技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过集成传输数据和电压供给或供给电路为飞机舱体模块,尤其是在飞机舱体中有关安全的模块电压供给的方法和系统。
背景技术
图1为飞机舱体模块电压供给的常规系统。
在飞机的舱体内,舱体服务器(GMS:舱体管理服务器)通过两条线连续连接于多个解码/译码单元(DEU)。多个飞机舱体模块连接于每个解码/译码单元DEU。例如所述飞机舱体模块可为乘客供给单元(PSU:乘客供给单元)或舱体照明单元(IBU:照明镇流器单元)。如图1所示,四个乘客供给单元(PSUs)和四个舱体照片单元(IBUs)连接于每个解码/译码单元。所述乘客舱体模块可通过电缆和插头连接件相连接。
每根电缆包括六根单独的线,即两根用于传输数据的线、一根用于传输交流电压的电压供给线、一根用于所述交流电压的接地线、一根直流电压供给线以及一根直流电压供给接地线。当所述数据线连接于CIDS数据总线(CIDS:舱体交互数据系统)的所述解码/译码单元时,所述电压供给线连接于飞机的供电网络。
如图1所示,所述数据线和所述电压供给线的电缆线路在常规系统中是分开的,不同的连接插头也用于所述数据线和所述电压供给线。图1所示的所述常规系统具有缺点是:由于大量的布线数据和电压供给线,所述电缆线路非常复杂,特别是在大型客机中。不仅是大量的各种线,而且用于数据和电压供给线的不同插塞接头使得安装更加困难。
由于所述大量的布线,重量被大量增加,特别是在大型客机中。这进而导致飞机飞行中燃料消耗增加。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种飞机舱体模块,所述模块可通过最小支出的电缆相连。
本发明提供一种具有用于连接电缆的连接插头的飞机舱体模块,所述电缆具有至少一根电数据线,所述飞机舱体模块包括隔离电路,所述隔离电路将数据从外加补偿直流电压隔离,由所述飞机舱体模块经所述电数据线接收所述外加补偿直流电压和所述数据信号。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,在所示实施例中,飞机舱体模块1具有连接插头2,所述连接插头构造为与电缆3相连。所述电缆3包括至少一根电数据线。供给电压(外加直流电压)和数据信号经该数据线传输。所述连接插头2经内部线连接于隔离电路5,所述隔离电路在所述飞机舱体模块1内成为一体。所述隔离电路5将所述数据信号从外加于其上的所述供给电压隔离。所述被隔离的供给电压用于所述飞机舱体模块1内另外部件的电压或电路供给。所述供给电压和所述数据信号都经包含在所述电缆3内的所述数据线传输。在此情况下,在可能的实施例中,所述数据信号附加叠置于所述供给电压,例如弥补直流电压上。在一可能的实施例中,所述电缆3包括电数据供给线和电数据返回线。在一可能的实施例中,所述两数据线可被用于电磁防护的电缆外壳层包覆。

在一可能的实施例中,弥补直流电压DC经所述电缆3的数据线传输,数据信号被另外叠置在所述弥补直流电压DC上。

Claims (19)

b)隔离电路(5),所述隔离电路将数据信号从直流供给电压隔离,其中所述直流供给电压和附加叠置于所述直流供给电压上的所述数据信号经所述电缆(3)的所述电数据线而被接收,且所述直流供给电压可在多种电压水平间切换。

12.如权利要求11所述的飞机舱体模块(1),其特征在于:所述隔离变压器(10A、10B)在各种情况下都具有主线圈和副线圈,所述主线圈经节流阀(11A、11B)而连接于所述连接插头(2),所述副线圈连接于数据处理单元以处理所传输的数据信号。
13.如权利要求12所述的飞机舱体模块(1),其特征在于:为所述飞机舱体模块(1)的供给电压所传输的供给电压可在所述隔离变压器(10A、10B)的所述主线圈的中央分接头被分流。
14.如权利要求13所述的飞机舱体模块(1),其特征在于:所述隔离变压器(10A、10B)的所述主线圈的所述两中央分接头连接于桥式整流电路。
15.如权利要求9所述的飞机舱体模块(1),其特征在于:所述正常直流电压为28V或42V。
16.如权利要求1至15所述的飞机舱体模块(1),其特征在于:可凭借所述连接插头(2)在飞行运转过程中插入或拔掉所述飞机舱体模块(1)的电源。
17.一种网络,其特征在于所述网络具有多个根据权利要求1至16所述的飞机舱体模块(1),且经所述电缆(3)而彼此连续相连。
18.一种用于至少一飞机舱体模块(1)电压供给的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将附加叠置于直流供给电压上的数据信号经匹配电缆(3)的电数据线被所述飞机舱体模块(1)接收;
将所述直流供给电压从所述叠置数据信号分离;以及
将所述直流供给电压在多种电压水平间切换。
19.如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于:经所述数据线传输的所述直流供给电压的振幅经所述飞机舱体模块1的接口设定。
