧壁(30)连接的匣头部,该匣头部在侧向封闭钉输出缝隙(26)。
