Abstract

本发明涉及一种塔桅结构分段套装、穿心抽出式整体安装技术。其特征在于由下列步骤组成:(1)将塔桅整体结构分为上下两段,(2)首先在建筑物顶用分段安装的工艺先进行下段结构的拼装,(3)同步地将上段结构用分段安装的工艺在下段结构的内部进行同时拼装,(4)在上下两段结构拼装完毕后,在下段结构的顶部设置由计算机控制的液压提升设备,将上段结构从下段结构的内部整体提升至下段结构上的安装位置,(5)将上下两段结构连接形成整体结构。本发明的优点是将上段结构降低至下段结构内部组拼,大大减小上段结构安装高度,降低了施工机械超高空使用高度,减小了风险。

塔桅结构分段套装、穿心抽出式整体安装技术
技术领域
本发明涉及一种结构安装技术,特别是一种塔桅结构分段套装、穿心抽出式整体安装技术。
背景技术
现今,塔桅结构在国内外建筑行业中普遍应用,且多布置于超高层建筑顶部,目前一般采用普通的散装方式安装,则造成施工难度较大,同时加长了施工的周期。塔桅结构安装技术常因结构特点、用途而异,但其核心目标均为合理降低结构安装高度、避免超高空作业、降低安装难度和风险、提高功效等。因此有必要发明一种可满足使用要求、标准化且通用的实用安装技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塔桅结构安装技术,以提高塔桅结构安装效率,降低风险。为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:塔桅结构分段套装、穿心抽出式整体安装技术,其特征在于由下列步骤组成:(1)将塔桅整体结构分为上下两段,(2)首先在建筑物顶用分段安装的工艺先进行下段结构的拼装,(3)同步地将上段结构用分段安装的工艺在下段结构的内部进行同时拼装,(4)在上下两段结构拼装完毕后,在下段结构的顶部设置由计算机控制的液压提升设备,将上段结构从下段结构的内部整体提升至下段结构上的安装位置,(5)将上下两段结构连接形成整体结构。液压提升设备为安装在下段顶部的提升平台上的提升千斤顶,提升千斤顶连接束缚在上段底部的提升钢绞线。在下段结构上有限位滑槽与上段结构上的定位滑块配合。本发明的优点是将上段结构降低至下段结构内部组拼,大大减小上段结构安装高度,降低了施工机械超高空使用高度,减小了风险;主体结构分为两段同时安装,提高了功效;安装过程中,可将上下两段结构相连,互相依靠,互为依托,保证了结构安装阶段的稳定,无需另设临时支撑系统;利用下段作为上段整体提升的支架,不另加措施;将下段内部空间作为提升通道,为提升导向,并便于控制提升垂直度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施实例对本发明作详细说明。
将塔桅整体结构分为上下两段1、2,具体可以根据整体的结构重量的分布及施工的具体情况,合理地对整体结构进行分段,在建筑物顶用分段安装的工艺先进行下段2结构的拼装,同步地将上段1结构用分段安装的工艺在下段2结构的内部进行同时拼装,在上下两段1、2结构拼装完毕后,在下段2结构的顶部设置提升平台3,在提升平台3上安装提升千斤顶4,提升千斤顶4由计算机控制,然后将提升钢绞线5与上段1结构的底部连接,并将提升钢绞线5与提升千斤顶4相连,随后在计算机控制下,将上段1结构从下段2结构的内部整体逐步提升,直到上段1结构的底部至下段2结构上的安装位置,将上段1结构的底部与下段2结构上的安装位置进行固定连接,使上下两段1、2结构连接形成整体结构。为了保证提升的稳定,可以在下段2结构上设置一些限位滑槽并与上段1结构上所设置的定位滑块配合,使整个提升过程中上段1结构保持平稳。

1.塔桅结构分段套装、穿心抽出式整体安装技术,其特征在于由下列步骤组成:(1)将塔桅整体结构分为上下两段,(2)首先在建筑物顶用分段安装的工艺先进行下段结构的拼装,(3)同步地将上段结构用分段安装的工艺在下段结构的内部进行同时拼装,(4)在上下两段结构拼装完毕后,在下段结构的顶部设置由计算机控制的液压提升设备,将上段结构从下段结构的内部整体提升至下段结构上的安装位置,(5)将上下两段结构连接形成整体结构。
2.按权利要求1所述的塔桅结构分段套装、穿心抽出式整体安装技术,其特征在于:液压提升设备为安装在下段顶部的提升平台上的提升千斤顶,提升千斤顶连接束缚在上段底部的提升钢绞线。
3.按权利要求1所述的塔桅结构分段套装、穿心抽出式整体安装技术,其特征在于:在下段结构上有限位滑槽与上段结构上的定位滑块配合。
