Abstract

本发明提供一种吊饰安装结构,其设置于一便携式电子装置的机体上,所述吊饰安装结构包括一固定部、一挂持部及一用于连接该固定部及挂持部的连接部;该固定部用于将该吊饰安装结构固定于所述机体上;该挂持部上设有一挂钩,用于挂持一挂绳,该挂钩可发生弹性变形以使所述挂绳从该挂钩上脱开。

吊饰安装结构及具该吊饰安装结构的便携式电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吊饰安装结构,尤其涉及一种应用于便携式电子装置的吊饰安装结构。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置已广泛应用于人们的日常生活中。为了携带的方便或悬挂吊饰,便携式电子装置上通常都设置有一吊饰安装结构。
现有的吊饰安装结构通常为一通孔,该通孔开设于便携式电子装置的壳体上,从而于该壳体上形成一横杆。使用时,消费者将吊饰的挂绳穿过所述通孔,然后将挂绳打结于该横杆上,如此即可通过挂绳来携带该便携式电子装置或将吊饰悬挂于便携式电子装置上。
然而,当挂绳承受的拉力超过该横杆的屈服极限时,该横杆将断裂,从而对便携式电子装置造成损坏。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可使便携式电子装置免受损坏的吊饰安装结构。
还有必要提供一种具所述吊饰安装结构的便携式电子装置。
一种吊饰安装结构,其设置于一便携式电子装置的机体上,其特征在于:所述吊饰安装结构包括一固定部、一挂持部及一用于连接该固定部及挂持部的连接部;该固定部用于将该吊饰安装结构固定于所述机体上;该挂持部上设有一挂钩,用于挂持一挂绳,该挂钩可发生弹性变形以使所述挂绳从该挂钩上脱开。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一机体及一设置于该机体上的吊饰安装结构,所述吊饰安装结构包括一固定部、一挂持部及一用于连接该固定部及挂持部的连接部;该固定部用于将该吊饰安装结构固定于所述机体上;该挂持部上设有一挂钩,用于挂持一挂绳,该挂钩可发生弹性变形以使所述挂绳从该挂钩上脱开。
相较于现有技术,本发明的吊饰安装结构是将挂绳安装于该吊饰安装结构的挂持部的挂钩上,当挂绳所承受的拉力过大时,该挂持部可发生变形,以使该挂绳脱离该挂钩,从而可防止该挂持部断裂而使该便携式电子装置受到损坏。

具体实施方式
本发明吊饰安装结构适用于移动电话、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置。
请参阅图1至3所示的本发明吊饰安装结构的一较佳实施例,该吊饰安装结构10应用于一移动电话100。所述移动电话100包括一吊饰安装结构10、一机体20、一盖体30、一吊饰40及一挂绳50。该吊饰安装结构10装设于该机体20及盖体30之间。该吊饰40连接于该挂绳50上,该挂绳50悬挂于该吊饰安装结构10上。
该吊饰安装结构10为一弹性片体,其包括一固定部11、一挂持部15以及一用于连接该固定部11及挂持部15的连接部13。该固定部11与该挂持部15可以分别朝向同一侧弯折该连接部13的两端而形成。所述固定部11呈矩形片状,其上开设有若干固定孔111,用于与螺钉(图未示)配合或者以热熔的方式将该吊饰安装结构10固定于该机体20上。在本实施例中,所述固定孔111的个数为2个。该挂持部15的自由端朝背离该固定部11弯折形成一挂钩151,用于挂持挂绳50。该挂钩151可采用金属材料制成,并具有一定的抗拉强度,在本实施例中,该抗拉强度为100牛顿,即,当作用于该挂钩151的拉力超过90~110牛顿时,该挂钩151将会发生弹性变形,从而有效避免挂钩151的损坏。
该机体20包括一底壁21、一周壁23及一安装部25。该安装部25设置于该底壁21上,并邻接该周壁23。该安装部25大致呈一矩形腔体,其包括一安装板251、二侧板253以及由该安装板251与二侧板253围成的一安装槽255。该安装板251呈矩形板状,用于固接所述吊饰安装结构10的固定部11于其上,并位于该固定部11与挂持部15之间。所述安装板251上安装有二固定柱257,用于穿过该固定孔111以固定该吊饰安装结构10。该固定柱257与固定孔111之间的固定方式可以为热熔或者螺钉固定。该安装板251的厚度略小于所述吊饰安装结构10的连接部13,以使该挂持部15在承受较大拉力时能有一定空间发生变形,从而使挂绳50脱离挂钩151。该周壁23对应该安装槽255开设有一通孔231。该安装槽255与通孔231相连通,用于容置该挂持部15于其内,并提供一通道以便挂绳50穿过而进入到机体20内。
该盖体30大致为一矩形盖体,其对应于该机体20的安装部25开设一缺口31,当该盖体30卡合于该机体20上时,该缺口31与该安装部25对准盖合,如此,可使该挂绳50由该缺口31伸出该盖体30及机体20。
所述吊饰40可以为产品商标、宝石、钻石等,其串接于该挂绳50上。该挂绳50为一由尼龙或涤纶材料制成的细长物,且其长度可根据使用者的需要加以改变。
组装该移动电话100时,首先将所述吊饰安装结构10的挂持部15由该机体20内放置于该安装槽255,并使得吊饰安装结构10的二固定孔111穿过所述安装部25的固定柱257;随即通过热熔方式或者螺钉固定的方式将该吊饰安装结构10固定于该安装部25上,此时所述吊饰安装结构10的连接壁13抵持于所述安装部25的侧壁253,同时吊饰安装结构10的挂持部15暴露于该通孔231内;接着将该挂绳50挂持于所述挂钩151上,并由该通孔231伸出该机体20;最后将该盖体30盖合于该机体20上,并使得该缺口31与该安装部25对准,如此即完成该移动电话100的组装。
相较于现有技术,本发明的吊饰安装结构10是将挂绳50安装于该吊饰安装结构10的挂持部15的挂钩151上,当挂绳50所承受的拉力过大时,该挂持部15可发生弹性变形,以使该挂绳50脱离该挂钩151,从而可防止该挂持部15断裂而使该移动电话100及该吊饰安装结构10受到损坏。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (11)

1.一种吊饰安装结构,其设置于一便携式电子装置的机体上,其特征在于:所述吊饰安装结构包括一固定部、一挂持部及一用于连接该固定部及挂持部的连接部;该固定部用于将该吊饰安装结构固定于所述机体上;所述固定部与所述挂持部分别朝向同一侧弯折该连接部的两端而形成;该挂持部上设有一挂钩,用于挂持一挂绳,该挂钩可发生弹性变形以使所述挂绳从该挂钩上脱开。
2.如权利要求1所述的吊饰安装结构,其特征在于:所述挂钩具有一抗拉强度,当作用于该挂钩的拉力超过其抗拉强度时,该挂钩发生弹性变形以便该挂绳从该挂钩上脱开。
3.如权利要求2所述的吊饰安装结构,其特征在于:所述抗拉强度为90~110牛。
4.如权利要求2所述的吊饰安装结构,其特征在于:所述挂钩采用金属材料制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的吊饰安装结构,其特征在于:所述固定部上贯通开设有若干固定孔,该固定部可通过该固定孔固定于所述机体上。
6.如权利要求1所述的吊饰安装结构,其特征在于:所述挂持部的自由端朝背离所述固定部的方向弯折形成所述挂钩。
7.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一机体及一设置于该机体上的吊饰安装结构,其特征在于:所述吊饰安装结构包括一固定部、一挂持部及一用于连接该固定部及挂持部的连接部;该固定部用于将该吊饰安装结构固定于所述机体上;所述固定部与所述挂持部分别朝向同一侧弯折该连接部的两端而形成;该挂持部上设有一挂钩,用于挂持一挂绳,该挂钩可发生弹性变形以使所述挂绳从该挂钩上脱开。
8.如权利要求7所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述挂钩具有一抗拉强度,当作用于该挂钩的拉力超过其抗拉强度时,该挂钩发生弹性变形以便该挂绳从该挂钩上脱开;所述抗拉强度为90~110牛。
9.如权利要求7所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述机体上设有一安装部,该安装部包括一安装板及凸设于该安装板上的若干固定柱,所述固定部上贯通开设有二固定孔,该固定柱穿过所述固定孔,从而将所述吊饰安装结构固定于所述安装板上。
10.如权利要求9所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述固定柱与固定孔以热熔的方式相固合。
11.如权利要求9所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述安装部还包括一安装槽,该安装槽用于容置该挂持部于其内,所述机体还包括一周壁,该周壁上开设有一与该安装槽相连通的通孔,该通孔提供一通道以便所述挂绳穿过而进入到该机体内。
