Abstract

本发明公开了一种高漂浮值浮型铝银浆的制造方法。包括将以下质量份的组份置于球磨机内混合:d50=20~40μm的球形铝粉∶有机溶剂∶硬脂酸=50~60∶100∶1.5~3;再用高碳钢球研磨5-20小时,其特征在于,在研磨结束前的2~2.5小时内加入1.0~2.5质量份的气相二氧化硅。本发明加入气相二氧化硅后,由于气相二氧化硅是一种粒径为纳米级的坚硬白色粉末,钢球会将气相二氧化硅压入到包覆在铝片外面的硬脂酸中去;这样,这样能促使更多硬脂酸包覆到铝片上去,从而使漂浮性提高;且由于气相二氧化硅的比重小于普通的有机溶剂,而硬度又很高,这样制造出来的铝银浆漂浮值就更高,也更耐储存。

一种高漂浮值浮型铝银浆的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝银浆的制造方法, 尤其是涉及一种高漂浮值浮型铝银浆的制造方法。
背景技术
现有浮型铝银浆的制造方法通常是在球磨机内加入石油溶剂,将铝粉与石油溶剂、润滑剂等按一定比例混合后置于球磨机中研磨,再经筛分、压滤,制成滤饼,经捏合表面处理后成为铝银浆。用此种方法制成的浮型铝银浆的缺点是漂浮值不高,也不耐储存,通常普通浮型铝银浆在储存60天以后,其漂浮值会明显下降。做成涂料,储存约30天后,铝片的漂浮效果也会明显下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高漂浮值浮型铝银浆的制造方法。以实现产品的漂浮值高、耐储存,使用寿命长。
本发明的技术方案是:包括将以下质量份的组份置于球磨机内混合:d50=20~40μm的球形铝粉∶有机溶剂∶硬脂酸=50~60∶100∶1.5~3;再用高碳钢球研磨5-20小时,其特征在于,在研磨结束前的2~2.5小时内加入1.0~2.5质量份的气相二氧化硅。
所述有机溶剂为200#溶剂油或D50溶剂油或D80溶剂油或S150溶剂油。
漂浮型铝银浆其漂浮性的产生是由于用高碳钢球研磨过程中,硬脂酸会包覆在铝片周围,使铝片产生漂浮性,本发明加入气相二氧化硅后,由于气相二氧化硅是一种粒径为纳米级的坚硬白色粉末,钢球会将气相二氧化硅压入到包覆在铝片外面的硬脂酸中去;这样能促使更多硬脂酸包覆到铝片上去,使漂浮性提高;且由于气相二氧化硅的比重小于普通的有机溶剂,而硬度又很高,这样制造出来的铝银浆漂浮值就更高,也更耐储存。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
   将D50=25um的铝粉50㎏加入到球磨机中,再加入200﹟溶剂油100㎏,硬脂酸2.5kg,用高碳钢球研磨4小时,再加入气相二氧化硅1.5㎏,再研磨2小时,经筛分、压滤和捏合,得到D50=10μm的铝银浆。将其与普通浮型铝银浆做对比实验,可以发现其漂浮值明显更高。具体数据参见表1。

实施例2:
  将D50=21μm的铝粉60㎏加入到球磨机中,再加入200﹟溶剂油100㎏,硬脂酸3㎏,研磨3小时后,加入气相二氧化硅3㎏,用高碳钢球研磨2.5小时,经筛分、压滤和捏合,得到浮型铝银浆,将其与普通浮型铝银浆做对比实验,可以发现其漂浮值明显更高,具体数据参见表2。

Claims (2)

1.一种高漂浮值浮型铝银浆的制造方法,包括将以下质量份的组份置于球磨机内混合: d50=20~40μm的球形铝粉∶有机溶剂∶硬脂酸=50~60∶100∶1.5~3;再用高碳钢球研磨5-20小时,其特征在于,在研磨结束前的2~2.5小时内加入1.0~2.5质量份的气相二氧化硅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高漂浮值浮型铝银浆的制造方法,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为200#溶剂油或D50溶剂油或D80溶剂油或S150溶剂油。
