Abstract
本发明提供一种壳体,该壳体包括一基体层、一色漆层及一透明面漆层,所述基体层为透明或半透明塑料层,所述色漆层及面漆层分别形成于基体层的相对的二表面。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳体。
背景技术
现有便携式电子产品的壳体大多以塑料制成。为了使壳体具有靓丽的外观,通常会对该塑料壳体进行表面处理,该表面处理方法通常有烤漆、真空镀膜、电镀等。现有对塑料壳体进行烤漆的方法一般是先在壳体的外表面上喷涂底漆,然后喷涂色漆和面漆,或者是在壳体的外表面上直接喷涂色漆和面漆。此方法虽然可使塑料壳体的外表面具有艳丽的色感,但却缺乏光泽,给人以静止的感觉,不能呈现出立体感及晶莹剔透的外观,难以吸引消费者。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种克服上述缺陷、更加美观的壳体。
一种壳体,其包括一基体层、一色漆层及一透明面漆层,所述基体层为透明或半透明塑料层,所述色漆层及面漆层分别形成于基体层的相对的二表面。
相较于现有技术,本发明壳体采用透明或半透明基体层,将色漆层及透明面漆层分别设置于基体层的相对的二表面,从面向所述面漆层的方位看,所述透明面漆层、透明或半透明基体层及色漆层在光线的反射及折射作用下,使本发明壳体呈现出一种高光、具立体感及晶莹剔透感的外观。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示,本发明较佳实施方式的壳体10包括一基体层11、形成于基体层11的一表面的一色漆层12及形成于基体层11上与色漆层12相对的另一表面的一面漆层13。
基体层11为透明或半透明塑料层,其可采用注塑成型的方式制成。形成基体层11的塑料可为透明或半透明聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚酰胺(PA)或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)。基体层11包括一第一表面101及一与第一表面101相对的第二表面102。该基体层11中可根据产品色彩或外观效果的需要而添加彩色颜料。
色漆层12以喷涂的方式形成于基体层11的第二表面102上。喷涂色漆层12所用油漆可为常用的油性漆或水性漆。该色漆层12提供产品所需的颜色,或该色漆层12与基体层11一起提供产品所需的外观色。如,基体层11为红色,色漆层12为黑色。
面漆层13为透明层,其以喷涂的方式形成于基体层11的第一表面101上。喷涂面漆层13所用油漆可为具有高光效果的聚氨酯漆或紫外光固化漆。所述面漆层13还具有防水、防尘、耐磨的作用。
本发明较佳实施方式的壳体10采用透明或半透明基体层11,将色漆层12及透明面漆层13分别设置于基体层11的相对的二表面,从面向所述透明面漆层13的方位看,所述透明面漆层13、基体层11及色漆层12在光线的反射及折射作用下,使壳体10呈现出一种高光、具立体感及晶莹剔透感的外观。
本发明较佳实施方式的壳体10可以是移动电话、游戏机、照相机等电子装置的壳体,亦可为盖体、框体或容器类制品,如眼镜盒等。
Claims (4)
1.一种壳体,其包括一基体层、一色漆层及一透明面漆层,其特征在于:所述基体层为透明或半透明塑料层,所述色漆层及面漆层分别形成于基体层的相对的二表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述形成基体层的塑料为聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚丙烯、聚酰胺或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述面漆层用油漆为聚氨酯漆或紫外光固化漆。
4.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体为移动电话、游戏机、照相机的壳体,或为盖体、框体或容器类制品。
