Abstract

本发明提供一种电磁屏蔽材料,用于制造音圈马达的外壳,该电磁屏蔽材料具有镍铁合金层,该镍铁合金层的至少一个表面镀有金属膜,该金属膜是镍、铁、铜、钼的合金。本发明还提供一种采用该电磁屏蔽材料制成的电磁屏蔽壳以及采用该电磁屏蔽壳做外壳之音圈马达。本发明提供的电磁屏蔽材料、电磁屏蔽壳以及音圈马达能较好地屏蔽电磁场。

电磁屏蔽材料、电磁屏蔽壳和音圈马达
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电磁屏蔽材料以及采用该电磁屏蔽材料制造的电磁屏蔽壳以及采用该电磁屏蔽壳的音圈马达。
背景技术
屏蔽可以用来控制电场或磁场从空间的一个区域到另一个区域的传播,这是克服电场耦合干扰或磁场耦合干扰的最有效手段。一般地,传播介质均具有吸收作用,此吸收作用使得电磁波强度得以衰减,亦即穿透损失,此衰减遵从指数规律。
目前,很多具有变焦、对焦功能的相机模组采用音圈马达来驱动镜片组移动。音圈马达因用于扩音器的音圈而得名,其采用高性能永磁体,可实可动线圈的小型化、轻量化,以及高速启动、停止等。
音圈马达通常具有外壳,该外壳采用金属制成,可在一定程度上屏蔽电场,但对磁场的屏蔽效果不佳。如果不能有效屏蔽电磁场,造成的电磁场泄漏将影响音圈马达以外的部件的正常工作,未有效屏蔽音圈马达之外的电磁场也会影响其内部的工作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种对电磁场屏蔽效果较佳的电磁屏蔽材料、电磁屏蔽壳和音圈马达。
一种电磁屏蔽材料,用于制造音圈马达的外壳,该电磁屏蔽材料具有镍铁合金层,该镍铁合金层的至少一个表面镀有金属膜,该金属膜是镍、铁、铜、钼的合金。
一种电磁屏蔽壳,其用作音圈马达的外壳,该电磁屏蔽壳由电磁屏蔽材料制造,该电磁屏蔽材料具有镍铁合金层,该镍铁合金层的至少一个表面镀有金属膜,该金属膜是镍、铁、铜、钼的合金,该至少一个镀有金属膜的表面为该外壳的内表面或外表面。
一种音圈马达,其具有电磁屏蔽壳,该电磁屏蔽壳由电磁屏蔽材料制造,该电磁屏蔽材料具有镍铁合金层,该镍铁合金层的至少一个表面镀有金属膜,该金属膜是镍、铁、铜、钼的合金,该至少一个镀有金属膜的表面为该外壳的内表面或外表面。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的电磁屏蔽材料以及电磁屏蔽壳能较好地屏蔽音圈马达内外的电磁场。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例提供的一个音圈马达1,其电磁屏蔽壳100采用本发明提供的电磁屏蔽材料制成,其具有镍铁合金层10以及金属膜20。
一般地,电磁屏蔽材料的导磁率越高,导电率越高,屏蔽层越厚,则其对电磁波的屏蔽效果越好。
该镍铁合金层10由镍、铁组成。该金属膜20是镍、铁、铜、钼的合金,其镀于镍铁合金层10的至少一个表面或是包覆整个镍铁合金层10,其中的镍、铁、铜、钼微粒可以为纳米微粒。该金属膜20既可以位于该电磁屏蔽壳100的内表面,也可以位于该电磁屏蔽壳100的外表面。
在该金属膜20中,镍的含量为a,铁的含量为b,铜的含量为c,钼的含量为d,则0.73≤a<0.79,优选地,0.76≤a≤0.78;0.17≤b≤0.23,优选地,0.17≤b≤0.19;0.02≤c≤0.05,优选地,0.03≤c≤0.04;0.02≤d≤0.05,优选地,0.02≤d≤0.04。金属膜20中的镍铁可以增强与镍铁合金基体10的浸润性,即附着力,铜可增加该金属膜20的导电率,从而增强电磁屏蔽功能,而钼可增加该金属膜20的机械强度。
该金属膜20的厚度为h,其中,100nm≤h≤1000nm,优选地,200nm≤h≤500nm。
该金属膜20的导磁率大于或等于10,000且小于或等于800,000,其最大导磁率,优选地,大于或等于100,000且小于或等于800,000。
在镍铁合金层10中,设镍的含量为x,铁的含量为y,则0.78≤x≤0.82,优选地,0.79≤x≤0.81;0.18≤y≤0.22,优选地,0.19≤y≤0.21。
该镍铁合金层10的厚度为t,其中,50μm≤t≤1000μm,优选地,100μm≤t≤500μm。
该镍铁合金层10的导磁率大于或等于4,000且小于或等于500,000。其最大导磁率,优选地,大于或等于40,000且小于或等于400,000。
本发明提供的电磁屏蔽壳100能较好地屏蔽电磁场,尤其适用于屏蔽音圈马达内的电磁场,以防电磁波影响音圈马达外各部件的工作。

Claims (10)

1.一种电磁屏蔽材料,用于制造音圈马达的外壳,其特征在于:该电磁屏蔽材料具有镍铁合金层,该镍铁合金层的至少一个表面镀有金属膜,该金属膜是镍、铁、铜、钼的合金。 
2.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:在该金属膜中,设镍的含量为a,铁的含量为b,铜的含量为c,钼的含量为d,则 
0.73≤a<0.79; 
0.17≤b≤0.23; 
0.02≤c≤0.05; 
0.02≤d≤0.05。 
3.如权利要求2所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于: 
0.76≤a≤0.78; 
0.17≤b≤0.19; 
0.03≤c≤0.04; 
0.02≤d≤0.04。
4.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:该镍铁合金层由镍、铁组成,设镍的含量为x,铁的含量为y,则 
0.78≤x≤0.82; 
0.18≤y≤0.22。 
5.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:该镍铁合金层的厚度为t,其中,50μm≤t≤1000μm。 
6.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:该金属膜的厚度为h,其中,100nm≤h≤1000nm。 
7.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:该金属膜的导磁率大于或等于10,000且小于或等于800,000。 
8.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:该镍铁合金层的导磁率大于或等于4,000且小于或等于500,000。 
9.一种电磁屏蔽壳,其用作音圈马达的外壳,其特征在于:该电磁屏蔽 壳由如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电磁屏蔽材料制造,该至少一个镀有金属膜的表面为该外壳的内表面或外表面。 
10.一种音圈马达,其特征在于:该音圈马达具有如权利要求9所述的电磁屏蔽壳。
