本发明提供一种用于抛光砖的节能型辊道窑,所述的辊道窑窑顶和窑底均由莫来石保温砖砌筑,砌筑后的窑顶为拱顶,窑底下方依次铺垫有高铝聚轻球保温砖及轻质粘土砖;砌筑完成后的窑体内再开孔装配多支长喷枪碳化硅套和短喷枪碳化硅套,长喷枪碳化硅套、短喷枪碳化硅套相互错开装配;窑体氧化带内设有加密枪,加密枪通过加密枪碳化硅套装配在窑体氧化带内。采用本方案后,窑内温度在断面方向均匀性得以提高,温差减小,色差得到进一步的控制。坯体在烧成区成形之后,经过冷却区在窑炉出口输出温度在60℃以下的成品抛光砖,采用了本方案后的窑炉结构简单、保温性能大大提高、能耗大幅度降低。

一种用于抛光砖的节能型辊道窑
技术领域:
本发明涉及窑炉技术领域,尤其是指一种用于抛光砖的节能型辊道窑。
背景技术:
传统抛光砖辊道窑,窑体结构比较单一,窑体内宽较窄,产量难以大幅提升,相对能耗就较大。为了提高产量,窑体不断地加长,因而就出现前段温度难以提升,氧化段温度较难控制,容易出现裂纹等缺陷。随着陶瓷行业的不断发展,竞争的日益激烈,只有加大产量,降低能耗,同时提高产品质量,才能在这种竞争激烈的环境中占据有利的位置。为达到提高产量,降低能耗的目的,需要在窑体结构上有所突破。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于抛光砖的结构简单、节能效果好的辊道窑。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种用于抛光砖的节能型辊道窑,所述的辊道窑窑顶和窑底均由莫来石保温砖砌筑,砌筑后的窑顶为拱顶,窑底下方依次铺垫有高铝聚轻球保温砖及轻质粘土砖;砌筑完成后的窑体内再开孔装配多支长喷枪碳化硅套和短喷枪碳化硅套,长喷枪碳化硅套、短喷枪碳化硅套相互错开装配;窑体氧化带内设有加密枪,加密枪通过加密枪碳化硅套装配在窑体氧化带内。
所述的加密枪碳化硅套为十二支,单节2160mm配置六支碳化硅套。
所述的窑体烧成区内宽为3100mm。
本发明在采用了上述方案后,以生产600×600砖为例,每排进3片砖,砖坯由窑炉入口开始,向前输送,在排烟段逐渐加热,排出坯体内水份及气体,然后进入氧化段,在此区域,由于设置了加密枪碳化硅套,对坯体的加热可以做到缓慢而均匀,物理变化及化学反应过程充分,从而减少因急剧变化可能造成的变形或裂纹,对减小色差也起到很大的帮助。进入烧成区后,燃烧系统进一步对坯体加热,采用长、短喷枪碳化硅套相互错开装配后,使窑内温度在断面方向均匀性得以提高,温差减小,色差得到进一步的控制。坯体在烧成区成形之后,经过冷却区在窑炉出口输出温度在60℃以下的成品抛光砖,采用了本方案后的窑炉结构简单、保温性能大大提高、能耗大幅度降低。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图1至附图5对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的较佳实施例为:本实施例所述的节能型辊道窑窑顶和窑底均由莫来石保温砖1砌筑,砌筑后的窑顶为拱顶,窑体烧成区内宽为3100mm,窑底第二层为高铝聚轻球保温砖3,窑底下面三层为轻质粘土砖4;整体砌筑完工后再开孔,然后装入碳化硅套。在碳化硅套内装配有多支相互错开的长喷枪碳化硅套7和短喷枪碳化硅套5,以及在窑体氧化带内装配加密枪碳化硅套2,加密枪碳化硅套2为单节2160mm配置六支。采用了上述方案后,以生产600×600砖为例,每排进3片砖,砖坯由窑炉入口开始,向前输送,在排烟段逐渐加热,排出坯体内水份及气体,然后进入氧化段,在此区域,由于设置了加密枪碳化硅套2,对坯体的加热可以做到缓慢而均匀,物理变化及化学反应过程充分,从而减少因急剧变化可能造成的变形或裂纹,对减小色差也起到很大的帮助。进入烧成区后,燃烧系统进一步对坯体加热,采用长、短喷枪碳化硅套7、5相互错开装配后,使窑内温度在断面方向均匀性得以提高,温差减小,色差得到进一步的控制。坯体在烧成区成形之后,经过冷却区在窑炉出口输出温度在60℃以下的成品抛光砖,采用了本方案后的窑炉结构简单、保温性能大大提高、相比目前使用的抛光砖辊道窑,产量提高33%,能耗降低20%,经济效益及社会效益显著。
以上所述之实施例只为本发明之较佳实施例,并非以此限制本发明的实施范围,故凡依本发明之形状、原理所作的变化,均应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种用于抛光砖的节能型辊道窑,其特征在于:所述的辊道窑窑顶和窑底均由莫来石保温砖(1)砌筑,砌筑后的窑顶为拱顶,窑底下方依次铺垫有高铝聚轻球保温砖(3)及轻质粘土砖(4);砌筑完成后的窑体内再开孔装配多支长喷枪碳化硅套(7)和短喷枪碳化硅套(5),长喷枪碳化硅套(7)、短喷枪碳化硅套(5)相互错开装配;窑体氧化带内设有加密枪,加密枪通过加密枪碳化硅套(2)装配在窑体氧化带内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于抛光砖的节能型辊道窑,其特征在于:加密枪碳化硅套(2)为十二支,单节2160mm配置六支碳化硅套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于抛光砖的节能型辊道窑,其特征在于:窑体烧成区内宽为3100mm。
