Abstract
一种电池固定装置,用于承载便携式电子装置中的电池。该电池固定装置包括位于便携式电子装置内的电路板、托架及盖体。电路板上开设大小与托架相当的一开口。垂直于托架的底部边缘上设置至少一对侧壁而形成一容腔,所述容腔用于容置电池。所述侧壁上还形成有止挡壁,所述止挡壁挂靠于电路板上开口的边缘上以使所述托架设置于电路板的开口内。所述盖体上形成有卡勾,所述卡勾卡设于电路板上将电池夹持于托架与盖体之间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池固定装置,尤其涉及一种可减少便携式电子装置厚度的电池固定装置。
背景技术
便携式电子装置一般采用可充电电池作为主要的电力供应源。根据便携式电子装置的功耗不同配备容量不同的充电电池。若需延长便携式电子装置的开机使用时间则采用大容量的电池,但势必增加电池的尺寸或体积以提高容量。因此工程师在设计便携式电子装置,寻求一个平衡点既满足其轻薄的要求又满足其开机使用时间的最佳方案。然,在上述平衡点上进一步减少便携式电子装置厚度则是一个比较棘手的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种降低便携式电子装置厚度的电池固定装置。
一种电池固定装置,用于承载便携式电子装置中的电池。该电池固定装置包括位于便携式电子装置内的电路板、托架及盖体。电路板上开设大小与托架相当的一开口。垂直于托架的底部边缘上设置至少一对侧壁而形成一容腔,所述容腔用于容置电池。所述侧壁上还形成有止挡壁,所述止挡壁挂靠于电路板上开口的缘壁上以使所述托架设置于电路板的开口内。所述盖体上形成有卡勾,所述卡勾卡设于电路板上将电池夹持于托架与盖体之间。
与现有技术相比,在电路板上形成开口并用托架来承载电池,使电池的一部分容置于该开口内,既增加了电路板的刚性强度,同时减少了电池与电路板相互重叠而增加电子装置的厚度。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图,对本发明进行详细说明。
请同时参阅图1及图2,便携式电子装置(图中未示)的电池固定装置10包括位于便携式电子装置内的电路板30、设置于电路板30上的托架60及将一电池50固定于托架60上的盖体20。
盖体20大至呈矩形且于盖体20四周边缘上分别形成卡勾40。卡勾的端部形成有斜面41。在本实施方式中,所述卡勾40由弹性的朔胶材质一体成型于盖体20上。在其他实施方式中,所述卡勾40可由弹性的金属材质制成且通过常规的固定方法固定于盖体20上。
所述托架60四周边缘上垂直托架60的底部形成有侧壁61以形成一容腔62。所述容腔62用于容置电池50的一部分。所述侧壁61上分别形成有与托架60的底部平行的止挡壁63。所述侧壁61和止挡壁63均一体成型于所述托架60上。请一并参考图3,电路板30上开设大小与托架60相当的一开口31。当托架60通过所述开口31设置于电路板30上时,托架60的容腔62容置于该开口31内使托架60底部的平面与电路板30的一侧面位于相同水平面上,所述侧壁61紧贴于开口31的内壁上,而止挡壁63卡设于电路板30上,从而使托架60精确地定位于电路板30上。在本实施方式中,托架60由金属材料制成且其底部厚度不超过0.2mm,从而屏蔽电池50与电路板30工作时之间的电磁干扰。托架60上的侧壁61和止挡壁63可通过黏胶固定于电路板30上开口31内。
盖体20的卡勾40卡设于电路板30上而将电池50夹持于托架60与盖体20之间。在本实施方式中,当组装该电池固定装置10时,首先将电池50容置于托架60的容腔62内,然后将卡勾40端部的斜面41与电路板30侧缘接触并分别按压各个卡勾40,使卡勾40端部的斜面41沿着电路板30侧缘下滑且卡设于电路板30上。在其他实施方式中,可以通过在电路板30上形成通孔,使得卡勾40通过所述通孔卡设于电路板30上。
通过使用上述电池固定装置10,即在电路板30上形成开口31并用托架60来承载电池50,使电池50的一部分容置于该开口31内,从而使托架60及电池50固定于电路板30并形成一个整体,既增加了电路板30的平面受力刚性强度,同时减少了电池50与电路板30相互重叠而增加电子装置的厚度。
对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干的变形和改进,这些也应该视为属于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种电池固定装置,用于承载便携式电子装置中的电池,其特征在于,该电池固定装置包括位于便携式电子装置内的电路板、托架及盖体;电路板上开设大小与托架相当的一开口;垂直于托架的底部边缘上设置至少一对侧壁而形成一容腔,所述容腔用于容置电池;所述侧壁上还形成有止挡壁,所述止挡壁挂靠于电路板上开口的缘壁上以使所述托架设置于电路板的开口内;所述盖体上形成有卡勾,所述卡勾卡设于电路板上将电池夹持于托架与盖体之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其特征在于,所述侧壁和止挡壁均一体成型于所述托架上。
3.如权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其特征在于,所述托架由金属材料制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其特征在于,所述托架的底部厚度不超过0.2mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其特征在于,所述侧壁和止挡壁通过黏胶固定于电路板的开口内。
6.如权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡勾由弹性的朔胶材质一体成型于盖体的缘壁上。
7.如权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡勾由弹性的金属材质制成且固定于盖体的缘壁上。
8.如权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡勾的端部形成有斜面。
