Abstract

本发明涉及风电齿轮箱技术领域,一种风力发电偏航摆线减速器。其特征在于:针齿销半埋在针齿壳销孔中;W输出机构中,两摆线轮之间和柱销端部都装有均载环,针齿壳依次与前机座、针齿壳及机座联接一体;机座上装有润滑泵,顶部有进油螺孔与通气器,底部与输出轴支承轴承中央凸缘之间为储油腔K,凸缘上联接一防油罩,罩住输出轴的二支承轴承,在储油腔底部有出油螺。有益效果(a)本发明仅二级减速,轴向尺寸短、重量轻、维修方便;(2)摆线轮齿及半埋齿针销不会断齿,因而比仅有三只行星轮的承载能力大;(b)现有摆线减速器的价格不到NGW行星减速器的一半,因而制造成本低40-55%;(c)不漏油。

Description

风力发电偏航摆线减速器
【技术领域】本发明涉及风电齿轮箱技术领域,一种风力发电偏航摆线减速器。
【背景技术】偏航减速器是风力发电机组选择对准或偏离风向的专用齿轮箱。偏航减速器要求很高可靠性:承载能力大不断齿及输出轴不漏油。目前主要进口日本三菱重工、意大利布莱维尼公司的产品及邦飞利707T。进口的主要问题是漏油。背景技术有三种:
(A)四级行星减速:(1)南高齿“风力发电机偏航齿轮箱”(200410064930);(2)重齿公司(200620111262);(3)清平机械厂(200720125070);(4)华锐公司(200820014549)(五级行星减速);(5)天津减速机公司(200820075290);(6)泰隆减速机公司(200910034525)。主要问题:(a)行星轮仅有三只,承载力不高;(b)现有橡胶油封(除车氏油封外)不能磨损后自动补偿,两道油封稍一磨损也会漏油;(c)结构复杂、轴向尺寸长、笨重、价格昂贵。
(B)摆线+二级行星:天津减速机公司(200320111939)的问题:(a)没提出防止漏油的方案;(b)低速级由于采用太阳轮浮动的机械均载装置,行星轮数只能3-4只,承载力不高。
(C)双摆线:(200920127322.7)主要问题:(a)没提出防漏油方案;(b)将输出轴两只轴承置于左、右端盘与内摆线轮之间是工业机器人减速器结构,此时轴承大出2-3个型号。
【发明内容】本发明目的在于提供一种比四级行星承载能力大、输出轴不漏油、轴向尺寸短、重量轻、维修方便及制造成本低的风力发电偏航摆线减速器。
摆线比之NGW行星:(a)单级减速比大得多;(b)摆线轮弯曲强度极高,可说不断齿;(c)多齿啮合传动平稳、承载力高;(d)制造成本不到NGW行星的一半。缺点:(a)摆线机械效率稍低于NGW行星,但对小功率,是小问题;(b)简支结构针齿销弯曲强度较低,因为针销的直径大小受短幅系数K1、针径系数K与最大接触系数Ymax的制约。
【技术方案】两大技术方案如下:
(一)提高摆线抗冲击能力:(a)半埋齿结构,使针齿销具有很高抗弯曲能力;(b)用线切割加工针销孔,相邻孔距偏差≤0.01-0.015;(c)均载环使W机构中悬臂柱销变为简支,提高了弯曲能力;
(二)防止漏油:(a)机座底部有一储油腔,输出轴支承轴承上方有一防油罩;(b)在输出轴上装置车氏密封圈。密封圈由O型圈和薄唇齿型密封圈组成,具有磨损后自动弹性补偿功能、无泄漏及耐-55℃低温等优异特性。
【有益效果】将本发明对照背景技术,特别是已取得发明专利权的(200410064930),其新颖性、创造性及实用性体现在:(a)本发明仅二级减速,轴向尺寸短、重量轻、维修方便;(2)摆线轮齿及半埋齿针销不会断齿,因而比仅有三只行星轮的承载能力大;(b)现有摆线减速器的价格不到NGW行星减速器的一半,因而制造成本低40-55%;(c)不漏油。

参照图1.一种风力发电偏航摆线减速器,由高速与低速两级摆线串联而成,所述的高速级摆线输出轴用轴承支承在前机座(18)内孔,其轴伸端上装有低速级摆线的偏心轴承Z,所述的低速级摆线的输出轴(11)用两个支承轴承(12)支承在机座(10)中央凸缘内孔,低速级摆线的输出轴的两个支承轴承的下方装有车氏密封圈F,其特征在于:
(A)所述的高速级摆线的第一针齿销(15)半埋在第一针齿壳(3)上均布的销孔中,所述的高速级摆线中的两只第一摆线轮(16)之间及第一柱销(5)的端部都装有第一均载环(2),所述高速级摆线中的第一柱套(4)与第一摆线轮(16)等宽;
(B)所述的低速级摆线的第二针齿销(17)半埋在第二针齿壳(8)上均布的销孔中,所述低速级摆线中的两只第二摆线轮(9)之间及第二柱销(14)的端部都装有第二均载环(6),所述低速级摆线中的第二柱套(7)与第二摆线轮(9)等宽,传统简支结构针齿销改为半埋齿结构(详见《齿轮传动设计手册》828页半埋齿的相关论述),使针齿销具有很高的抗弯曲能力,传统悬臂柱销装上均载环后,变为简支结构,大大提高柱销的抗弯曲能力;
(C)所述第一针齿壳(3)、前机座(18)、第二针齿壳(8)及机座(10)顺次联接一体;
(D)所述机座(10)上装有润滑泵,机座顶部有进油螺孔a与通气器c,所述机座(10)底部与中央凸缘之间为储油腔K,所述中央凸缘上联接一防油罩(13),所述防油罩罩住低速级摆线的输出轴的二个支承轴承(12),所述储油腔K底部有出油螺孔b,当储油腔油面低于中央凸缘顶面时,油永不会从输出轴(11)支承轴承缝隙中泄漏,此时油封主要功能是密封轴承中的油脂与防尘。

1.一种风力发电偏航摆线减速器,由高速与低速两级摆线串联而成,所述的高速级摆线输出轴用轴承支承在前机座(18)内孔,其轴伸端上装有低速级摆线的偏心轴承(Z),所述的低速级摆线的输出轴(11)用两个支承轴承(12)支承在机座(10)中央凸缘内孔,低速级摆线的输出轴的两个支承轴承的下方装有车氏密封圈(F),其特征在于:
(A)所述的高速级摆线的第一针齿销(15)半埋在第一针齿壳(3)上均布的销孔中,所述高速级摆线中的两只第一摆线轮(16)之间及第一柱销(5)的端部都装有第一均载环(2),所述高速级摆线中的第一柱套(4)与第一摆线轮(16)等宽;
(B)所述的低速级摆线的第二针齿销(17)半埋在第二针齿壳(8)上均布的销孔中,所述低速级摆线中的两只第二摆线轮(9)之间及第二柱销(14)的端部都装有第二均载环(6),所述低速级摆线中的第二柱套(7)与第二摆线轮(9)等宽;
(C)所述第一针齿壳(3)、前机座(18)、第二针齿壳(8)及机座(10)顺次联接一体;
(D)所述机座(10)上装有润滑泵,机座顶部有进油螺孔(a)与通气器(c),所述机座(10)底部与中央凸缘之间为储油腔(K),所述中央凸缘上联接一防油罩(13),所述防油罩罩住低速级摆线的输出轴的二个支承轴承(12),所述储油腔(K)底部有出油螺孔(b)。
