背景技术
印刷板显影处理器通常使用用于进入板的水平传送系统。该传送系统通常包括多个由马达驱动的辊子,且辊子被诸如橡胶的柔性材料覆盖。
参考图1,板10进入传送系统19,沿方向18前进。板10在几对辊子11、12、13和14的辅助下传送穿过处理器。上辊子11和14接触板10的上表面,下辊子12和13接触板10的下表面。马达15转动所有的辊子(例如11、12、13和14)。在板的传送过程中,辊子被紧固在板的表面上,且辊子的转动引起板10沿方向18向前移动。该移动是通过将辊子(11、12、13、14)的角速度转换为移动板10的水平速度而实现的。

本发明解决板显影处理器中的板水平运动过程中的板变形、折叠或拉伸的问题。参考图2,离合器21被加入由马达15驱动的每个辊子,以形成配备离合器的传送系统29。可以使用的离合器21部件例如是在自行车行业中使用的那种离合器。

Claims (5)

1.一种防止板处理器设备中的印刷板变形的装置,包括:
板传送装置,包括马达和多个辊子;
单向联接器,连接所述马达和所述多个辊子;
识别装置,用于从所述多个辊子中识别第一慢辊子;以及
分离装置,用于从所述马达上分离所述慢辊子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述单向联接器是离合器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中第二慢辊子被识别并分离。
4.一种防止板处理器设备中的印刷板变形的方法,包括以下步骤:
a)在包括马达和多个辊子的所述板处理器设备中传送所述印刷板;
b)提供在所述马达和所述多个辊子之间进行连接的单向联接器;
c)从所述多个辊子中识别慢辊子;以及
d)从所述马达上分离所有的所述慢辊子。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述单向联接器是离合器。
