Abstract

技术领域
该发明涉及一种用于滑动门的锁,其具有用于容纳锁芯的锁壳,其中该锁芯布置在锁壳的凹槽中,使得为了锁上锁,可以通过锁芯的可旋转致动的驱动器而使锁壳的锁栓与锁的锁舌片(striking plate)接合。
背景技术
实践中基本已知这种类型的锁的几种不同结构。然而这些常规的锁一般不适合安装在滑动门上,因为滑动门的轮廓或填料(filling)仅仅具有很小的尺寸或材料厚度。然而,尽管如此,需要锁上滑动门,特别是当所述滑动门是房间隔断元件的一部分时。
以此作为出发点,本发明基于开发如开始提到的锁的类型的目的,尤其是针对将它们安装在滑动门上的目的。另外,本发明的一个目的是针对锁上滑动门提供改进。
发明内容
根据本发明为达到所述目的的锁具有如权利要求1所述的技术特征。根据该方案,该锁具有至少一个支撑部分,所述至少一个支撑部分在锁壳上沿侧向布置在凹槽的区域中以支撑锁芯。因此锁芯至少部分地(但优选基本上)由支撑部分保持,且不是(或者优选,仅仅非基本上)由锁壳保持。因为用于滑动门的锁壳仅具有非常小的深度,这使可以在滑动门中使用基本上市场上可提供的成形锁芯。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,所述支撑部分布置在锁壳的两侧以支撑锁芯。从而保证了对锁芯的特别稳定和安全的支撑。
另一特殊特征是锁壳的宽度与锁芯驱动器的宽度相对应。因此,与惯用方式不同的是,锁壳不比驱动器深,从而锁芯可与普通驱动器在滑动门中使用。凹槽优选具有比锁芯的横截面更大的尺寸,以使锁芯的驱动器可完全在凹槽内旋转。
该支撑部分或任一支撑部分能通过特别是止动销的止动装置被紧固到锁芯。这涉及一个特殊的细节,该细节也被认为能够不依赖锁的其余特征进行保护,且要求对其进行独立的保护。该特殊的特征是结合锁芯螺纹件防止支撑部件的移除。
为了在视觉上吸引人的外观,该支撑部分或每个支撑部分被罩盖盖住。为了能使锁适合于具有不同填料厚度的滑动门,止动装置的长度可以与滑动门的填料厚度相对应。另一特殊的特征可以涉及锁芯能在两侧被锁住。
除了要求对锁进行保护之外,还要求保护具有根据本发明的锁的滑动门装置。在此情况下,门的两个门扇优选可移位地布置在共同(同一个)的平面中,滑动门的一个门扇装有锁舌片,而滑动门的另一个门扇装有锁的其余部分。在本发明的一个优选实施例中,锁壳被设置成部分结合到框架中且在框架之外的区域中由罩盖遮盖。

具体实施方式
图1示出滑动门布置的侧视图。示出了滑动门14的两个门扇10、12,这两个门扇可在共同的、同样竖直的平面内移位。该滑动门14的门扇10、12每个均具有普通框架和填料20,此时仅示出普通框架的竖直框架轮廓16、18。填料可以是由木材、塑料、金属、玻璃或类似材料制成的板状元件。也可以设想包括上述材料的组合的填料20。
滑动门14的两个门扇10、12可通过锁22锁定在图1、2所示关闭状态的合适位置内。锁22通过特殊的平结构形状进行识别。另外,锁22可以匹配具有不同厚度的不同填料20。
锁22包括锁壳24和锁舌片26,锁壳24和锁舌片26各自布置在两个门扇10、12上的框架轮廓16、18处,以使得可以通过锁壳24的锁栓28与锁舌片26的接合将门扇10、12锁定就位。在此情况下,锁壳24的锁栓28可由锁芯30致动,尤其可由能被插入所述锁壳24中的成形锁芯致动。为此,锁芯30具有可旋转致动的驱动器32,该驱动器能通过可被插入到锁芯30中的钥匙34的旋转以已知的方式进行致动。
锁芯30的特殊特征是其具有特别短的结构形状。但是,它在其它方面与标准锁芯基本上非常对应。图2示出锁芯30具有与框架轮廓16、18的相应深度基本相同的长度。因此锁芯30基本上不会伸出由框架轮廓16、18形成的外平面。
所述锁芯30的另一特殊特征是其尽管长度很短,但是可从两侧锁住。这使滑动门14可用于例如房间隔断并可从两侧被锁住。
为了接纳锁芯30,锁壳24具有凹槽36,锁芯30可以插入该凹槽36中。然而,一个特殊的特征是凹槽36具有比普通更大的尺寸。另一特殊特征是锁壳24的宽度与锁芯30的驱动器32的宽度对应,即,驱动器32的侧翼在锁壳24的侧表面的平面中延伸。这导致驱动器32完全可在凹槽36中旋转而不会从凹槽36突出进入锁壳24中。
为了支撑锁芯30,设置了两个支撑部分38、40,锁壳24的每侧各有一个支撑部分。支撑部分38、40抵靠锁壳24的侧面布置,并且每个都具有凹槽42,凹槽42的设计和尺寸与锁芯32对应。这样,锁芯30被支撑在支撑部分38、40上,支撑部分38、40例如通过螺纹件68紧固到锁壳24,其中螺纹件68穿过锁壳24和支撑部分38、40中相应的孔46连接到螺纹衬套44。
支撑部分38、40的外部被罩盖48、50罩住。罩盖48、50可以设置成邻接框架轮廓16、18,并可以沿侧向和在暴露边缘上封闭支撑部分38、40。通过将突起52接合到支撑部分38、40上侧的相应凹部54中且通过支撑部分38、40和罩盖48、50的下侧的区域中的螺纹连接,而将罩盖48、50紧固到支撑部分38、40,所述突起52形成在罩盖48、50的上侧和下侧。图7示出用于此目的的螺纹件56。
另一特殊特征涉及用于滑动门14的门扇10、12和锁22的安全装置。锁芯30通过锁芯螺纹件58以本身已知的方式被紧固到锁壳24。在此情况下,锁芯螺纹件58从门扇12的端部侧被旋进锁壳24。止动销60布置在锁芯螺纹件58的螺纹通道的区域中,所述止动销60与螺纹通道成一定角度并至少部分地与螺纹通道交叉。止动销60在相互平行的平面中从两侧穿过支撑部分38、40中的开口62和锁壳24插入,且止动销60在与螺纹通道交叉的区域中具有槽64,锁芯螺纹件58优选以形状配合的方式接合在槽64中。这样,通过旋入的锁芯螺纹件58防止止动销60被拔出。另外,在外侧上,止动销60具有加厚部分66,该加厚部分66具有比支撑部分38、40中相应的开口62更大的尺寸。这就在之前没有拆除锁芯螺纹件58和止动销60的情况下阻止从止动销60移除支撑部分38、40。
上述布置导致关闭的滑动门14被固定。在锁22被锁上之后,由于锁芯螺纹件58不能接近,使锁芯30不能被移除。尽管罩盖48、50可从支撑部分38、40移除,支撑部分38、40也不能从锁壳24移除,因为所述支撑部分通过锁芯螺纹件58和止动销60的接合而被固定。因此在没有被破坏的情况下不可能打开滑动门14的门扇10、12。
从图4中可以看出罩盖48、50和止动销60被设置为不同的尺寸以匹配框架轮廓16、18的宽度和填料20的厚度。
在本示例性实施例中,支撑部分38、40分别被设置在锁壳24的两侧。然而,勿庸置疑还可以设想使用仅在一侧的支撑部分38、40。

Claims (11)
1.一种锁,尤其适用于滑动门(14),所述锁具有用于接纳锁芯(30)的锁壳(24),其中所述锁芯(30)布置在锁壳(24)的凹槽(36)中,使得为了锁上锁(22),通过锁芯(30)的可旋转致动的驱动器(32)能使锁壳(24)的锁栓(28)与锁(22)的锁舌片(26)接合,其特征在于:所述锁(22)具有至少一个支撑部分(38、40),所述至少一个支撑部分(38、40)在锁壳(24)上沿侧向布置在凹槽(36)的区域中以支撑锁芯(30)。

3.根据权利要求1所述的锁,其特征在于:锁壳(24)的宽度与锁芯(30)的驱动器(32)的宽度相对应,尤其使驱动器(32)的侧翼与锁壳(24)的侧表面在一个平面内延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锁,其特征在于:凹槽(36)具有比锁芯(30)的横截面区域更大的尺寸,以使锁芯(30)的驱动器(32)能完全在凹槽内(36)内旋转。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的锁,其特征在于:所述支撑部分或每个支撑部分(38、40)能通过止动装置被紧固到锁壳(24),所述止动装置特别是止动销(60),用于将锁芯(30)紧固到锁壳(24)的锁芯螺纹件(58)与所述止动装置或每个止动装置接合,以防止移除支撑部分(38、40)和止动装置。

10.根据权利要求9所述的滑动门装置,其特征在于:滑动门(14)的两个门扇(10、12)可移位地布置在共同的平面中,其中一个门扇(10)装有锁舌片(26),而另一个门扇(12)装有锁(22)的其余部分。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的滑动门装置,其特征在于:门扇(10、12)每个都具有框架和填料(22),锁壳(24)被设置成部分结合到框架中且在框架之外的区域中由罩盖(48、50)遮盖。
