Abstract

飞行员逃生用气囊,固定在飞行员座椅背上,充气展开后为翼型,气囊上横向设有支撑绳,纵向设有翼肋,气囊由多个翼型形状的翼肋隔开,保持翼型的形状。气囊内设有叠氮化钠点燃装置,翼肋开孔,各个腔室气囊相通。本发明利用叠氮化钠点燃装置给气囊充气,张开迅速,避免降落伞来不及打开的危险。由于气囊为展弦比较大的矩形,两个飞行员可以同时弹射,不会发生干涉。

飞行员逃生用气囊
技术领域:本发明涉及一种气囊,尤其是一种飞行员逃生用气囊。
背景技术:现有的飞行员逃生降落伞的伞面面积很大,需要一定的高度才能打开。如果在距地几十米跳伞,降落伞可能来不及打开,飞行员会出现生命危险。如果在教练机上弹射逃生的话,由于降落伞的伞面面积太大,前后飞行员要按顺序弹射,不能同时弹射。当第一位飞行员弹射后,飞机将抬头,飞机高度也要下降,这两个问题进一步加剧了第二位飞行员的生存危险。
发明内容:针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新型的飞行员逃生用气囊。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:飞行员逃生用气囊,固定在飞行员座椅背上,充气展开后为机翼形状,气囊上横向设有支撑绳,纵向设有翼肋,气囊由多个翼型形状的翼肋隔开为单个小腔室,气囊内设有叠氮化钠点燃装置,翼肋开孔,各个小腔室气囊相通。
本发明利用叠氮化钠点燃装置给气囊充气,张开迅速,避免降落伞来不及打开的危险。由于气囊为大展弦比的矩形,两个飞行员可以同时弹射,不会发生干涉。

具体实施方式:
如图1-图3所示:飞行员逃生用气囊,固定在飞行员座椅背3上,充气展开后为机翼形状,气囊1上横向设有支撑绳2,纵向设有翼肋4,气囊1由多个翼型形状的翼肋4隔开为单个腔室,气囊1内设有叠氮化钠点燃装置6,翼肋4开孔,各个腔室气囊相通。
本发明的设计方案是将现有的降落伞换成气囊。椅背上安装发射火箭,这个与现有技术相比没有变化。目前的弹射座椅是朝上弹射。为了让飞行员滑翔降落,本发明的弹射座椅朝前上方弹射,这样还可以避免座椅在空中打转。把目前的弹射火药桶稍微改变一个方向就可以实现。这要求座舱盖为一体成形,中间没有加强筋,防止飞行员在弹射的时候发生碰撞。座舱盖为一体成形的好处还有飞行员的视野好,在瞭望时没有阻碍。在弹射座椅弹出后,椅座与椅背分离,椅座脱落。在椅背上的火箭发射后,飞行员与椅背呈朝前上方的抛物线运动,在运动的最高点气囊迅速打开。气囊呈现机翼的形状,具有滑翔机必备的大展弦比。椅背与飞行员通过锁扣连在一起,这与目前的技术一样。椅背与气囊的连接通过侧向支撑绳绑在一起。在滑翔时,侧向支撑绳位于气囊的下部,与气囊缝制在一起。在滑翔过程中,这些绳受拉,需要用高强度的碳纤维制成。由于在滑翔过程中,椅背是不被抛掉的,需要用质量轻,强度大的复合材料制成。翼伞打开好后,由于翼伞为柔性结构,两端会朝上翘起,飞行员与椅背脱离,飞行员与翼伞通过伞绳相连,连接方式与滑翔伞的连接非常相似。飞行员滑翔着陆。在滑翔过程中飞行员坐在吊篮里。吊篮平时不用时放在座椅上,飞行员坐在吊篮上。气囊由多个呈翼型形状的翼肋隔开,保持充气后气囊呈机翼形状,每个空间内装有叠氮化钠点燃装置,点燃后迅速产生大量的氮气充满气囊,翼肋开孔,氮气可以在各个腔室流通。装多个点燃装置可以防止个别装置失效而影响使用,提高安全性。气囊平时不用时放在椅背的左右和上下,由很弱的连接与椅背相连。在气囊充开时,这些连接断裂。本发明相当于将飞行员与椅背为机身,气囊为机翼。整个滑翔过程与滑翔机的滑翔过程非常类似。
