本发明公开了一种粉状石膏缓凝剂的制备方法,本方法包括原材料配比及生产工艺,它是以柠檬酸和硼砂为主要缓凝成份,灰钙粉为改性增强剂而制备的一种添加量少、缓凝效果好,同时不降低石膏强度的粉状石膏缓凝剂。

一种粉状石膏缓凝剂的制备方法
所属技术领域
本发明涉及到一种粉状石膏缓凝剂的生产技术范畴。
背景技术
石膏建材具有轻质、变形小、生产能耗低、尺寸稳定性好、干燥时不开裂及对人体无害等优点,主要产品包括粉刷石膏、抹灰石膏、石膏制品及其它装饰部件等。由于石膏材料的早期强度发展快,凝结硬化时间短,几分钟内就会失去流动性,不能满足正常施工的要求,通常采用掺加缓凝剂的方式来调节凝结时间,使石膏浆体能够较长时间保持塑性,以提高施工性能。目前常用的石膏缓凝剂是有机酸及其可溶盐,掺量小,缓凝效果好,但是,这类缓凝剂会造成石膏制品强度的严重损失,如柠檬酸缓凝剂可使石膏初凝时间延长1小时,但是,石膏强度会降低50%。所以在一定程度上限制了石膏建材的推广应用。国内虽然在如何降低缓凝剂对石膏强度的负面影响方面有一些研究,但没有从根本上解决这一难题。
本发明的目的是提供一种添加量少、缓凝效果好,同时不降低石膏强度的粉状石膏缓凝剂。
发明内容
实现本发明的一种粉状石膏缓凝剂的制备方法是:
首先按下列原料重量(%)配制粉状石膏缓凝剂:
柠檬酸    10-15;
硼砂      60-65;
灰钙粉    22-28。
原料配比选定后,进行具体的生产工艺:
首先用粉体打散机分别将柠檬酸和硼砂研磨至细度45-75微米,然后按照配比依次将柠檬酸、硼砂和灰钙粉加入双螺旋分散机内搅拌20-30分钟,装入密封袋中封口即可。
本发明粉状石膏缓凝剂与现有石膏缓凝剂相比有下列优点:
1、缓凝效果好,可在3小时内任意调节;
2、不降低石膏强度;
3、掺量少,成本低。
具体实施方式
实现本发明的最佳配制方案是:
实施例1
首先按下列重量(%)配制粉状石膏缓凝剂:
柠檬酸   12.5;
硼砂     62.5;
灰钙粉   25。
原料配比选定后,进行具体的生产工艺:
首先用粉体打散机分别将柠檬酸和硼砂研磨至细度60微米,然后按照配比依次将柠檬酸、硼砂和灰钙粉加入双螺旋分散机内搅拌25分钟,装入密封袋中封口即可。

1.一种粉状石膏缓凝剂的制备方法,其特征在于:首先按下列原料重量(%)配制粉状石膏缓凝剂:柠檬酸10-15;硼砂60-65;灰钙粉22-28,原料配比选定后,进行具体的生产工艺:先用粉体打散机分别将柠檬酸和硼砂研磨至细度45-75微米,然后按照配比依次将柠檬酸、硼砂和灰钙粉加入双螺旋分散机内搅拌20-30分钟,装入密封袋中封口即可。
2.据权利要求1所述的一种粉状石膏缓凝剂的制备方法,其特征在于:粉状石膏缓凝剂的原料按下列重量(%)配制:柠檬酸12.5;硼砂62.5;灰钙粉25。
3.据权利要求1所述的一种石膏缓凝剂的制备方法,其特征在于:其工艺是先用粉体打散机分别将柠檬酸和硼砂研磨至细度60微米,然后按照配比依次将柠檬酸、硼砂和灰钙粉加入双螺旋分散机内搅拌25分钟,装入密封袋中封口即可。
