Abstract

本发明公开了一种气动电动混合动力汽车。一种用高压气体驱动的汽车。由于汽油、柴油的燃烧会带来环境污染,太阳能汽车等造价昂贵。本发明一方面利用空压机向高压储气罐提供高压气体、高压气体驱动行走马达,再通过离合器、减速箱、驱动桥等带动车辆行走,由流量控制阀控制进入马达气体的流量,从而控制车辆速度。用三位五通阀控制马达转动方向,从而控制前进和后退。另一方面利用蓄电瓶驱动直流电机,通过离合器、减速箱、驱动桥等带动车辆行走。电机的离合器与气马达的离合器互锁,防止同时输入动力时造成马达或电机的损坏。本发明的汽车经济、环保。

Description

气动电动混合动力汽车
技术领域:交通运输工具。
背景知识:现有的汽车大多采用汽油、柴油或乙醇等燃料作为动力源,或者以太阳能等作为动力源。前者会造成空气污染,后者成本较高,且车辆报废后的处理也难以处理。
本发明采用高压气体和蓄电池作为动力源,对环境影响小,即经济又环保。
发明内容:本发明的汽车和普通汽车的制动系统、转向系统等方面类似,但是本发明取消汽车发动机,增加用空气压缩机、高压储气罐、行走马达、蓄电瓶、直流电机等。动力一方面是利用储存在高压储气罐内的高压气体,经过处理后,经过节流阀、换向阀的控制后进入气马达,气马达被驱动后通过离合器、变速箱、传动轴、驱动桥等驱动车辆行驶。另一方面可以利用蓄电瓶的电力驱动直流电机,再通过与气马达离合器互锁的离合器后,同样再通过传动轴、驱动桥驱动车辆行驶。此蓄电瓶为车载电器提供电力。空压机由公用电网的电力驱动,空压机如果装在车上,会增加整车质量,但是会方便行驶,气压不够时,可以随时补充。
附图说明:附图1为整车俯视示意图。本图所示空压机在车子前部,可以放在后部,也可以不装空压机。本图所示为后驱动、前转向方式,也可以采用前驱动、前转向方式,还可采用加装分动器后,前后驱动的方式等。另一小马达和发电机未画出。
附图2为气路图。发动机带动空压机运转,产生高压气体进入储气罐,然后进行过滤、减压、油雾分离,进入工作部分。主气流通过节流阀调节流量,进入三位五通换向阀,然后进入行走马达,驱动车辆行驶。排气口前安装消声器以降低噪音。
附图3为电动部分的电路图。
实施方式:先把需要的各种零部件准备齐全再进行装配。装配时先把底盘上的前后桥、传动轴、变速箱等在车架上定位、安装,再把空压机、储气罐、气马达、蓄电瓶、电动机、离合器等进行安装,底盘上主要零部件装完后,把方向机、踏板、油门机构、刹车系统、轮胎、各种指示灯、电路、气路等按顺序进行安装。接着安装车厢,最后安装前后箱盖等钣金件。

Claims (4)

1.气动电动混合动力汽车。其特征是一方面利用储存在高压储气罐内的高压气体,经过过滤器、减压器、油雾器后,经过节流阀、换向阀的控制后进入气马达,再通过离合器后动力传入变速箱,再通过传动轴、驱动桥驱动车辆行驶。另一方面可以利用蓄电瓶的电力驱动直流电机,再通过与气马达离合器互锁的离合器后,同样再通过传动轴、驱动桥驱动车辆行驶。此蓄电瓶为车载电器提供电力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动电动混合动力汽车,其特征是利用高压气体带动马达,再通过离合器、变速箱、传动轴、驱动桥后驱动车辆行走。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用高压气体驱动的汽车,其特征是利用蓄电瓶的电力驱动直流电机。再通过离合器、变速箱、传动轴、驱动桥后驱动车辆行走。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用高压气体驱动的汽车,其特征是可以把空压机、充电器安装在车上。
