Abstract

本发明提供了一种带有卷盘自由快放浮动控制的卷盘液压装置,其特征在于:包括电缆卷盘液压马达及至少两个油管卷盘液压马达,在电缆卷盘液压马达及每个油管卷盘液压马达上并联有一个内置第一单向阀的自由快放浮动控制阀,在每个自由快放浮动控制阀上并联有一个三位四通电磁换向阀,所有三位四通电磁换向阀相互级联,在级联的三位四通电磁换向阀上引出有压力油入口端及接回油阀块端,在压力油入口端与接回油阀块端之间跨接电比例溢流阀,在压力油入口端与级联的三位四通电磁换向阀之间连接有第四单向阀。本发明的优点是在不改动马达、减速机的机械结构的情况下实现卷盘在涨紧状态与自由浮动状态间快速可靠的切换。

Description

一种带有卷盘自由快放浮动控制的卷盘液压装置
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种为实现地下连续墙液压抓斗的卷盘装置在涨紧状态与自由浮动状态间的快速切换而提出的技术解决方案,是一种带有卷盘自由快放浮动控制的卷盘液压装置,属于地下连续墙液压抓斗技术领域。
背景技术
在地下连续墙液压抓斗施工时,经常会碰到硬土层,此时仅靠抓斗的自重来抓土,效率会大打折扣,为加快施工效率可以应用抓斗快速下放功能来冲击土层,此时抓斗的快速下放由主卷扬机的机械片式离合器控制,随同抓斗一起下放的还有控制电缆与油管,快放时需要将电缆、油管卷盘由涨紧状态向自由浮动状态切换,快放结束后则由自由浮动状态向涨紧状态切换。
相比不带浮动控制的卷盘系统,本方案可以大大减小抓斗快速下放时对电缆、油管及卷盘的拉力及冲击。不带浮动控制的卷盘系统要解决抓斗快放时对油管及卷盘的拉力及冲击则不得不加大液压泵的排量以驱动卷盘更快的转动,因为快速下放的速度及加速度均较大,要达到理想的效果泵的排量需求较大,系统也变的很庞大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种卷盘自由快放浮动控制装置,在不改动马达、减速机的机械结构的情况下实现卷盘在涨紧状态与自由浮动状态间的快速切换。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种带有卷盘自由快放浮动控制的卷盘液压装置,其特征在于:包括电缆卷盘液压马达及至少两个油管卷盘液压马达,在电缆卷盘液压马达及每个油管卷盘液压马达上并联有一个内置第一单向阀的自由快放浮动控制阀,在与电缆卷盘液压马达并联的自由快放浮动控制阀上串联有第二单向阀,在与油管卷盘液压马达并联的自由快放浮动控制阀上串联有第二单向阀及第三单向阀,第二单向阀与第一单向阀相连且方向相对,第二单向阀与第三单向阀方向相背,在每个自由快放浮动控制阀上并联有一个三位四通电磁换向阀,所有三位四通电磁换向阀相互级联,在级联的三位四通电磁换向阀上引出有压力油入口端及接回油阀块端,在压力油入口端与接回油阀块端之间跨接电比例溢流阀,在压力油入口端与级联的三位四通电磁换向阀之间连接有第四单向阀。
本发明将自由快放浮动控制阀并联在原液压管路中,通过控制自由快放浮动控制阀中的电磁二位二通开关阀的通断实现涨紧状态与自由浮动状态间的切换。
本发明的优点是在不改动马达、减速机的机械结构的情况下实现卷盘在涨紧状态与自由浮动状态间快速可靠的切换以配合不同工况对卷盘速度的要求,系统简洁紧凑可靠。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来具体说明本发明。
实施例
如图1所示,为本发明提供的一种带有卷盘自由快放浮动控制的卷盘液压装置,包括电缆卷盘液压马达1及两个油管卷盘液压马达2,在电缆卷盘液压马达1及每个油管卷盘液压马达2上并联有一个内置第一单向阀4的自由快放浮动控制阀3,在与电缆卷盘液压马达1并联的自由快放浮动控制阀3上串联有第二单向阀5,在与油管卷盘液压马达2并联的自由快放浮动控制阀3上串联有第二单向阀5及第三单向阀6,第二单向阀5与第一单向阀4相连且方向相对,第二单向阀5与第三单向阀6方向相背,在每个自由快放浮动控制阀3上并联有一个三位四通电磁换向阀,即第一三位四通电磁换向阀7、第二三位四通电磁换向阀8及第三三位四通电磁换向阀9,所有三位四通电磁换向阀相互级联,在级联的三位四通电磁换向阀上引出有压力油入口端P及接回油阀块端T,在压力油入口端P与接回油阀块端T之间跨接电比例溢流阀11,在压力油入口端P与级联的三位四通电磁换向阀之间连接有第四单向阀10。在第一三位四通电磁换向阀7的两端有电磁铁Y5及电磁铁Y6,在第二三位四通电磁换向阀8的两端有电磁铁Y3及电磁铁Y4,在第三三位四通电磁换向阀9的两端有电磁铁Y1及电磁铁Y2。
机器启动后泵的压力油由压力油入口端P进,电比例溢流阀11用于设定系统的工作压力,抓斗工作在普通工况时电磁铁Y1、电磁铁Y3及电磁铁Y5得电,第一三位四通电磁换向阀7、第二三位四通电磁换向阀8及第三三位四通电磁换向阀9均工作在右位,压力油由压力油入口端P经第四单向阀10、第一三位四通电磁换向阀7、第二三位四通电磁换向阀8及第三三位四通电磁换向阀9进入起升油入口A,自由快放浮动控制阀3失电(因为单向阀4的存在,自由快放浮动控制阀3处于单向截止状态),油液由A1腔到B1腔为截止状态,电缆卷盘液压马达1、油管卷盘液压马达2处于涨紧状态,系统的压力油全部通过电比例溢流阀11流回油阀块。当抓斗为自由快放工况时电磁铁Y1、电磁铁Y3、电磁铁Y5得电,第一三位四通电磁换向阀7、第二三位四通电磁换向阀8及第三三位四通电磁换向阀9仍工作在右位,压力油由起升油入口A进,自由快放浮动控制阀3得电(处于连通状态),各卷盘因为抓斗的快速拖动,在泵工况工作的马达泵出的液压油流量将达到普通工况的2~3倍,这些液压油全部通过自由快放浮动控制阀3由A1腔经过第二单向阀5循环回B1腔,各卷盘马达处于浮动状态,这样就使卷盘系统既满足了被拖动时的转速要求,同时液压系统总的流量需求也没有大的变化(浮动的时候油液是局部循环的)。
电磁铁Y2、电磁铁Y4、电磁铁Y6得电时第一三位四通电磁换向阀7、第二三位四通电磁换向阀8及第三三位四通电磁换向阀9均工作在左位,压力油由下放油入口B进,第二单向阀5用以确保反向下放卷盘时动作可靠不受自由快放浮动控制阀3的干扰;在设备装配、拆车运输、工地组装的时候实现卷盘反向动作。第三单向阀6为补油单向阀,在快放工况时马达若有瞬间吸空情况出现时,机器流经回油阀块的油由S口经过第三单向阀6补进马达B1口。

1.一种带有卷盘自由快放浮动控制的卷盘液压装置,其特征在于:包括电缆卷盘液压马达(1)及至少两个油管卷盘液压马达(2),在电缆卷盘液压马达(1)及每个油管卷盘液压马达(2)上并联有一个内置第一单向阀(4)的自由快放浮动控制阀(3),在与电缆卷盘液压马达(1)并联的自由快放浮动控制阀(3)上串联有第二单向阀(5),在与油管卷盘液压马达(2)并联的自由快放浮动控制阀(3)上串联有第二单向阀(5)及第三单向阀(6),第二单向阀(5)与第一单向阀(4)相连且方向相对,第二单向阀(5)与第三单向阀(6)方向相背,在每个自由快放浮动控制阀(3)上并联有一个三位四通电磁换向阀,所有三位四通电磁换向阀相互级联,在级联的三位四通电磁换向阀上引出有压力油入口端(P)及接回油阀块端(T),在压力油入口端(P)与接回油阀块端(T)之间跨接电比例溢流阀(11),在压力油入口端(P)与级联的三位四通电磁换向阀之间连接有第四单向阀(10)。
