Abstract
本发明公开一种可增强放化疗期间免疫力的营养液及制备方法，其特征在于：所述的营养液为固形物含量为均为2％-20％的鲍鱼多糖和岩藻聚糖硫酸酯的混合溶液，按照鲍鱼多糖5-50mg/100ml，岩藻聚糖硫酸酯100-1000mg/100ml的配比混合，并在混合溶液中加入陈皮，煮沸5-30分钟后，密闭封存6-20小时，用板框过滤机过滤，滤材目数为200-800目，并灌装入容器，在115度-121度的条件下高压蒸汽灭菌30-50分钟。本发明的营养液可以显著增强癌症放化疗期间人体免疫力，成本低廉，工艺简单，安全性极高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种营养液及制备方法，尤其是一种可以显著增强癌症放化疗期间人体免疫力，成本低廉，工艺简单，安全性极高的一种营养液。
背景技术
在癌症患者进行放化疗期间，需要及时补充各种营养，目前市场上针对放化疗期间的营养食品和营养液也较多，但这些营养品多以补充氨基酸、维生素类为主，不仅价格昂贵，而且无法缓解因放化疗给患者带来的毒副作用和痛苦；有的患者为了增强自身的免疫力，以中医理论作为基础，采用饮食调理的方法，但是食物搭配的方法和组合极多，且没有一定之规，往往使患者难以选择，且因此产生的有益效果也难以评估。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述问题，提供一种可显著增强放化疗期间人体免疫力的，成本低廉一种可增强放化疗期间免疫力的营养液，其特征在于：所述的营养液为固形物含量为均为2％-20％的鲍鱼多糖和岩藻聚糖硫酸酯的混合溶液，具体混合配比为：
鲍鱼多糖 5-50mg/100ml
岩藻聚糖硫酸酯 100-1000mg/100ml。
所述的方法包括以下步骤：
a、在混合溶液中加入陈皮，煮沸5-30分钟后，密闭封存6-20小时，
b、用板框过滤机过滤，滤材目数为200-800目，并灌装入容器，
c、在115度-121度的条件下高压蒸汽灭菌30-50分钟。
本发明同现有技术相比，具有如下优点：
本营养液中富含的鲍鱼多糖能够作用于淋巴系统，促进淋巴细胞增殖，增强特异性免疫能力；而岩藻聚糖硫酸酯则主要针对血液中的白细胞发生作用，提高机体非特异免疫能力。二者经混合后使用，产生协同作用，使机体的免疫力得到显著提高；通过小鼠实验表明，实验组巨噬细胞吞噬功能和T淋巴细胞转化功能与对照组比较有显著提高；实验组白细胞数较对照组高，差异均有显著性(P＜0.001)。而人体试食实验表明，本发明的营养液在治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗时出现的骨髓抑制时，效果显著，能够帮助病人顺利通过必要的放化疗治疗过程，提高患者的生活质量。
具体实施方式
下面将说明本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例一
取固形物含量为7％的鲍鱼多糖，固形物含量为15％的岩藻聚糖硫酸酯，在水溶液中按照以下条件混合：
鲍鱼多糖 5mg/100ml
岩藻聚糖硫酸酯 100mg/100ml，
在混合溶液中加入适量陈皮调味，煮沸5分钟，密闭封存6小时后，用板框过滤机过滤，滤材的过滤目数为200目，用全自动灌装机灌装入容器，灌装量以30ml/支为宜；将灌装后的营养液在高压蒸汽灭菌锅中进行灭菌，灭菌温度为115度，灭菌时间30分钟。
实施例二
取固形物含量为13％的鲍鱼多糖，固形物含量为5％的岩藻聚糖硫酸酯，在水溶液中按照以下条件混合：
鲍鱼多糖 50mg/100ml
岩藻聚糖硫酸酯 1000mg/100ml，
在混合溶液中加入适量陈皮调味，煮沸20分钟，密闭封存12小时后，用板框过滤机过滤，滤材的过滤目数为800目，用全自动灌装机灌装入容器，灌装量以30ml/支为宜；将灌装后的营养液在高压蒸汽灭菌锅中进行灭菌，灭菌温度为120度，灭菌时间50分钟。
本营养液中的鲍鱼多糖成分和岩藻聚糖硫酸酯成分再按照上述配比和步骤加工后，产生协同作用，可使机体的免疫力得到显著的提高，效果可增强40％-50％并且本产品的原料可从海洋资源中直接获取，成本低廉，对人体无毒副作用，安全性极高。
Claims (2)
1.一种可增强放化疗期间免疫力的营养液，其特征在于：所述的营养液按照以下步骤制备：将固形物含量为2％-20％的鲍鱼多糖、固形物含量为2％-20％的岩藻聚糖硫酸酯在水溶液中按照以下条件混合：
鲍鱼多糖 5-50mg/100ml，
岩藻聚糖硫酸酯 100-1000mg/100ml，
然后在上述混合溶液中加入陈皮，煮沸5-30分钟后，密闭封存6-20小时，用板框过滤机过滤，滤材目数为200-800目，并灌装入容器，最后在115度-121度的条件下高压蒸汽灭菌30-50分钟。
2.一种制备可增强放化疗期间免疫力的营养液的方法，其特征在于：所述的方法包括以下步骤：
将固形物含量为2％-20％的鲍鱼多糖、固形物含量为2％-20％的岩藻聚糖硫酸酯在水溶液中按照以下条件混合：
鲍鱼多糖 5-50mg/100ml，
岩藻聚糖硫酸酯 100-1000mg/100ml，
然后在上述混合溶液中加入陈皮，煮沸5-30分钟后，密闭封存6-20小时，用板框过滤机过滤，滤材目数为200-800目，并灌装入容器，最后在115度-121度的条件下高压蒸汽灭菌30-50分钟。
