Abstract
海底输运管线阀门和它的驱动装置之间的耦接是通过与阀门壳体刚性连接在一起、带有一根阀轴可以键锁其内的空心轴(6)的装置(4)完成。空心轴的顶部带有一圈卡爪(7),用以与通过液压驱动装置的活塞采用机械联动方式驱动的插塞套(9)上相配卡爪(8)啮合,由此经卡爪间咬合的简单耦接和退耦带动阀门的开、关动作。装置(4)的静止部件上附带有插入驱动装置壳体内加工出的窝座(22)内的扭矩反作用凸台(20、21)。
Description
本发明为一用于海底阀门的驱动装置。
安装于海底输运管线设施上的阀门组件包括阀体本身,一般带有一球形构件,还有一个与阀体分离的驱动装置,这是一个直控或遥控装置,通过它操纵阀门的开启或关闭。
传统的驱动系统多为液压式,由一个液压泵和一个控制回路构成,通过它们,油被压入装有活塞的腔室,活塞带动齿条-齿轮运动,齿轮被键锁在一个轴上,该轴又被联接在阀门的轴上。这样一种构造的驱动装置需要周期性的维修,这种维修必须在水上完成,因此在规定的维修期驱动装置需从输运管线上拆卸下来。因此,驱动装置和阀门轴之间的耦接一定要使得调控器能够被迅速拆除,尤其是在出现故障或事故时更应如此。很显然,目前所使用的耦接驱动装置和阀门的传统系统要花费大量的时间,特别是把各部件联接在一起时更是如此。这些反反复复的装、卸操作都是在相当深的水下进行的,众所周知人在这种条件下发挥全部体能和智能进行工作的能力会明显削弱。说得更确切些,上边所说的那种传统系统,需要把驱动装置的轴与阀门的键轴联接在一起,为了使两个部件容易对正,要使用栓接在阀门上的框架引导驱动装置与阀门轴对位,直至完全就位。
在联接两轴的过程中,为将驱动装置和阀门的法兰盘固紧在一起,需旋紧数目可观的螺栓。这项工作要消耗潜水员大量体能,此外还需花费时间去完成,这两个因素都将导致每个驱动装置的高维修成
本。
本发明的目的就是要显著降低海底驱动装置的装、卸耗时;并排除由于水深而带来的操作判断或计算困难,大大减轻潜水员的工作。
本发明进一步的目的是无需逐一拆卸驱动装置和阀门,即可简单诊明它们的工作效率。
本发明充分实现了上述以及其他一些目的。本发明的海底阀门驱动装置特征为:它含有一个位于阀门和驱动装置之间的耦接装置,该装置与阀门刚性连接并带有一个内开槽的空心轴,阀门的轴可牢固地插入其内。
耦接装置的空心轴带有一组卡爪,这些卡爪与一轴向可滑动的插塞套所带的卡爪啮合。插塞套被弹簧加压,所带的卡爪与空心轴上的卡爪间保持恒定的推动力以确保插塞套和轴之间永久性的耦接。插塞套同一个与两根齿条相啮合的齿轮键锁在一起,而齿条则由各自的液动活塞驱动。
下边将通过具体例子并伴以附图对本发明进行详细说明。在附图中:

正如图5所示,本发明的驱动装置形式为成套组件,总体用1来表示,它包括了所有用来操纵安装在管线3上阀门2的手动或遥控机构。在同一张图中,4为用法兰与阀门2连接在一起的耦接装置,其用一组螺栓4a紧定。
参见图2、3和4,耦接装置4由一个大体为圆柱形的壳体5构成,其内容有一个带有键槽6a的空心轴6,阀门轴即插入其中(图中没有画明,为常规结构)。轴6的最上端带有一组沿给定圆周均布的卡爪7,其构造使其与装在驱动装置内部的插塞套9上带有的与之匹配的一组卡爪8可靠啮合,插塞套9即可绕自己本身的轴10旋转也可沿其移动。
11为一用键锁在插塞套9上的齿轮,其与液压缸14的浮式活塞13所带动作线性运动的齿条12相啮合。
正是这个液压缸14产生了阀门的开启运动,所需液流通过相关的圆柱体内形成的导流通路15供流并与由手柄17操作的手泵16联通。
同一个齿轮11又与另一个液缸18的齿条相啮合,也同样用作开启或关闭阀门。
插塞套9通过贝氏弹簧盘片19与空心轴偏压顶靠在一起,以使卡爪7和8始终保持啮合。耦接器带有两个凸台20和21用以卡装在驱动装置外壳内加工出的相应窝座22内(图3内可视其中之一);这两个凸台21和22用来将驱动装置和耦接器的外壳锁定在一起以传递扭矩,两者断面不甚相同以防止反装。
符号30为一导正销,其与环23刚性连接在一起,环23又与空心轴6刚性连接,导正销插入插塞套9内的窝座31中成为驱动装置与耦接件调整定位时的导正件。驱动装置的外壳上有两个通孔24(图2仅可视其中之一)用以容纳两个双头螺栓25,螺栓穿过此孔拧入耦接器壳体上所带螺纹再用相应的翼形螺母紧死,这样驱动装置与耦接器便被夹紧在一起。这两个通孔24还可用来在检修或大修后
重新固定驱动装置(见图5),也就是与就位的阀门2联装在一起。这一安装过程需要使用一对导杆27,它们与一对索绳28固定在一起,索绳28穿过两个孔24,由水面上的船拉紧,通过这种方式,驱动装置便被引至工作位置,它的重量由船起重装置的缆绳29所承受。采用这种下沉就位驱动装置的方式,它的装接操作将十分快捷而无需潜水员的介入,潜水员只需拆除缆绳再装好两个翼形螺母。万一在(驱动装置和耦接器)壳体夹紧后,由于卡爪没有完全对正而没有啮合在一起,这一现象随着驱动装置的开启或关闭操作将被自动调整过来。实际上,一旦调整好后,卡爪将彼此咬死在一起,并在贝氏弹簧盘片的作用下,始终保持啮合状态。
空心轴6装有一个止动器32用以与定位螺钉33相触以达到限制阀门轴旋转程度的目的。这一位置在驱动装置沉入海底前就已选择好了。
驱动装置和耦接器是否能成功连接与一对卡爪付的相对位置没有关系,并且由于耦接器带有止动器32和限位螺钉33,使得一种驱动装置可以与不同的阀门安装在一起,或驱动装置之间也可互换而无需作任何行程调整。采取本发明的装配方式不仅使潜水员可以毫不费力地将驱动装置安装在耦接器之上,而且在对驱动装置和阀门的工作状况进行检查时,不会干扰设施的工作。
使用一种特殊的工具,插塞套和空心轴可以通过压缩贝氏弹簧盘片实际上退除耦合,这样在驱动装置旋转时阀门可以不旋转,卡爪的位置可以通过一个相配的可视指示器34查看到。
Claims (3)
1、一种用于海底阀门的驱动装置,它包括由一个泵独立操纵的液压缸(14),用以产生阀门的开启和关闭动作,每一个液压缸都含有一个浮式活塞(13)其与一根齿条紧密接触,并带动齿条运动,齿条又与一个齿轮相啮合,通过齿条齿轮所生旋转运动又经一个插塞套传递给阀门轴;还有一个有阀门连接的耦接装置(4),其特征在于:
所述的耦接装置(4)栓接在阀体上,其内装有一根空心轴(6),阀门轴可靠地插入其中;
空心轴(6)内带有一组卡爪(7)可与一个插塞套(9)所带的一组相对卡爪(8)相啮合,插塞套可轴向滑动并弹簧加压,通过这种方式两组卡爪便可压合在一起并确保两者间的不变咬合,插塞套与一个跟齿条(12)相啮合的齿轮(11)键锁在一起,每根齿条又由各自的活塞(13)所带动。
2、按照权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于:
耦接装置(4)含有两个断面不同的凸台(20,21),它们装入驱动装置壳体内所需的对应的窝座22内以产生一种反作用力传递扭矩。
3、按照权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于:
它带有两个通孔(24)用以穿过两根双头螺栓(25),每个螺栓的一端拧入耦接装置的壳体,另一端用紧固螺母(26)锁紧。
