Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种水平面打孔用定位冷却装置,由底座、定位孔和水槽组成,其特征在于水槽设置在底座上,定位孔设置在水槽底部,并与底座相通。使用时,先在底座的底面上贴上双面胶或其他粘合剂,将底座粘合固定在水平工作面上,并同时保证定位孔所对应的位置为打孔定位点。再向水槽中加入适量的水。打孔机通过定位孔打孔时,水槽中的水起到即时冷却降温的作用,有效的保护了钻头。本实用新型解决了打孔机打孔定位和冷却的问题,结构简单,操作方便,并能有效得辅助打孔机进行定位冷却,值得推广。

本实用新型涉及打孔定位冷却装置技术领域,属于打孔设备的辅助设备,尤其是指一种水平面打孔用定位冷却装置。
背景技术
在地坪施工、房屋装修或工件加工等技术领域,常常需要在水平地面或工件表面上打孔。以水平地面打孔为例,常用的定位方式是先将钻头以一定的倾斜度与地面接触,在地面上打出一个定位点后,再将钻头垂直对准刚确定的定位点进行打孔。这一般还取决于操作人员的技术水平和熟练程度。因而这种打孔方式有一定弊端,其一,定位不准确,因为这种定位方式依赖于定位点的确定,如果钻头倾斜接触确定的定位点不准确,又得重新确定,费时费力。其二,没有相应的钻头冷却装置,钻头高速运转产生的热量不能即时冷却,会影响钻头的使用寿命,特别是钻头在高频度的使用状态下。因而亟需一种有效的打孔机用定位冷却的辅助设备。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种水平面打孔用定位冷却装置,该装置集定位与冷却的功能于一身,在辅助打孔机进行打孔精确定位的同时,辅助打孔机降温冷却。
为实现本实用新型的目的,拟采用以下技术方案:
一种水平面打孔用定位冷却装置,由底座、定位孔和水槽组成,其特征在于:水槽设置在底座上,定位孔设置在水槽底部,并与底座相通。
作为优选,所述的底座为圆形或方形,定位孔为圆形,水槽为圆形或方形。
作为进一步说明,本实用新型在使用时,先在底座上贴上双面胶或其他粘合剂,将底座贴在水平工作面上,此时应保证定位孔与打孔定位点正对。这时,在地面和水槽之间,通过定位孔形成一个连通的水筒。再向水槽中加入适量水,一个打孔用定位冷却装置即形成。此时,将钻头伸入该装置中进行工作,水槽中的水就能即时地对钻头进行冷却降温。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型打孔用定位冷却装置结构简单,操作方便,并能有效得辅助打孔机进行定位冷却,值得推广。

图1示意了本实用新型实施例的结构,本实用新型打孔用定位冷却装置实施例由底座1、定位孔2和水槽3构成,底座1为方形,定位孔2为圆形,水槽3为圆形,水槽3设置在底座1上,定位孔2设置在水槽3的底部,并与底座1相通.
本实用新型在使用时,先在底座1的底面上贴上双面胶或其他粘合剂,将底座1粘合固定在水平工作面上,并同时保证定位孔2所对应的位置为打孔定位点。再向水槽3中加入适量的水。打孔机通过定位孔2打孔时,水槽3中的水起到即时冷却降温的作用,有效的保护了钻头。
最后,还需要注意的是,以上列举的仅是本实用新型的具体实施例子。显然,本实用新型不限于以上实施例子,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本实用新型公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本实用新型的保护范围。
