技术领域
本发明涉及浇注模具技术领域，具体为一种改进的前模斜顶结构。
背景技术
见图1，分模时，A板5运动，弹簧2压紧斜顶座3，使前模斜顶4只产生横向位移，但是有时由于弹簧2卡住了，前模斜顶4没有弹开，所以开模具时，当前模斜顶4还没有走出产品面1时，前模斜顶4跟着A板5走，拉坏产品1，前模斜顶运动不稳定。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种改进的前模斜顶结构，使模具开模时前模斜顶只能产生横向位移，使斜顶稳定脱扣，防止产品拉坏。
其技术方案是这样的：一种改进的前模斜顶结构，其包括A板、B板、模仁、斜顶座、斜顶，所述斜顶座通过弹簧与所述A板连接，其特征在于：所述前模斜顶前端有倒扣面，所述模仁上固定有与所述倒扣面配合的拉块，所述倒扣面与所述拉块呈斜面配合。
本发明的上述结构中，由于采用了前模斜顶上的倒扣面和模仁上的拉块，开模时拉块可以暂时拉住前模斜顶，在前模斜顶离开产品面后，拉块放开前模斜顶，防止拉坏产品。

具体实施方式
见图2，本发明包括 A板7、B板9、模仁8、斜顶座3、前模斜顶4，斜顶座3通过弹簧2与A板7连接，前模斜顶4前端有倒扣面6，模仁8上固定有与倒扣面6配合的拉块5，倒扣面6与拉块5呈斜面配合，开模时，A板7运动，靠弹簧2的压力压住斜顶座3，使斜顶座3和与其连接的前模斜顶4不随A板7运动，同时拉块5通过前模斜顶4上的倒扣面6拉住前模斜顶4，由于弹簧2的压力压住斜顶座3，使前模斜顶4与产品分离，在前模斜顶4离开产品面后，前模斜顶4与拉块5分离、脱扣，从而防止拉坏产品，提高了模具的稳定性。

1.一种改进的前模斜顶结构，其包括A板、B板、模仁、斜顶座、斜顶，所述斜顶座通过弹簧与所述A板连接，其特征在于：所述斜顶前端有倒扣面，所述模仁上固定有与所述倒扣面配合的拉块，所述倒扣面与所述拉块呈斜面配合。
