Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一灯体、一固定于灯体上的灯盖及若干收容于灯体内的发光二极管,该发光二极管灯具还包括一反光体,该反光体具有一朝向发光二极管的反光板,该反光板具有多个高度及朝向不同的反光面。该发光二极管灯具不仅可照射较大的范围,其成本亦非常低,适用于多种应用场合。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管灯具,特别是指一种成本较低的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
作为一种新型的光源,发光二极管凭借其耗能少、无污染、启动时间短、光电转换效率高等优点,已经被越来越多地应用到各个照明领域当中,大有取代传统光源的趋势。
一盏发光二极管灯具通常包括一灯体、一固定于灯体上的灯盖及若干收容于灯体内的发光二极管。根据应用场合的不同,这些发光二极管被以不同的方式排列于灯体内,如平面矩阵或同心环,以产生预期的照明效果。但是,由于发光二极管的光束指向性比较高,当这些发光二极管全部排列至同一平面时,其共同所形成的光束往往会集中在一块面积较小的区域内,导致该种灯具照明范围较窄。
为拓宽灯具的照明范围,业界对发光二极管在灯体内的排布作了相应的调整,使相邻的发光二极管间形成一定的高度差,并同时使其光轴彼此偏离一定的角度。经由此种设计,发光二极管的光束可朝向各个角度射出而分散至一个较大的方位角内,从而使灯具具备较广的照明范围。
但是,由于需要在各个方向及高度上均配备相应的发光二极管,导致灯体内需要安装数量众多的发光二极管。众所周知,由于发光二极管灯具的光源成本占据灯具整体成本的很大一部分(通常在40%至50%之间),发光二极管的数量越多,灯具的成本就越高。因此,尽管该种灯具具有良好的照明效果,但其成本过于高昂,不利于业界推广。
发明内容
有鉴于此,实有必要提供一种发光二极管灯具,其照明范围较广,成本却较低。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯体、一固定于灯体上的灯盖及若干安装于灯体内的发光二极管,该发光二极管灯具还包括一安装在灯体内的反光体,该反光体具有一朝向发光二极管的反光板,该反光板上形成有多个高度及朝向不同的反光面。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具内的反光板通过其高度及朝向不同的反光面可将每一发光二极管所发出的光束朝向各个方向散射,从而模仿出多个不同落差的发光二极管在不同方向上的光输出。因此,灯具内仅需安装少量的发光二极管即可获得与传统的灯具相仿的照明效果,从而使灯具的制造成本得到降低。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1及2所示,本发明的发光二极管灯具包括一灯体(图未标)、一固定于灯体上的灯盖10、二固定于灯体内侧周面上的发光二极管模组20及一收容于灯体内的反光体70。该灯体包括一盖板30、一固定于盖板30上的腔体40及二固定于腔体40左右两侧的散热器50。该盖板30及散热器50均由铝挤一体成型,腔体40则由于结构略显复杂不易铝挤,而采用简单压铸一体成型。由于铝挤的成本低于压铸的成本,因此仅具有一简单压铸成型腔体40的发光二极管灯具的生产成本可在一定程度上得到控制。该盖板30包括一平坦的板体32及四形成于板体上的凸柱34。该板体32由一大致呈矩形的铝板切去四扇形角而形成,其中部区域向上凸伸出四定位柱36,用于将一驱动模组60定位于盖板30上。该四凸柱34分别垂直向上形成于板体32的四角处,其中每一凸柱34均呈一朝向盖板30相应一侧宽度递减的梯形,以恰好卡入腔体40内,从而将盖板30固定于腔体40上。
该腔体40包括一中空的本体42及自该本体42四角分别向外延伸出的四扣脚44。该本体42的前后两端略微向内凹陷而形成二弧形的侧壁,其与板体32的二弧边相配合,以增强灯具的整体美感。该本体42的顶部略微向上凸出而形成一弧面,该弧面的中部开设一矩形的窗口420,其与本体42的内部空间连通,以供灯盖10穿设。该四扣脚44沿本体42的左右两侧两两向外凸出,每二扣脚44在腔体40的相应一侧夹设出一矩形的空间440,以容置散热器50。这些扣脚44与盖板30的四凸柱34一一对应,每一扣脚44的底面均开设一开口(图未示)。这些开口的面积与相应凸柱34的截面积大致相等,其用于供这些凸柱34插设,以将腔体40固定于盖板30上。
请一并参阅图3-4,该二散热器50分别固定于盖板30的左右两侧并收容于腔体40的扣脚44形成的空间440内。每一散热器50包括一矩形的基座52及若干自基座52一侧延伸出的鳍片54。该基座52竖直地固定于盖板30及腔体40之间以连接二者。该基座52的厚度自上至下逐渐增大(如图4),其中基座52朝向腔体40内部的内表面自上至下向内倾斜,朝向外侧的外表面则垂直于盖板30。基座52的内表面用于供发光二极管模组20贴设,以使发光二极管模组20的光线倾斜向上射入腔体40内。这些鳍片54形成于基座52的外表面,其长度自上至下逐渐增大,以增加散热器50的散热面积。
该二发光二极管模组20分别固定于二散热器50上,以将热量通过散热器50快速地散发出去。每一发光二极管模组20包括一矩形电路板22、一结合至电路板22上的固定板26、三安装于电路板22上的发光二极管24及三固定于固定板26上的透镜28。该电路板22直接贴设于散热器50的基座52的内表面上,以将发光二极管24的热量快速地传导至散热器50上。该固定板26短于电路板22但宽于电路板22,其左右两侧延伸超出电路板22。该固定板26在对应于三发光二极管24的位置处开设三穿孔(图未标),供发光二极管24伸出。每一透镜28包括一碗状的导光部280及一自导光部280边缘垂直向外延伸出的扣片282(如图2)。该导光部280的截面积自内向外逐渐减小,其朝向腔体40内部的一表面向腔体40外侧凹陷出一碗状的凹部284,以对发光二极管22的光线进行修正,使之朝向反光体70射出;朝向外侧的相对另一面向腔体40内部凹陷出一容腔286(如图4),以收容发光二极管24。该扣片282的一端连接导光部280的最内端的周缘,另一端向下弯折出一卡扣固定板26的弯钩(图未标),以将透镜28固定于固定板26上。
该反光体70收容于腔体40的内部,其由一平板经过多此连续弯折而成。该反光体70包括二自两侧向中部逐渐向上倾斜延伸的反光板72。该二反光板72彼此对称,二者共同夹设出一三角状的空间(图未标),以收容固定于盖板30上的驱动模组60。每一反光板72均朝向安装于腔体40相应一侧的发光二极管24,其具有多个高度不同且朝向不同的反光面,用于将发光二极管24所发出的光束朝向多个方向漫反射,从而使出射光的照射范围变大。
该灯盖10包括一出光窗12及一形成于该出光窗12周缘的折边14。该出光窗12的顶部向上凸出而形成一弧面,其四侧壁围设出一矩形的空腔。该出光窗12的顶部的下表面形成有大量的细微颗粒(图未示),以将出光窗12的入光面雾化,从而防止由于出射光强太大而导致眩光的情况发生。该折边14自四侧壁的底端大致水平向外延伸而出,其用于抵靠于腔体40顶部的下表面,以将灯盖10固定于腔体40上。
由于采用了凹凸不平的反光体70,发光二极管24所发出的集中的光束可被反光体70的这些反射面很好地散射至一较宽的方位角内,从而使自灯盖10输出的光线分布至较大的区域内。相比于传统灯具使用多个具有不同高度及朝向的发光二极管而言,本发明的发光二极管灯具借助于反光体70的散射,只需采用少量的发光二极管24就可实现大范围的照明效果,因此发光二极管灯具的整体成本可相应地得到降低。
Claims (15)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一灯体、一固定于灯体上的灯盖及若干收容于灯体内的发光二极管,其特征在于:该发光二极管灯具还包括一反光体,该反光体具有一朝向发光二极管的反光板,该反光板具有多个高度及朝向不同的反光面。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该反光体由一平板经过多次连续弯折而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:这些发光二极管安装于灯体的内侧周面上,该反光体安装于于灯体内的中部。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该灯体包括一盖板、一腔体及二连接盖板及腔体的散热器,这些发光二极管分别固定于二散热器上。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该二散热器、腔体及盖板彼此间均可分离。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该二散热器及盖板均由铝挤一体成型,该腔体由压铸一体成型。
7.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该二散热器彼此相对设置且夹置于盖板及腔体之间。
8.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该盖板四角处向上凸伸出四凸柱,腔体的四角处水平延伸出供这些凸柱插设的四扣脚。
9.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一散热器包括一垂直于盖板的基座及自基座一表面延伸出的若干鳍片,发光二极管安装于基座的相对另一表面上。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该基座的厚度自上至下逐渐增大,其安装有发光二极管的相对另一表面自上至下朝向腔体内部倾斜。
11.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该反光体包括二分别朝向二散热器的反光板,该二反光板自两侧向中间逐渐抬高。
12.如权利要求11所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该二反光板与盖板共同围设出一收容一驱动模组的空间。
13.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,还包括二电路板及若干透镜,其特征在于:该二电路板将这些发光二极管连接至散热器上,这些透镜分别安装于这些发光二极管上并朝向反光体。
14.如权利要求13所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一电路板上安装有一固定板,每一透镜具有一与固定板相卡扣的扣片。
15.如权利要求14所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该固定板宽于电路板,透镜的扣片卡扣于固定板超出电路板的边缘部分。
