Description

Double-needle switching pattern sewing machine
Technical Field
The invention discloses a sewing machine, in particular to a double-needle switching type pattern sewing machine which can selectively perform continuous double-thread or single-thread sewing operation after two needle rods are arranged on a sewing head.
Background
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an important part of an embodiment of a conventional pattern sewing machine, in which a sewing head 1 is extended to the front of a body 3 by a head arm 2 at an upper part of a table (not shown) and is positioned right above a sewing material fixing member 4.
The sewing machine drives the upper shaft and the lower shaft of the sewing machine, respectively, as a sewing machine for performing single-thread sewing, that is, as a sewing machine having only a single needle bar 5, double-thread sewing cannot be performed on a sewing object which requires double-thread sewing at a certain interval like an air bag (air bag), and if single-thread sewing is performed in a horizontal direction along a lateral length direction of a single-thread sewing thread after the single-thread sewing is completed, the two-step sewing operation lengthens an operation time.
In the two-stage sewing, it is relatively difficult to maintain the interval between the single-thread sewing stitch and the double-thread sewing stitch at a constant value, and when the sewing operation is switched to the vertical direction in the double-thread sewing operation as described above, the inner needle bar is apt to continuously sew one place, and the sewing thread at the position switched to the vertical direction in the inner side becomes thick, which significantly deteriorates the sewing quality.
Further, Korean patent application No. 10-2007-0032875 (title of the invention: two-needle switching pattern Sewing machine) invented to solve the above problems discloses a pattern sewing machine comprising: a sewing machine support part capable of supporting the sewing machine; a head arm lifting device 30 mounted on the fixed frame 20 of the sewing machine support part and capable of moving the sewing head 40 of the sewing machine up and down; x-axis and Y-axis transfer mechanisms 60, 70 mounted on the sewing machine support part and capable of moving the sewing object fixing member 50 along the left-right or front-back direction; the present invention drives an upper shaft and a lower shaft, respectively, wherein the sewing head 40 has a plurality of needle bars 42, 44 to perform continuous double-thread sewing.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a two-needle switching pattern sewing machine according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3a is a front view of the two-needle switching pattern sewing machine according to the present invention, fig. 3b is an enlarged view of a portion "a" shown in fig. 3a, and fig. 4 is a side view of the two-needle switching pattern sewing machine according to the present invention.
This is further explained below in conjunction with the above-mentioned figures. The sewing machine support is formed with support columns 22 vertically at both side ends of a table 10 on which a sewing object can be placed, and a fixed frame 20 composed of a rectangular steel pipe is supported in a horizontal direction between the support columns 22.
Moreover, oval guide holes 12 are formed on both sides of the upper surface of the table 10, and the guide holes 12 can transmit the movement of fig. 4 of the Y-axis (front-back direction of the sewing machine) transfer mechanism 70 below the table 10 to the sewn product fixing member 50 above the table 10. A sewing head 40 is coupled to the front of the center of the fixing frame 20. The sewing head 40 can perform a sewing operation with respect to a sewing object fixed to a sewing object fixing member 50, and a head arm lifting device 30 for moving the sewing head 40 up and down is disposed between the sewing head 40 and the fixing frame 20.
An upper shaft driving motor 38 capable of driving an upper shaft (not shown) in the sewing head 40 is disposed at the rear of the fixed frame 20. The upper shaft drive motor 38 is connected to the upper shaft, but is not connected to the lower shaft (not shown) that drives the bobbin case (not shown).
As shown in fig. 3a, the X-axis transfer mechanism 60 is disposed along the X-axis direction on the upper side of the table 10, and the Y-axis transfer mechanism 70 is disposed along the Y-axis direction on both sides of the lower side of the table 10.
The X-axis transfer mechanism 60 includes: an X-axis frame 62 extending a long distance in an X-axis direction, i.e., a left-right direction; a guide rail 64 mounted or formed on the X-axis frame 62; and a fixing portion 66 that moves left and right along the guide rail 64. The sewing object fixing member 50 capable of fixing the sewing object is coupled to the fixing portion 66, and the fixing portion 66 moves left and right along the guide rail 64, so that a wide range of sewing work can be performed in the X-axis direction even if the sewing head 40 does not move.
The Y-axis transfer mechanism 70 is a device that can move in the Y-axis direction (i.e., the front-rear direction), and as shown in fig. 3b, the Y-axis transfer mechanism 70 extends in the front-rear direction, and the moving unit 72 can move in the front-rear direction. The moving unit 72 is configured to be movable in the front-rear direction, and preferably, a driving belt 72a is used. A fixing member 72b protruding upward is coupled to an upper side of the driving belt 72a, and the fixing member 72b moves in the front-rear direction in accordance with the movement of the driving belt 72 a.
The fixing members 72b are arranged on the Y-axis transfer mechanism 70 at both sides and are upwardly exposed through the guide holes 12 of the table 10. The mount 72b is connected to the X-axis frame 62.
When the moving unit 72 moves, that is, when the fixing member 72b moves in the front-rear direction along with the movement of the driving belt 72a, the sewing object fixing member 50 connected to the X-axis frame 62 moves its position in the front-rear direction, and thus a wide range of sewing work can be performed in the Y-axis direction even if the sewing head 40 does not move.
As shown in fig. 3 or 4, the X-axis transfer mechanism 60 is provided with an X-axis transfer motor (not shown), and the Y-axis transfer mechanism 70 extends to a side surface by a long distance in the front-rear direction. The X-axis transfer mechanism 60 is located at an upper side of the table 10 and connected to the sewing mount 50, and the Y-axis transfer mechanism 70 is located at a lower side of the table 10 and connected to the X-axis transfer mechanism 60 through the guide hole 12.
The specific functions of the X-axis and Y-axis transfer mechanisms 60 and 70 and the head arm lift device 30 have been described in detail in korean application No. 10-2004-0007981 previously filed by the present applicant, and thus the detailed description thereof will not be provided herein.
When the sewing operation is performed near the corner in the patent application No. 10-2007-0032875 with the structure, the problem of inconsistent interval of the sewn double-thread stitches occurs.

Therefore, the slider 118 fixed to the rotary block 114 is caused to move up and down, and the plurality of needle bars 142 and 144 are also caused to move up and down at the same time. A technique for driving the needle bar lifting member 113 by the operation of the upper shaft 111 is well known to those skilled in the art, and thus, a detailed description thereof will not be provided herein.
At this time, in order to stop the right needle bars 142 and 144, the right clutch lever control mechanisms 115 and 116 among the plurality of clutch lever control mechanisms 115 and 116 are operated under the control of the control unit to move the clutch blocks 115-1 and 116-1 downward, and the clutch blocks 115-1 and 116-1 abut on the upper portion of the clutch lever 117-1 to move the clutch lever 117-1 downward. Then, as the upper portion of the clutch lever 117-1 moves downward, the lower fixing pin 117-2 coupled to the lower portion of the clutch lever 117-1 is moved by rotating about the hinge point as a center of gravity. At this time, the lower fixing pin 117-2 provided in the engaging grooves 142-1 and 144-1 for holding the needle bars 142 and 144 is moved in the direction of disengaging, and the lower fixing pin 117-2 transmits a driving force for moving the needle bars 142 and 144 up and down, so that the right needle bar 144 is stopped by disengaging the lower fixing pin 117-2.
The operation of the lower fixing pin 117-2 to be disengaged or engaged with the movement of the clutch lever 117-1 is well known to those skilled in the art, and thus, a detailed description thereof will not be provided.
The foregoing illustrates the technical idea of the present invention, but various variations and modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention, which will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and the scope of the technical idea of the present invention is not limited by the above embodiments.
Therefore, the true scope of the claims should be construed in accordance with the doctrine of equivalents and all technical equivalents should be construed as being encompassed by the present claims.
