Abstract

本发明涉及一种煤气发生炉。
背景技术
为了解决现有煤气发生炉因为改变炉篦引起的流碳现象,将煤气发生炉的炉篦从原有的1.9m高改为1.4m高,但由于煤气发生炉其它结构未变,炉篦高度的降低造成炉内料层与灰盘的倾角变小,也是改变了灰层的安歇角,使灰层得到了稳定。从而防止炉内流碳的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种煤气发生炉,其可解决料层不稳定,从炉内直接流出等问题。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明采用了以下方案:
一种煤气发生炉,包括炉篦、灰盘和挡流板,其中挡流板是随着灰盘的弧度在灰盘的外沿设置,其高度与灰盘平面一致。
进一步地,所述挡流板的宽度为60mm-80mm。
进一步地,所述挡流板的厚度为10-20mm。
进一步地,所述挡流板由钢制成。
本发明在煤气发生炉的灰盘外沿加一挡流板后,改变了倾角的大小,从而使炉料层稳定,防止了流碳,确保了生产的正常运行。

3.如权利要求2所述的煤气发生炉,其特征在于所述挡流板的宽度为70mm。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的煤气发生炉,其特征在于所述挡流板的厚度为10-20mm。
5.如权利要求4所述的煤气发生炉,其特征在于所述挡流板的厚度为10mm。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的煤气发生炉,其特征在于所述挡流板由钢制成。
