Abstract

本发明涉及一种橡胶搓切机的粉碎轴,包括可分离的粉碎轴外套与主轴,通过端部固定结构与键槽结构将粉碎轴外套固定在主轴上。本发明可以快速高效的进行易磨损的粉碎轴外套的更换;合理的截面形状避免物料在搓切部的阻塞;较细的刀槽可以加工出较细的橡胶颗粒;六角轴的夹持部可以传递更大的扭矩;结构合理,维护方便,可靠性好,使用寿命长。

橡胶搓切机的粉碎轴
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶加工设备领域,尤其是一种废旧橡胶回收加工设备。
背景技术
回收加工废旧橡胶制品例如汽车轮胎、鞋底等需要将橡胶制品先初步切割成宽度5厘米左右的条状橡胶块,然后再利用橡胶搓切机将橡胶块粉碎为5毫米左右的橡胶颗粒。橡胶块在橡胶搓切机的圆锥形粉碎轴与粉碎箱内套之间被挤压并搓切,在挤压力与剪切力的共同作用下,被粉碎为细小颗粒。但是目前的搓切机的粉碎轴,如图1所示,螺旋刀片101与刀轴103为一体式结构,存在以下缺点:1.橡胶为韧性材料,粉碎功耗大,因此粉碎轴刀片与粉碎箱内套磨损都很严重,但是目前的一体式刀片磨损后只能整轴更换,费时费力且成本高。2.目前的搓切机粉碎轴结构不合理,在截面上存在一个台阶102,待粉碎的橡胶块拥挤且堵塞在这个台阶102处,造成了台阶102处的严重磨损。3.目前的螺旋刀片101的刀槽较宽,宽度为15毫米,搓切出的橡胶颗粒较大。4.刀轴末端采用平键键槽104连接结构,平键受到大的剪切力易损坏。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有橡胶搓切机的一体式粉碎轴存在着易磨损、难以更换、截面台阶处易阻塞等缺点,提供的一种结构合理的橡胶搓切机的粉碎轴,从而可以提高关键零部件寿命、便于更换、不易堵塞,可实现连续高效生产。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种橡胶搓切机的粉碎轴,包括可分离的粉碎轴外套与主轴,通过固定结构将将粉碎轴外套固定在主轴上。其进一步的特征在于:
所述的固定结构包括端部的紧固件固定结构与周向的键槽固定结构;
橡胶搓切机的粉碎轴与主轴安装后,粉碎轴外套的圆锥面与主轴的圆锥面共面,主轴的圆锥面上设置有螺旋叶片;
橡胶搓切机的粉碎轴外部圆锥面开设有多列螺旋线刀槽,刀槽的宽度为5~10mm;
橡胶搓切机的粉碎轴的主轴夹持部为六角轴结构。
本发明的粉碎轴外套与主轴为可分离结构,可以快速高效的进行易磨损的粉碎轴外套的更换;粉碎轴外套的圆锥面与主轴的圆锥面共面,可以避免物料在搓切部的阻塞;粉碎轴外套的刀槽较细,可以搓切出较细的橡胶颗粒;主轴的夹持部采用六角轴结构取代结构较弱的键槽结构,可以传递更大的扭矩,提高设备的使用寿命与可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图3、图4所示,本发明的粉碎轴外套6与主轴3为可分离结构,主轴3的后段为夹持部1、中部为螺旋输送部2、前部为刀套固定部4;夹持部1为六角轴结构,相比于现有的搓切机主轴夹持部采用的平键结构,可以有效提高主轴传递的旋转力矩,防止平键被剪切破坏的情况;中部的螺旋输送部2外表面,包括螺旋叶片的侧面、顶面与沟槽底面均焊接有硬质合金层,可以有效的避免螺旋表面被破坏;前部刀套固定部4采用端部的挡圈8与固定螺丝9固定可分离式粉碎轴外套6,并且通过多个平键5传递扭矩,粉碎轴外套6采用硬质合金材质,在外侧锥面上螺旋排列有多道刀槽7,刀槽7的宽度为8毫米,相比于现有的搓切机宽度为15毫米的刀槽,可以将橡胶块粉碎为更加均匀与细小的颗粒。如图4所示,粉碎轴外套6安装于主轴3以后,粉碎轴外套6的圆锥面与主轴3的圆锥面共面,如此可以保证待粉碎的橡胶块顺利输送,避免出现物料在如图1所示的现有粉碎轴前部台阶102处严重阻塞的现象,从而保证生产的连续性,避免主轴局部的严重磨损。

1.一种橡胶搓切机的粉碎轴,其特征在于:包括可分离的粉碎轴外套与主轴,通过固定结构将将粉碎轴外套固定在主轴上。
2.如权利要求1所述的橡胶搓切机的粉碎轴,其特征在于:所述的固定结构包括端部的紧固件固定结构与周向的键槽固定结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的橡胶搓切机的粉碎轴,其特征在于:所述的粉碎轴外套与主轴安装后,粉碎轴外套的圆锥面与主轴的圆锥面共面,主轴的圆锥面上设置有螺旋叶片。
4.如权利要求1所述的橡胶搓切机的粉碎轴,其特征在于:所述的粉碎轴外套外部圆锥面开设有多列螺旋线刀槽,刀槽的宽度为5~10mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的橡胶搓切机的粉碎轴,其特征在于:主轴的夹持部为六角轴结构。
