本发明公开了一种凹凸棒油泥及其生产方法,其技术方案的要点是,凹凸棒油泥由高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉、蓖麻油、液体石蜡、锐钛型钛白粉和去离子水组成。用去离子水将高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉和锐钛型钛白粉进行湿润为凹凸棒石粘土混合物,将蓖麻油加入混合物中进行搅拌,搅拌混合均匀后为凹凸棒油泥的半成品,将液体石蜡缓慢加入凹凸棒油泥的半成品中进行搅拌为凹凸棒油泥的成品。凹凸棒油泥粘度高,柔软可塑性好,具有保水性强、收缩率小、不变形、不产生龟裂、无毒、无腐蚀性和没有油腻感的特点。凹凸棒油泥的生产工艺简单、成本低廉、光泽和弹性好,凹凸棒油泥适用于工业设计模型制作、工艺美术用品材料和堵塞空调机外管道与墙壁之间的孔洞。

技术领域
本发明涉及油泥,具体涉及一种凹凸棒油泥及其生产方法。
背景技术
油泥是工业生产、产品设计、模型制作和日常生活中常用的一种材料,常温下可塑性较好,能反复使用。
目前市场上销售的油泥,是由滑石粉、碳酸钙粉、矿粉、油脂、香料、色素、防腐剂和水组成。滑石粉、碳酸钙粉和矿粉与水混合后不能形成矿物胶体,完全是依附油脂而粘合在一起。这种油泥可塑性能较差,制作后的成品容易产生干燥、开裂、变形、发霉和变质,在制作过程中还会使操作者手上有一种油腻感,使用时间长会刺激手指,影响触感,并且沾手;天气热时油泥造型会软化,甚至坍塌变形,影响造型质量,重复使用效果不好。
中国专利公开号为:CN 101177531,公开日:2008年5月14日,名称为“一种彩色油泥及制备方法”,公开了:“一种彩色油泥,其由以下重量份原料组分制备成:石蜡18~45、软蜡8~20、凡士林20~40、碳酸钙60~150、色粉0.2~0.8,其余为微量水分和杂质”。
上述专利的不足之处是该项技术生产的彩色油泥主要原料是碳酸钙,碳酸钙是一种白色粉末,与水混合后不能形成矿物胶体,依附熔化后的石蜡、软蜡和凡士林而粘合在一起,直接影响到彩色油泥的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中不足之处,提供一种凹凸棒油泥及其生产方法。
凹凸棒油泥由高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉、蓖麻油、液体石蜡、锐钛型钛白粉和去离子水组成。用去离子水将高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉和锐钛型钛白粉进行湿润为凹凸棒石粘土混合物,将蓖麻油加入混合物中进行搅拌,搅拌混合均匀后为凹凸棒油泥的半成品,将液体石蜡缓慢加入凹凸棒油泥的半成品中进行搅拌为凹凸棒油泥的成品。
凹凸棒石粘土在含水的情况下具有较高的可塑性,稳定性好,凹凸棒石粘土的硬度为莫氏2~3度;凹凸棒石粘土潮湿时呈粘性,粘度可达到3000mPa·s以上,凹凸棒石粘土干燥后收缩率小,且不产生龟裂。高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉是采用提高凹凸棒石粘土粘度的加工工艺生产的粉状凹凸棒石粘土。
蓖麻油凝固点低、燃点高和流动性好,蓖麻油在空气中几乎不发生氧化酸败,储藏稳定性好,是典型的不干性液体油和增塑剂。
液体石蜡性状为无色透明油状液体,有很好的封闭性,能阻隔油泥内水分蒸发的作用,提高凹凸棒油泥的可塑性。
锐钛型钛白粉具有优异的水分散性和卓越的光学性能,色相稳定性,粒度分布好,具有高光泽、高消色力、高遮盖力的特点。
本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现:
1、凹凸棒油泥的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉55~75%、蓖麻油2~15%、液体石蜡2~10%、锐钛型钛白粉0.1~5%和去离子水15~35%;
2、凹凸棒油泥的生产方法:(1)先将高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉和锐钛型钛白粉加入已经运转的搅拌机内,然后用去离子水将高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉和锐钛型钛白粉进行湿润为凹凸棒石粘土混合物,以增加凹凸棒石粘土的粘度和提高锐钛型钛白粉的分散性;(2)将蓖麻油加入已经湿润的凹凸棒石粘土混合物中进行搅拌,搅拌混合均匀后为凹凸棒油泥的半成品;(3)将液体石蜡缓慢加入凹凸棒油泥的半成品中进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后的混合物为凹凸棒油泥的成品。
所述高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉是采用提高凹凸棒石粘土粘度的加工工艺生产的凹凸棒石粘土,其特征在于,从矿区开采的凹凸棒石粘土,需要经过30~120天的自然风化;改性处理方法是:以重量百分比计算,取自然风化后的凹凸棒石粘土94~98%,均匀加入2~6%碳酸钠,共同输入浸泡池中,加入清水进行浸泡陈化,浸泡时间为72~120小时;取浸泡后的凹凸棒石粘土,输入搅拌机中进行搅拌,并将搅拌后的凹凸棒石粘土,经挤压机挤成薄片,其厚度控制在0.5~2毫米,将凹凸棒石粘土薄片,进行晾晒,晾晒后的凹凸棒石粘土薄片,其含水量≤15%;配料以重量百分比计算:晾晒后的凹凸棒石粘土94~98%、高吸水树脂0.5~5%和纤维素0.5~3%,将上述配料进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后输入磨机中进行磨粉,颗粒细度≤0.074毫米。
上述生产工艺是采用由本发明人于2005年6月20日申请的“提高凹凸棒石粘土粘度的加工工艺”,中国专利授权公告号为:CN 1317067C,授权公告日:2007年5月23日。
凹凸棒油泥粘度高,柔软可塑性好,具有保水性强、收缩率小、不变形、不产生龟裂、无毒、无腐蚀性和没有油腻感的特点。
凹凸棒油泥的生产工艺简单、成本低廉、光泽和弹性好,可多次重复使用,有较强的市场竞争力。
凹凸棒油泥适用于工业设计模型制作、工艺美术用品材料和堵塞空调机外管道与墙壁之间的孔洞。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述:
1、凹凸棒油泥的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉60%、蓖麻油12%、液体石蜡7%、锐钛型钛白粉1%和去离子水20%;
2、凹凸棒油泥的生产方法:(1)先将高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉和锐钛型钛白粉加入已经运转的搅拌机内,然后用去离子水将高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉和锐钛型钛白粉进行湿润为凹凸棒石粘土混合物,以增加凹凸棒石粘土的粘度和提高锐钛型钛白粉的分散性;(2)将蓖麻油加入已经湿润的凹凸棒石粘土混合物中进行搅拌,搅拌混合均匀后为凹凸棒油泥的半成品;(3)将液体石蜡缓慢加入凹凸棒油泥的半成品中进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后的混合物为凹凸棒油泥的成品。

Claims (1)

1.一种凹凸棒油泥及其生产方法,其特征在于,凹凸棒油泥的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉55~75%、蓖麻油2~15%、液体石蜡2~10%、锐钛型钛白粉0.1~5%和去离子水15~35%;
凹凸棒油泥的生产方法:(1)先将高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉和锐钛型钛白粉加入已经运转的搅拌机内,然后用去离子水将高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉和锐钛型钛白粉进行湿润为凹凸棒石粘土混合物,以增加凹凸棒石粘土的粘度和提高锐钛型钛白粉的分散性;(2)将蓖麻油加入已经湿润的凹凸棒石粘土混合物中进行搅拌,搅拌混合均匀后为凹凸棒油泥的半成品;(3)将液体石蜡缓慢加入凹凸棒油泥的半成品中进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后的混合物为凹凸棒油泥的成品;
