本发明公开了一种涡轮压裂用减速箱,本减速箱整体结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、传动比大,动力由太阳轮轴小端齿轮输入,经太阳轮轴大端齿轮和行星轮啮合降速增扭,通过行星架输出。利用行星轮组的结构减小齿轮尺寸和数量,更适用于涡轮发动机减速要求。打开盖板通过观察孔,可以起到维保方便的作用。刹车装置与刹车片的配合使用,如遇紧急情况可立即使设备停止运行,保护设备及人身安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及涡轮压裂技术领域,具体涉及一种涡轮压裂用减速箱。
背景技术
目前车载的涡轮压裂设备,动力源是涡轮发动机,传动装置是减速箱和传动轴或者联轴器,执行元件是压裂柱塞泵。涡轮发动机本身具有体积小、重量轻、功率密度大的优势,同样的外形尺寸和重量,涡轮压裂设备的单机功率是常规柴油机压裂设备的2倍以上。涡轮发动机可以直接100%以天然气为燃料,不像电驱压裂设备,不需要燃气发电的中间环节,省却了燃气发电机组的投资成本,同时,采用涡轮压裂设备可以把单台大功率燃气发电机的故障风险均摊到每台涡轮压裂设备上,避免了单台燃气发电设备故障导致全套压裂车组瘫痪的风险。
安装在涡轮压裂设备中的行星齿轮减速箱,由于空间小,常采用悬臂整体式结构,但如果对行星架支撑处理不当,可能导致行星架刚度降低,振动增大,齿轮啮合件的不均匀现象加强,从而大大降低行星齿轮传动的可靠性和寿命。
为此亟待一种方便安装,整体结构紧凑,传动性能好的涡轮压裂用减速箱。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种涡轮压裂用减速箱,本减速箱整体结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、传动比大,动力由太阳轮轴小端齿轮输入,经太阳轮轴大端齿轮和行星轮啮合降速增扭,通过行星架输出。利用行星轮组的结构减小齿轮尺寸和数量,更适用于涡轮发动机减速要求。打开盖板通过观察孔,可以起到维保方便的作用。刹车装置与刹车片的配合使用,如遇紧急情况可立即使设备停止运行,保护设备及人身安全。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种涡轮压裂用减速箱,所述减速箱包括太阳轮轴,行星轮和轴承,所述行星轮为3个,所述轴承为6个,行星轮与轴承一对二套接后形成3组行星轮组,太阳轮轴包括大端齿轮和小端齿轮,3组所述行星轮组以大端齿轮为圆心分布在其周围,并且行星轮与大端齿轮啮合连接。
进一步地,3组所述行星轮组以大端齿轮为圆心均匀分布在其周围。
进一步地,所述大端齿轮包括第一大端齿轮和第二大端齿轮,第一大端齿轮为右旋斜齿,第二大端齿轮为左旋斜齿。
进一步地,所述行星轮包括第一轮齿面和第二轮齿面,所述第一轮齿面为左旋斜齿,第二轮齿面为右旋斜齿。
进一步地,所述第一大端齿轮与第一轮齿面啮合连接,第二大端齿轮与第二轮齿面啮合连接。
进一步地,所述减速箱包括输入轴承,法兰,内齿圈和行星架,所述法兰与内齿圈连接,所述法兰内设输入轴承,所述输入轴承套设在太阳轮轴上,所述内齿圈与行星轮组的行星轮啮合连接,所述行星架通过销轴与轴承连接。
进一步地,所述减速箱包括输出花键轴和输出花键轴套,所述输出花键轴的一端与输出花键轴套连接,输出花键轴的另一端与行星架连接。
进一步地,所述减速箱包括上箱体、下箱体和输出销轴,所述上箱体与下箱体连接组成减速箱外部的保护箱体,在保护箱体的一侧与法兰连接,在保护箱体的另一侧通过输出销轴与输出花键轴连接。

具体实施方式
如图1至6所示,一种涡轮压裂用减速箱,所述减速箱包括太阳轮轴2,行星轮11和轴承13,所述行星轮11为3个,所述轴承13为6个,轴承13两两一组用于固定一个行星轮11,6个轴承13与3个行星轮11分别套接后形成3组行星轮组,太阳轮轴2包括大端齿轮和小端齿轮,3组所述行星轮组以大端齿轮为圆心分布在其周围,并且行星轮11与大端齿轮啮合连接。3组所述行星轮组以大端齿轮为圆心均匀分布在其周围。减速箱传动比大,动力由太阳轮轴小端齿轮输入,经太阳轮轴大端齿轮和行星轮11啮合降速增扭,通过行星架9输出。利用行星轮组的结构减小齿轮尺寸和数量,更适用于涡轮发动机减速要求。所述大端齿轮包括第一大端齿轮16和第二大端齿轮17,第一大端齿轮16为右旋斜齿,第二大端齿轮17为左旋斜齿。所述行星轮11包括第一轮齿面18和第二轮齿面19,所述第一轮齿面18为左旋斜齿,第二轮齿面19为右旋斜齿。所述第一大端齿轮16与第一轮齿面18啮合连接,第二大端齿轮17与第二轮齿面19啮合连接,使得行星轮11与太阳轮之间采用双排人字形齿轮啮合的结构,增加接触面积,减小对齿轮的垂直压力,有利于润滑油的流动,消除了斜齿轮轴上的横向力,使齿轮重合度高,轴向载荷小,承载能力高,工作更加平稳。所述减速箱包括输入轴承14,法兰3,内齿圈10和行星架9,所述法兰3与内齿圈10连接,所述法兰3内设输入轴承14,所述输入轴承14套设在太阳轮轴2上,所述内齿圈10与行星轮组的行星轮11啮合连接,所述行星架9通过销轴12与轴承13连接。所述减速箱包括输出花键轴8和输出花键套7,所述输出花键轴8的一端与输出花键套7连接,输出花键轴8的另一端与行星架9连接。所述减速箱包括上箱体4、下箱体1和输出轴承15,所述上箱体4与下箱体1连接组成减速箱外部的保护箱体,在保护箱体的一侧与法兰3连接,在保护箱体的另一侧通过输出轴承15与输出花键轴8连接。减速箱整体结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻。
所述上箱体4上设有观察孔,观察孔上覆盖盖板5。打开盖板5通过观察孔可看到保护箱体中的内部运行情况,比如齿轮的啮合,齿面的磨损等,无需打开保护箱体,可以起到维保方便的作用。
所述上箱体4上设有刹车装置6,在输出花键套7上设有刹车片20,所述刹车装置6与刹车片20配合使用,如遇紧急情况可立即使设备停止运行,保护设备及人身安全。
在实际的使用过程中,可以通过太阳轮轴2的小端齿轮与涡轮发动机连接,所述输出花键套7与传动轴连接,通过涡轮压裂用减速箱将涡轮发动机转速传递给传动轴,实现降低转速、增加输出扭矩的功能。
