Abstract
本发明公开了一种竖直面打孔用定位冷却装置,由杯体一、杯体二和钻头套管构成,钻头套管设置在杯体一上,杯体二套在杯体一中。杯体一为长方体形,一端设置有开口端面,并在其中部位置设置有与钻头套管大小相当的定位孔。杯体二为长方体形,比杯体一略小。杯体二的一端设置有开口端面,在与开口端面相对应的一端面设置有若干注水孔。使用时,先将钻头套管插入杯体一上的定位孔中,再使用双面胶或其他粘合剂将杯体一贴在所需打孔的竖直墙面或工件上,并同时保证钻头套管正对打孔位置。再将杯体二盛水,插入杯体一中。此时杯体二中的水不断滴入钻头套管中,对钻头进行即时冷却。本发明解决了竖直面打孔定位冷却的问题,结构简单,操作方便,值得推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及打孔定位冷却装置技术领域,属于打孔设备的辅助设备,尤其是指一种竖直面打孔用定位冷却装置。
背景技术
在房屋装修、工程施工以及工件加工等领域,常常需要在处于竖直或倾斜状态下的墙面、工件表面等打孔。以竖直墙面打孔为例,当对于打孔位置有较高精度要求,且要求所打的孔与墙面垂直时,一般依赖于打孔机操作人员的技术和熟练程度,而目前还没有相应的打孔定位辅助装置。在工件的加工领域,般采用工件定位模来进行精确定位,但对于打孔设备的冷却以提高其打孔效率也尚无有效的装置,通常都是采用自然冷却的模式,这显然不利于提高打孔机的打孔效率。并且,当打孔设备高频度使用时,不能有效冷却的状况下继续使用,对打孔设备钻头有较大的磨损,使用寿命也相应缩短。因而亟需一种有效的打孔机用定位冷却的辅助设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种竖直面打孔用定位冷却装置,不但能对打孔位置进行辅助精确定位,还可以对钻头进行水冷式冷却降温,有效提高打孔高精度定位,并能对钻头进行有效冷却,延长钻头的使用期限和提高单位时间的使用频度。
为实现本发明的目的,拟采用以下技术方案:
一种竖直面打孔用定位冷却装置,由杯体一、杯体二和钻头套管构成,钻头套管设置在杯体一上,杯体二套在杯体一中。
所述的杯体一为长方体形,一端设置有开口端面,并在其中部位置设置有与钻头套管大小相当的定位孔。
所述的杯体二为长方体形,比杯体一略小。杯体二的一端设置有开口端面,在与开口端面相对应的一端面设置有若干注水孔。
所述的钻头套管横截面为圆弧形,大小与杯体一中部位置的定位孔相当,并在钻头套管的切削面及其相对弧面上非垂直方向各设置一个透水孔。
所述的定位孔为圆弧形,于钻头套管的大小相当,其圆弧的弦与杯体一的开口端面平行,并设置在靠近开口端面的一边。
作为进一步说明,杯体二比杯体一略小,可以将杯体二插入杯体一中。定位孔的大小与钻头套管的大小相当,以便钻头套管能插入定位孔中。定位孔和钻头套管均为圆弧形,在打孔使用时,插入在杯体一中的钻头套管固定,不会在钻头的带动下旋转。钻头套管上的透水孔采用非垂直设置,使得水通过钻头套管切削面上的透水孔进入钻头套管内部后,与处于导管中的钻头充分接触后,再从圆弧面上的透水孔流出。
本发明在使用时,先将钻头套管插入杯体一上的定位孔中,再使用双面胶或其他粘合剂将杯体一贴在所需打孔的竖直墙面或工件上,并同时保证钻头套管与墙面或工件垂直,且钻头套管正对打孔位置。再将杯体二盛水,插入杯体一中。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术进步:
1、能对打孔位置进行高精度定位。本发明竖直面打孔用定位冷却装置固定到竖直墙面或工件后,不能移动,因而其钻头套管对应的打孔位置有较高精度定位。
2、冷却效果好。由于水的比热容最大,并取得方便,因而采用水冷式降温能对钻头进行有效降温,并且成本可以忽略不计。
3、不会造成废水污染。使用后的废水进入杯体一中储存回收,不会造成废水污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例来具体说明本发明的技术方案:
图1示意了本发明实施例的结构,本发明竖直面打孔用定位冷却装置由杯体一1、杯体二2和钻头套管3构成,其中钻头套管3设置在杯体一1上,材体二2套在杯体一1中。
图2示意了本发明实施例杯体一1的结构,杯体一1为长方体形,并在其一端设置有开口端面11,在杯体一1的中部位置设置有与钻头套管3大小相当的定位孔12。定位孔12为圆弧形,与钻头套管3的大小相当,其圆弧的弦与杯体一1的开口端面11平行,并设置在靠近开口端面11的一边。
图3示意了本发明杯体二2的结构,杯体二2为长方体形,比杯体一1略小。杯体二2的一端设置有开口端面21,在与开口端面21相对应的一端面设置有若干注水孔22。
图4示意了本发明实施例钻头套管3的结构图,钻头套管3横截面为圆弧形,大小与杯体一1中部位置的定位孔12相当,并在钻头套管3的切削面32及其相对弧面上非垂直方向各设置一个透水孔31。
本发明使用时,先将钻头套管3插入杯体一1上的定位孔12中,再使用双面胶或其他粘合剂将杯体一1贴在所需打孔的竖直墙面或工件上,并同时保证钻头套管3与墙面或工件垂直,且钻头套管3正对打孔位置。再将杯体二2盛水,插入杯体一1中。
本发明竖直面打孔用定位冷却装置使用过程中产生的废水由杯体一1存储回收,不会造成废水污染。
Claims (4)
1.一种竖直面打孔用定位冷却装置,由杯体一(1)、杯体二(2)和钻头套管(3)构成,其特征在于:钻头套管(3)设置在杯体一(1)上,杯体二(2)套在杯体一(1)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竖直面打孔用定位冷却装置,其特征在于:所述的杯体一(1)为长方体形,一端设置有开口端面(11),并在其中部位置设置有与钻头套管(3)大小相当的定位孔(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种竖直面打孔用定位冷却装置,其特征在于:所述的杯体二(2)为长方体形,比杯体一(1)略小,杯体二(2)的一端设置有开口端面(21),在与开口端面(21)相对应的一端面设置有若干注水孔(22)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种竖直面打孔用定位冷却装置,其特征在于:所述的钻头套管(3)横截面为圆弧形,大小与杯体一(1)中部位置的定位孔(12)相当,并在钻头套管(3)的切削面(32)及其相对弧面上非垂直方向各设置一个透水孔(31)。
