背景技术
Φ3.4米两段式煤气发生炉由于具有产生煤气热值较高,生产能力较大,稳定性较好,可调范围宽、煤气质量高,能分离烟煤中的煤焦油,煤气含尘量很低,管路清量工作量低等优点,目前在一些大中型企业得到广泛应用,成为目前国内常用的标准煤气发生炉之一。炉篦是该设备最主要的组成部分,现有技术的炉篦间的出风口均为垂直结构,该结构的出风口使炉篦垂直布风,容易造成布风不均匀,致使煤气炉的气化率低,灰渣的含碳量高,煤气炉的炉况不易控制。

本实用新型的目的在于解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,对现有技术的炉篦进行改进,能够改变表面布风的风向,使炉篦能够沿表面切向呈环形布风,布风均匀,提高煤气炉的气化率,降低灰渣的含碳量,提高煤气炉炉况控制度的Φ3.4米两段式煤气发生炉的布风炉篦。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
