Dispersion agent, sanitas, defoamer, pH regulator agent are mixed with water, stir and obtain mixing solutions, and wherein each component is mixed according to following mass fraction: 5~10 parts of dispersion agents, 1~3 part of sanitas, 0.5~3 part of pH regulator agent, 100~300 parts in water;
Titanium dioxide, thermal insulating filling are joined in the mixing solutions, obtain mixed slurry through grinding, wherein each component is mixed according to following mass fraction: 100~200 parts of titanium dioxide, 100~200 parts of thermal insulating fillings;
Base-material, film coalescence aid, defoamer are joined in the mixed slurry, adjust mixed slurry viscosity with thickening material again, filter then and obtain described water-based solar heat reflecting and heat insulating coating, wherein each component is mixed according to following mass fraction: 200~400 parts of base-materials, 5~20 parts of film coalescence aid, 1~5 part of defoamer, 2~10 parts of thickening materials.
10. water-based solar heat reflecting and heat insulating coating preparation method according to claim 9 is characterized in that:
Also being added with in the described mixing solutions preparation process is 8~30 parts frostproofer according to the mass fraction, and described stir speed (S.S.) is 200~500r/min, and the time is 20~40min;
The grinding particle diameter of slurry in the described mixed slurry preparation process≤60 μ m;
The viscosity of described mixed slurry is 90~110K.
