Abstract

技术领域
对任何水量计增加紧急关闭的特征。
背景技术
所有的水量计具有当液体流过时测量流过的液体的量、当流动停止时停止记录、且当流动再开始时再继续记录的装置。对各次运行求和形成累加器。某些水量计具有分批测量功能,其持续记录直到重置。对水量计来说很少持续运行很长时间。单次运行流过的量取决于水量计所服务的像公寓、单个住宅、商业建筑或住宅组的用户的数目。
正常使用时,单次运行量可以是运行的平均值的两倍,或者平均运行值的三倍或者甚至是六倍,超过该值意味着有泄漏或无人看管的出口使水量计仍在记录。
实践中,切断水流的唯一方式是在特定批终止时或可见泄漏水时人工切断,除了水的损失之外这还会引起对建筑物和家具的严重损坏。
水量计已经测量从每个单次运行开始的每个单次运行的流过的量并将其加到先前记录的量。如果我们拷贝下该单次运行记录并将其与所允许的最大目标值比较,则如果单次运行时持续流过的量达到该目标值,则意味着有由于泄漏或不受控制的流动而造成的紧急情况。

发明内容
当水流过水量计时,水量计开始记录流过的量,当水停止时,记录停止。这甚至可应用于那些对各批有独立记录器的水量计。将单次连续运行中的该少量(marginal)记录加到先前的旧记录上作为累加器。如果拷贝该单次运行的运动并将其与最大可行运行量相比较,则我们就具有探测流体的泄漏和不受控制流动的装置。如果我们将记录器的设置向上提升并形成累加器中新的一层,顶记录器层正如原始常规水量计那样工作。
然后我们在累加器的下层中新的分开的齿轮组中拷贝来自记录组的最初几个齿轮的运动。拷贝的运动经过减速齿轮系以将最终齿轮的转动减到约一半的转动。该齿轮系具有可动齿轮以在流动开始时配合并在流动停止时脱开。最终齿轮具有自恢复弹簧以在每次水流停止时清除转动以在每次运行时从开始再启动。最后,最终齿轮具有带小磁体的指针。如果单次运行的流动量达到设定的目标,单次运行齿轮的指针上的磁体达到关闭点,其拉动放置在关闭阀内棘齿上的另一磁体,其迫使流动停止。
设定的目标可通过重置限制齿轮上的磁体在小范围内变化,当需要较大范围时,对单次运行记录器的齿轮系增加新的减速齿轮。
关闭阀具有伸缩柱。在其较短位置,弹簧受压,棘齿将内部柱和外部柱保持在一起,且棘齿的端部具有磁体,当该磁体被单次运行齿轮的磁体拉出时,棘齿松开阀柱的内部分,阀柱膨胀,迫使阀关闭。
工业应用
本发明是具有两个附加特征的常规水量计。第一特征是对单次运行增加分开的记录器,第二特征是使水量计的输入或输出通过并入水量计的阀。

Claims (6)

1.一种带有自动紧急关闭功能的水量计,该水量计是任何类型的流体测量计,所述水量计从每次流动开始时拷贝流过的量并当流动停止时自动清除读数,仅当所述流过的量超过预设目标时,所述水量计才通过关闭阀来自动停止流动。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有紧急关闭功能的水量计,其特征在于,所述水量计是仅在单次运行中流过的量超过预设限值时才停止流动的任何液体流量计。
3.如权利要求1所述的水量计,其特征在于,所述水量计与阀关联,所述阀仅在没有中断的单次连续流动中达到目标量作为紧急情况指示时才关闭。
4.如权利要求1所述的水量计,其特征在于,当所述流动自动停止时,所述水量计的记录器清除读数,仅在一种特定情况下,当流动持续进行达到设定目标时,则所述水量计向阀发出信号(机械限制/电子脉冲)以关闭所述流动。
5.如权利要求1所述的水量计,其特征在于,所述水量计具有带可膨胀柱的阀,所述柱在接收来自下记录器的信号时膨胀以在紧急时关闭所述阀。
6.如权利要求1所述的水量计,其特征在于,估算液体的连续单次运行量以与平均常规消耗比较作为紧急情况指示的任何装置。
